I tried to work with our insurance company only to find myself continually frustrated as to the outcome. When I contacted Bulava Builders they took over all negotiations with the insurance company. They came to a satisfactory payout result. Then they removed and replace the entire roof in less than one day. The payment checks came directly to me and Bulava Builders did not seek any payment until materials were delivered to the job site and the job started. It was then they asked for a 50% deposit and the remaining 50% when the job is completed. I could not be more satisfied and I highly recommend them to anyone who has similar issues.

They removed the entire system from of course the attic and replaced with completely new system. The total removal and installation lasted 2 days under hot summer conditions. They both were informative on what they were doing and kept us updated throughout the whole installation process. They laid out drop clothes on the floor to control any trash from the old system and cleaned up after the days work. They answered all of our questions and tips on using the new equipment.
