Benfatti came out within 3 hours of calling. My unit was from 1999 so I needed a new unit inside and outside and new duct work. The workers Shaun and Noah were very professional and knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. They installed my new AC in two days. It was 95 degrees outside so you can imagine how hot the attic was. We upgraded our unit and got a top of the line Trane. When we got back home it was already cool and everything was cleaned up. They answered all of our questions on how to operate the new AC. We have a10 year warranty and will be using Benfatti for our yearly maintenance. My air conditioner failed, and my home warranty company resisted paying the repair cost estimates from two different companies. The companies they used were very unprofessional and did not impress me with their knowledge. We finally decided to accept the warranty pay-out and choose our own company, and we chose Benfatti. We could not have made a better decision. Cory, the salesperson, explained all our different choices and guided us into selecting the right unit for our house. While we waited for the installation, he provided two window units to keep us comfortable. Sean, the lead repair technician, and his assistant were very polite, efficient and explained what they were doing and why at all times. We were highly impressed by the professionalism of everybody involved with the job. At the end, the owner came and performed a very detailed inspection of all the work performed. We feel absolutely comfortable that everything was done right and will last for a very long time. I called and spoke to Niki at 9:30 a. m. regarding a lack of cool air coming from the unit in my home. I was blown away when she not only CREATED an appointment for me, but she made it happen before 1!!! THE SAME DAY!!!! She is so down to Earth, knowledgeable and flexible. Because of this lovely person, I was calm and cool by 4 p. m.! She is amazing and deserves recognition and a nice, fat raise! Now a few words about Matthew. He had been to my house before and impressed us so much... He is personal. He gets right to work, but he established a friendly rapport with us while he did his work. He took the time to slowly explain to me exactly what was happening and the plan to correct the issues. Even took time to call my husband and let him know! We built a new home in 2023. We used Benfatti for our air conditioning and heat. We also used them for our generator. I cannot say enough good things about Benfatti. Everything was done to our needs. Installation was done in a timely manner. They kept in touch with our builder making things go very smoothly. We recently experienced 2 power outages and the generator worked like a champ! I have had Benfatti servicing my AC for a couple of years now. Always good service. I had my upstairs Attic unit go out yesterday. I called for service after hours and received a call back from the Service Desk. I had an 8 to 10 am appointment the next day. Matt, the service tech looked at the unit (which could not be fixed), got a quote a few minutes later, accepted the quote, Cory came by and installed window units until the attic unit can be replaced. I had an excellent experience with Benfatti AC. I love the text message that told me they were on their way. It included the technician's name and photo! The tech was very friendly and courteous. He told me every time he was going in and out the door. He explained in laymen's terms what was needed to be done. When he was done he cleaned up after himself (wore shoe coverings in the house) so well, you'd never know anyone was here. My ac is working like a charm! Worst service ever. This company basically came out and guessed the problem on four different occasions. The technician was rude from the beginning. I believed it was a racial issue, but I gave them a chance because of the reviews. However, I was wrong! Four payments and parts changed and still no properly working unit. The technician fixed the problem as a temporary fix until they can complete the job correctly and burned the whole unit. This company then tried to make me buy another unit over something they caused. I do not recommend at all! read more

Called last Saturday 5/20 to set up an appointment for my Ac to be serviced prior to my move. The lady mentioned the additional $69 fee for a Saturday service. But since I work during the week I felt I could deal with the additional money. Waited for my appointment today 5/27 and decided to call since I didn't hear from anyone about verifying my appointment time. Well when I called they said they didn't have me on the schedule. And they don't do services on the weekend without a maintenance contract. So I could buy a contract for them to service the house in selling? Get outta here. read more

Replaced a blower motor that tested Ok, not that big a deal just about any kind of service today leaves much to be desired. Just had another company service the AC unit charged $49.99 not bad and will use them in the future . read more

Our A/C condenser fan blade broke (one blade), and I called Benfatti. They were nice and pleasant to deal with, and showed up on time. Their price, however, seemed steep. Quote to replace fan blade was $450, not including the $94 service charge. Part of the service charge would be deducted if I had them repair it, leaving me paying around a $25 diagnostics charge, for a total of $475. I bought the fan blade for $40 and did it myself. Took me about 15 minutes. 6 screws to remove the grill cover and one set screw to remove the fan. read more

One of our air condition units went out so I called Benfatti. They sent out a technician the same day to check our unit. Unfortunately the unit needed to be replaced. The salesmen came out the next day and went over our options to replace the unit. He was very knowledgeable and went over our purchase in detail. The technicians who installed the unit were very thorough. They also returned the next day to ensure the unit was cooling correctly.
