I sent him the receipt from when my mother had a similar service done from another contractor for around $125. He didn't bother to respond. A week later, we had that other contractor do the same service to our other unit (with the exception of the $15 part) for around $200. This is a second home, so we were only there for a couple more weeks. Fast forward a couple of months... We return to the home, and the unit with the $1,300 repair is again not cooling. The one with the $200 repair is cooling perfectly. If you want to be gauged, and pay $1,300 for about 2 weeks of cool air, and no response once you call him out for doing the wrong thing, Mike's your guy. If you want an honest and professional company, do what we will be doing again, and call David with Artus. We are too hot to deal with it all, but this week, we will report this to BBB and look into the state licensing board. We told our neighbors of our experience, but we want to do everything we can to prevent others from being ripped off. Hopefully, it's not too late to file a dispute with our credit card company.
