When asked about these items the owner ghosted me and never responded to a couple attempts. A home sale inspection found an issue with the installation requiring attention. That band aid cost me 800.00. Fast forward 1 year and I called Gowland's dreading the cost. They sent out Art within a few days. I told him what the other company did so he took apart my outdoor unit, went upstairs in the attic and assessed the problem. He even called the manufacturer to check if my upstairs unit was still under warranty. Unfortunately, it was out of warranty for 8 months. (If I had called Gowland's the 1st time I would have saved a small fortune) Basically I needed a new upstairs unit and Art told me that the unit I had was a nice one but it was a little overkill for the size of my house so he recommended a smaller version. The salesman called me up(I believe he's also the owner) and gave me a price that was much lower than I expected. See this is the type of service that keeps companies in business. Pigs get fed and hogs get slaughtered. Gowland's was fair, not greedy. The next week, Art had the new unit installed and I had A/C for the 1st time in 8 months. Just in time for the summer. I cannot recommend them enough for their professionalism, expertise and fairness.

The workers Shaun and Noah were very professional and knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. They installed my new AC in two days. It was 95 degrees outside so you can imagine how hot the attic was. We upgraded our unit and got a top of the line Trane. When we got back home it was already cool and everything was cleaned up. They answered all of our questions on how to operate the new AC. We have a10 year warranty and will be using Benfatti for our yearly maintenance. I would highly recommend Benfatti AC for your needs.

The companies they used were very unprofessional and did not impress me with their knowledge. We finally decided to accept the warranty pay-out and choose our own company, and we chose Benfatti. We could not have made a better decision. Cory, the salesperson, explained all our different choices and guided us into selecting the right unit for our house. While we waited for the installation, he provided two window units to keep us comfortable. Sean, the lead repair technician, and his assistant were very polite, efficient and explained what they were doing and why at all times. We were highly impressed by the professionalism of everybody involved with the job. At the end, the owner came and performed a very detailed inspection of all the work performed. We feel absolutely comfortable that everything was done right and will last for a very long time. I cannot recommend this company enough; I'm just sorry we had to go through two other companies first.

Garrett from DoneRite promptly came out to check our unit, answered all of our questions, and the very next day we received the quote for the work to be done along with 4 possible HVAC systems in different price ranges to consider. Garrett was very concerned about our comfort while we waited for the new unit to be shipped. The old unit was leaking freon and the temperature in the house was staying around 87 degrees. He made an extra trip out to add some freon to keep us comfortable until the new system arrived, and called several times during this period to make sure we were okay. On installation day, Garrett and his crew did a very thorough job. It was obvious that they wanted to make certain that everything was working perfectly before they left. All of the employees that we interacted with were very nice, and concerned about us. They are an honest, responsive, meticulous, knowledgeable, professional business, and we felt that their prices were very reasonable. We will not hesitate to call them in the future when we need A/C or heating work done.

One STAR because ZERO is not an option. I am a property manager for a home where DoneRite HVAC…read moreinstalled a new Daikin central system. From the beginning, the system was shutting itself down for no apparent reason. DoneRite claimed that changing out the attic duct system would resolve the issue, so $4500 was spent doing that with no improvement whatsoever from this unnecessary expense. After this, DoneRite told me that it must be an electrical issue in the home. I had an electrician come out to inspect the wiring and no issues were found that could cause this. Additionally, I had the power company come out to inspect their connection. No issues found. During the entire process, DoneRite has been unresponsive to texts and phone calls. I haven't been able to get a person to answer the phone in their office for weeks. At one point, the owner of the company did finally return a call and told me he would try one thing and failing that working he would make a warranty claim on our behalf. Since that time, he hasn't returned a call, letter or email (it's been weeks) We have been ghosted by them totally. Meanwhile, we have 10 years left on our vaunted 12 year warranty, but DoneRite won't assist us in resolving this matter through our warranty. The catch 22 is that Daikin requires an authorized dealer to make a claim. DoneRite won't help and other companies are reluctant to take on this type of system and/or take on a warranty claim for a system they didn't install or service. Meanwhile this system is now shutting down daily and must be reset daily in order to work.

I'll confirm one of the other 1 star reviews as being 100% accurate. When I initially reached out for an estimate I never got a call back with a quote. I should have taken that as a sign and took my business elsewhere. Kevin May was hired to do a job that he clearly was by NO means qualified to do. He half did the job. So many errors so many imperfections. He tried to get away with not properly doing things then when told about them he had an extremely nasty and unprofessional attitude as though this was a service that he was doing for free. He went to lowes to supposedly purchase materials. Only to later find out that he thought that it was okay to purchase chips, and drinks at my expense. Complete and total ignorance. He left trash outside of my home boxes old cabinets ect. he did not clean up after himself neither did he haul off trash from the poor job that he completed. The job remains to have many errors that he feels like I should be okay with. I attempted to report him to the better business bureau but he's not listed. I can definitely see why. Based on the quality of work or lack thereof its clear that he is by no means licensed. I'm not sure who could have given him five stars and why because he is horrible and lacks professionalism and his work is garbage. I will never in life use him if he were the last person standing and I would never recommend him to anybody. I strongly urge you to find you a reputable company that embodies skill and professionalism. I will be taking him to court if I continue to have problems with the job that he was paid to do. He falsely offers a year warranty which he has no intentions of fulfilling. He wants money and lots of it but doesn't want to do the work of the money. Which is sad. NEVER AGAIN...
