This could be the worst experience I have ever had with a company. Two weeks before Thanksgiving Our dishwasher stopped working. So I callsed AT. The technician came out the following day and he was nice enough and he found a problem with water bugs in our control panel and said that he would take it home and have the guy fix it be the following week with the repair. That week goes by including Thanksgiving with guest from out of town all washing dishes by hand. The following day I called to check on our repair. I was informed that time that I was in the queue and they would be notified when it was ready. Two weeks past which makes it over 3 1/2 weeks since the dishwasher went out so I tried calling again. I was told that the technician had already called us and we hadn't responded so she would have him call me again. He stated that the dishwasher needed more repair then he had initially thought. It would now cost over $700 for the repair which hadn't started yet. To me this is the worst service I have ever had from a company and I am on my way to Lowe's to buy a new dishwasher as we speak obviously I will never use this company again. read more

The best appliance repair service on the northshore. Walter, Ryan, and Tiffany took care of me the same day when my dryer's heat element went out. I could not ask for better service, and I definitely have their number in my phone! Folks, once again, Walter, Ryan, and Tiffany came to the rescue with the same dryer! This time a different issue. When I described The symptoms, they knew exactly what the problem was, and arrived with the part in hand. The total visit took 30 minutes at tops. I was quoted the same price as another reputable company did the service call but this place could schedule me more quickly. The other business quoted me $150 or less for the service call and thermal fuse replacement combined. Another tech who does his on the side offered to do it for $100. Both had the model number, etc. I used this company before though, they could do it quicker, and the work is guaranteed. I went with them. Never again! It was pennies away from being $240!! When questioned, they explained they had to pay taxes and insurance. That should be included in service call cost. I totally got ripped off and would have had them leave had I been home. I had a neighbor handle it for me. Call other people. Do not use this company. It explains why they do not have many reviews and most from are from many years back when they did things differently. read more

I got this company from the Yellow Pages and asked did they service Gretna. Not only did they service a wide area, the tech was able to come out within a reasonable amount of time. He was professional, friendly and I felt comfortable with him in my home. He fixed the fridge within 30 minutes for a reasonable fee. This is one of the few good experiences I have had with service companies.
