I was incredibly nervous about selecting a plumbing company based on reviews, but I needn't have been. These reviews are true and I will add mine as another glowing endorsement! Incredibly professional, polite and efficient. They explained everything that had gone wrong and detailed how they would approach the repairs. They were punctual and - if you can believe it - cheerful! Daniel was actually singing carols as they worked! No one wants to find out they need extensive repairs - especially at the holidays - but they were very reasonable and as you can see, did a careful and considerate job. The best endorsement I can give is to honestly say that after the holidays, I will have them back to fix other things that lesser plumbing companies have done at our house. Thank you, Daniel and John! You made something that had me in a panic genuinely painless and I am glad to know you! Use Brooks Plumbing with absolute confidence. read more

They are the worst plumbers I've ever used in my entire life. Would not finish the project. Said they would give me a quote and just went silent on me. The woman at the office wants to argue about everything. read more

Brooks Plumbing & Septic Services - This is how they left it. They wouldn't tell me what they did either. - Plumbing Near Me

I have a clogged over flow line that leaves out of my septic tank. Brook's Plumbing came out and ran a snake down both ways in the piping and attempted to flush out the line with a bladder. All in all about an hour and a half worth of work and came to the conclusion that the line may be collapsed. I accepted the defeat, hoping it was an easy fix. So with that said I asked what do I owe them for the work they did and it came out to $650. To run a snake up the pipe and utilize the bladder and very little hand digging $650 and the issue was never resolve. And then got offered that they will come out with a mini trackhoe to dig and fix the issue for $1800 pulse cost of materials. I will never again hire a plumber, I might even quit my job as a natural gas pipeliner and start work as a plumber. I feel so cheated out of $650 for nothing really. I Couldn't in my right mind charge somebody full price for that little work and not fixing the issue. Sure make a few bucks coming out to the site and attempting to fix it. But $650??? And septic system is still messed up.... Never again Brooks plumbing. read more

We had a failing water heater and a second water heater showing symptoms of failing. After calling several vendors in the area to gain estimates Brooks was in the lower medium for performing the work. Jonathan, the owner, offered another solution for a tankless water heater. He was not pushy but explained the benefits and was honest and forthright surrounding my questions and concerns. Following some research I found his assessment accurate and we chose to allow them to install a tankless system. He was on time and kept us informed throughout the process. In addition to his professional and clean workmanship....his estimates were accurate with no hidden costs for services. Great company and great person to do buisness with for plumbing needs. read more

Our issue turned out to be two as both of our toilets needed replacing (original to the home 24 years) in addition to the poor water flow. Same team arrived on time the next morning to get new, reasonably priced toilets that have additional helpful features. I used Brooks Plumbing for the plumbing installation of an outside bathroom for our recently installed swimming pool. Johnathan met with us to plan the job from slab plumbing to rough in and finish including the installation of a sump grinder pump for the bathhouse which was tied into the house street connection. He also installed a tankless inline water heater in the system. Jonathan and his crew were very professional and knowledgeable with the job and with very fair pricing. It is good to have a reliable plumber to call in the future. I would highly recommend his service to others. read more
