Had a great time on a Thursday evening at Pinstripes! We came during happy hour and ordered a few beers, the pretzel bites, the sliders, and later had the hummus and the fries. I think the happy hour menu is all phenomenal. $5 beers and $10 food? I'm not sure you can find that many other places. The sliders were excellent and I would highly recommend them. The pretzel bites were very similar to ones you'd find at the mall. The hummus was plentiful and healthy. I'd skip the fries next time, but that's just me! Service was friendly and prompt. Definitely an excellent date night!

This was such a cool place. I brought a student travel group there - 30 people total. We had our own private room and they served us food family style. We had pasta and pizza. Once we finished eating we had one hour to play a game of bowling. We got three lanes to play. It was one of the best nights of our trip.

Dear reader, I had a work event at Pinstripes in Georgetown and had a thoroughly good time. The location is a lovely, canal-side spot, with plenty of parking nearby and a very walkable area that makes arriving and lingering equally easy. Inside, there is loads of space for bowling and bocce, so the whole place feels lively without becoming chaotic. The food also held its own, which is not always guaranteed at a venue built for group fun. The flatbread pizzas and Caesar salad were both superb and kept everyone pleasantly satisfied. There were multiple bars, which helped the afternoon move along nicely, and the employees were exceptionally kind and attentive throughout. For a work event, it struck a very pleasing balance of organised, relaxed, and genuinely enjoyable. Overall, Pinstripes made for a charming outing with enough space, food, and activity to keep the whole party happy indeed afterward.

*****Happy hour review***** Stopped by for HH before attending an event upstairs at Pinstripes. Had about 10 minutes until HH ended and our bartender/waiter was on it! They have quite a few tables around the bar and stools lining the bar itself. Ordered a glass of pinot grigio ($5) and the chicken avocado club flatbread ($10), which were both great deals. My glass of wine was quite refreshing and the pour was generous. I really enjoyed the flatbread (glad I listened to our waiter and didn't get the pizza version). It was perfectly crispy (not too crunchy) and came topped with a decent amout of bacon, avocado, roasted onions, and tomatoes. I also tried some of the crispy calamari (pretty good) and truffle fries ( this was a no - too crispy and not enough truffle). Pinstripes is overall a good place to head to for HH when in Georgetown.

I'll leave a positive note! Although I'm still confused whether to consider Pinstripes as a restaurant? Bar? I was impressed by the quality of service and how spacious the entire space was. I went here for a reception and although the food quality was what you expect at a place like this, the employees were super nice and I had a great time.

Came to bowl, have drinks and light bites and catch up with a friend! The service was good, very quick and attentive, the ambiance was fun and lively yet chill and elevated. A great meet up place and I loved the general area of this location! Also not pictured were fries and sweet chili wings! Great flavor and portion! I really enjoyed the cook and size of the calamari and my drink was great! Would definitely be back

They accommodated our large ~20 person party very well. Our server was great and handled everyone's food and drink orders well. Food can be hit or miss though, I actually really enjoyed the pepperoni pizza, but another friend thought her pasta dish was quite bland and didn't want to finish it. We didn't play any games but bowling and bocce are available.

Pinstripes is by far is one of THE best Brunch spots in DC! We have absolutely pleased whenever we have gone. They have a wide variety of food, seating has always been available and the price point is one of the best! I'll be checking them out again soon.

Food and drinks were good but the prices were a bit steep for the portion sizes. Predominantly the calamari. We got maybe 10 pieces for $18. The flatbread $18 with just chunks of tomato and cheese. My lemon martini was great. Overall the food is good but the prices are a bit high in my opinion.

We had a great little afternoon here! The food was pretty good. It's definitely a more expensive bowling experience. I was comparing it a lot to top golf in how it's designed!

We had a great time at Pinstripes! The food was delicious and the bowling was a blast. Our server could use some improvement, but overall, it was a fantastic outing. Would definitely recommend!

    Late night happy hour menu

The idea of late night happy hour is awesome. I mean $5 glasses of wine and draft beer is a really good deal! And $5 bowling and bocce? Amazing! But the food is less than ideal and the service during "late hours" is slow. I was very happy with my wine and truffle fries. You get a large portion, though $12 is a bit much. But nonetheless! The margherita flatbread wasn't great. And we waited quite a long time for it too. Just a lot of tomato and because the flatbread wasn't fully cooked, everything came off the second you picked up a slice. Like a soggy mess. Our service was fine. We had to go to the bar and we asked if we could go to the high tops. We were told sure. So we went to the high top and finally after waiting 15 minutes we gave up and sat at the bar. I know the bartender was cleaning up and wanting to leave, but it was 8:30 and they close at 10. I totally get it--I've been in service! But at the same time, we knew what we wanted and would be no trouble. I mean even the other guy at the bar commented on how slow service was despite the fact that the place was extremely empty. So that's slightly frustrating--but I'm happy to yap and talk for awhile so I didn't think much on it. But if you want quick service, *late night happy hour* might not be the ideal time. Ambiance and vibes were fine. Next time I'll only come for the drinks and the $5 bowling--which again is an awesome deal! I think their deals are awesome but if no one is willing to keep up with these deals, it might be a waste.

We had great family fun for our first experience here. I actually came here with my girlfriend and her two young nieces, and we had a super experience with everything. This is definitely the most high end bowling alley that I've ever been to. The fact that they have a full bar, as well as, a high end restaurant that features a buffett makes this bowling alley uniquely different. The only thing missing would be an extensive playground for kids. We spent the majority of our two hours strictly in the bowling alley. We had our own snacks, but we really would have loved to try out the buffet. We came on a Sunday and there really weren't that many people, I think about two thirds of the lanes were being used. The restaurant and the bar also had very few customers. I wouldn't mind checking out this place on a Saturday night.

Overall, it was a seamless experience with just a few bumps. 1) Check-In: On a busy weekday during a popular week off in between Christmas and New Years, they had one person working the front. There was a small hiccup that needed a manager approval. Despite the worker, who handled the crowd well, calling for a manager over and over again, the manager didn't come for 15-20 minutes as the line grew longer. 2) Arcade: Most of the games are rip offs and short change you. In one of the claw games, it grabbed two rolls of tickets for 20, but it gave me only 10 points on my card. A few games took my card credit without letting me play. 3) Bowling: That was easy and fun! The balls and shoes are clean and the lanes well maintained. 4) Food: The menu is full of unhealthy food and drinks, but the kids loved the cheese pizza kids deal that comes with a drink and fries. It was my first time here, and from the reviews, I knew what to expect: cold beer and mediocre--at best--food. Looking around, I noticed plenty of people taking their first bites of whatever they'd ordered, but very few seemed in any hurry to take a second. I took the hint. I figured the safest thing to pair with my pint of Dos Equis--and help soak it up--would be one of their "head-sized" pretzels. Frankly, they surprised me. I didn't realize it was possible to screw up a pretzel this badly. What arrived was a plate containing two very hot, large, salt-encrusted, pretzel-shaped objects accompanied by a small tub of thick, yellowish goo. The pretzel--I never made it to the second one--had the texture and flavorlessness of stale Wonder Bread. (Assuming Wonder Bread is actually capable of going stale.) The goo tasted vaguely like mild Velveeta, but without Velveeta's ambition. On the plus side, this is a nice venue for lectures and, I imagine, watching sports. The beer is cold, the downstairs space has a good atmosphere, and I enjoyed the event. Just do yourself a favor: eat before you get there.

There are also some upcharges to be aware of not on the menu (like cheese in eggs), which is not all too uncommon for brunch but still something to note!
