I really appreciated him saving me the $110 service call. He even took the time to advise me on the best brand to buy to replace it. I was incredibly nervous about selecting a plumbing company based on reviews, but I needn't have…read morebeen. These reviews are true and I will add mine as another glowing endorsement! Incredibly professional, polite and efficient. They explained everything that had gone wrong and detailed how they would approach the repairs. They were punctual and - if you can believe it - cheerful! Daniel was actually singing carols as they worked! No one wants to find out they need extensive repairs - especially at the holidays - but they were very reasonable and as you can see, did a careful and considerate job. The best endorsement I can give is to honestly say that after the holidays, I will have them back to fix other things that lesser plumbing companies have done at our house. Thank you, Daniel and John! You made something that had me in a panic genuinely painless and I am glad to know you! Use Brooks Plumbing with absolute confidence.

When he arrived exactly on time, we looked over the project together. During our conversation, he inquired how I knew his mother-in-law, and we shared a personal connection through her family. I also mentioned that I was preparing for an upcoming procedure, and he listened with genuine care. While I returned to my office to work, Nick completed his tasks efficiently. Before leaving, he not only cleaned up thoroughly but also brought in some delivered packages for me. The most remarkable moment came when he kindly asked if he could place his hand on my shoulder and say a prayer for my upcoming procedure. Nick had already impressed me with his attention to detail, cleanliness, and punctuality--but his thoughtfulness and compassion truly set him apart. I don't think I've ever been so impressed with a young businessman. Thank you, Nick. Meeting you made my day. We will always call Catahoula Electric in the future and will gladly share your number with everyone we know
