We took our son-in-law here last night for his birthday and the service is absolutely HORRENDOUS!! Do NOT waste your money here. First when we arrived people were sitting in our reserved area so moving them cut 10 mins into our bowling time. We paid for 2 hours, were half way through a game at the end of the 1st hour and they shut our lane down. 15 mins later they FINALLY restored the lane but the game was wiped AND they only added 45 mins back on the clock. Our waiter checked on us only twice during the whole 2 hours...we had to hunt him down for refills. I am extremely disappointed and will never be back. The buy one get one coupons they threw at us won't get used either. This was my second time at this establishment...we came for brunch once and the service was so bad on that visit I wrote a Facebook review explaining how bad it was. Had my son in law not had his heart set on this place we definitely wouldn't have come but we were giving them the benefit of the doubt and a second chance. NEVER AGAIN!! read more

Today a group of friends met for lunch at Pinstripes. We enjoyed a variety of delicious lunches & desserts, but the lobster pizza was a superstar. I wish I could give 0 stars. It's a nice, fancy looking place, but if you're looking to have a good bowling experience, I'd recommend going ANYWHERE else. We had an 8:30PM reservation, and they didn't take us to our lane until 8:50PM, and even then the spot still wasn't cleaned up. There were dirty dishes everywhere that still needed to be picked up. Despite not starting until 9PM, our lane still shut off at 9:30PM despite paying for an hour. We requested multiple times for more time since they couldn't sit us for the first 30 minutes and they said they would but never did. The food and drink service was awful. They brought the food out when our lane had "10 minutes" left, and forgot the drinks, so they drinks ended up being brought after our time had ended. The bowling balls are awful. There aren't multiple size holes for the same weight, so if you don't have the perfect thumb for the appropriate weight, you're out of luck. For example, the 11 lb ball has a really small thing hole, but the 12 lb ball has a HUGE thumb hole. There was no in between. The lane seating area is so small, I had to have my legs pinned against the bench for the other bowlers in my group to get by or pull my legs on the bench. Bowling: so fun!!! We came with eight girls on a Friday. Our lane was not ready in time so we got a round of drinks free, which will always make a big group of girls happy! The one with rosemary syrup (forgot what it's called) was AMAZING! Not much to say about the lanes, everything was great, I'm not a bowling critic. Vibe was awesome, waitress was on point, cool atmosphere, very intimate as there were only a few lanes and the booths were tight if you had two separate groups sharing one area, but we were both large groups Dining: there was a private event upstairs so we couldn't enjoy that patio but downstairs was great! I really enjoyed the ambience. Menu was versatile. The manager offered free apps and dessert for us so we got to try a lot, VERY KIND! I got the prosciutto and fig flatbread on gluten free crust. It was really good! I think it could have had more spice and the fig could have been smaller cut. I ask for red peppers on the side for everything though. Everyone seemed to enjoy their food. I gave it a four because the reservation wasn't on time, and the service was slow getting our checks back to us. But everyone was so friendly. The first time I visited this place I had a very bad experience and spent a lot of money. I planned to not return, however, my son really wanted to play bocce for his birthday so I called to make a reservation and spoke with the manager. He assured me that they had worked the kinks out and to give them another opportunity. We went back last night. I didn't realize that on the weekends it's twice as much to play as it is during the week. So glad we got to play for half price last night because Sunday evening is considered weekday prices. It was $5per person per hour. So a 2 hour reservation was $10 pp. there were 8 of us so $80 to play before food and drinks. The first time was a Saturday night and it was $20 pp and there were 11 of us so it was $220 before food and drinks. My kids are all adults and they like to drink. Drinks are $12 and beers run around $6...For two hours!$ I won't rehash the awful first experience. Just to be fair I'll address last night since they said they have the kinks worked out. We got there a little early and the group ahead of us cleared out in a timely fashion. They took us to our assigned area while all of the tables were still covered with the previous party's dirty dishes. We waiting. And waited. Told a server we'd like to order a drink and waiting for them to clear dirty dishes. So we waited. And waited. Asked again. And waited.seriously told 3 people we wanted to order a drink. Finally, our server came over and took our order. Once our server arrived she did a fabulous job taking care of us. We had no problem with our server. I just feel like they have a huge communication problem and they do not work as a team. That said, all of our cocktails were well balanced and tasted good. The food all came out timely and was also good! They eventually cleaned up the dirty dishes but it was after we had ordered. So, in a nutshell, you can go and and have a good time and eat some tasty food BUT it's gonna cost you!! Our food bill for 8 was $500. Then add the admission on top of it and you're at almost $600 on a cheaper weeknight. Just don't want to spend that much on a night out very often. read more

Best happy hour deals! We came here with our infant and played Bocce ball. We had the whole Bocce area to ourselves and it was so nice to have an indoor activity with AC! The beer options are fantastic and the food is delicious. Great deals if you eat early because you have babies! But I'd pay full price if we were out at normal dinner hours alone because it is worth it. read more

My husband and I went here for date night tonight to bowl. I've been wanting to come for several years, but either reservations weren't available or it hasn't worked out. My drink was great, but we ordered a dessert halfway through our 2 hours and after 30 minutes it never came. We didn't even have to ask our waiter to remove it from the tab because he never even put it in. He only came by to check on us once during the hour and a half we were there after we used the call button on the game control screen. It took him 15 minutes to get over to the couple that came in about an hour & 15 minutes into our game. I do not like that the website defaults to 2 hours. When my husband made the reservation he didn't realize that there was an option less than 2 hours, but others around us were definitely bowling for 1. The unisex restroom reeked of men missing the toilet too. For the cost and the service we got tonight, we will not be back. For a high end bowling alley in Clearfork we both had much higher expectations. read more

We came to Pinstripes for a 4 course beer pairing and WOW was it good. This is a hard one to review because it was a one and done kind of thing. The Pinstripes chefs did an amazing job on the food and the beers from Real Ale both played perfectly with each other. Now, I am not a fish guy at all but the main course of Halibut was EXTREMELY good. So light and flaky but the sauces would made an old shoe taste wonderful. Real Ale, I've been a fan of your beers for years, all of your beers were so good. My friends and I had such a good time exploring Pinstripes. I have never in my life left A review about food or felt compelled to leave a review on Yelp...until this wonderful Saturday night. Spent all day driving for 12 hours across Texas and arrived home quite famished after eating a bag of chips at most today... my wonderful wife ordered me a chicken ceaser salad from Pinstripes at the REASONABLE 24$$ .All 5 MINITURES slices of pesto chicken pictured below must of accidentally fallen off the bus boys tray into my togo container as he walked by, along With a side salad someone didn't eat and as a bonus- I got two rock hard breadsticks that dogs are now using as raw hides....needless to say the 34$ in total That was spent on "This, you know this thing, man, this salad breadstick chicken thing man " would of been better spent as a donation to the biden Campaign. lets go pinstripes!!! #MAKECEASERSALADSGREARAGAIN read more

I have been wanting to check out pinstripes happy hour for a while now. I finally decided to go on a Tuesday afternoon. My friend and I walked in and decided to sit at the bar. Crystal was the bartender and she was so friendly and accommodating. We were sure which wine we wanted for HH and she let us try 3 of the ones we were deciding between. We ended up going with the Cabernet. It was perfect for a cold rainy day. I was surprised at how good the HH wine was. Crystal mentioned it was a crowd pleaser and she wasn't wrong. For our appetizer we went with the hummus duo and margarita pizza. Both were amazing and I think at one point, I was dipping my pizza in the hummus. This place has some great options for drinks, food and even games if you're wanting a fun day out. I also loved how friendly Crystal was. I live nearby so this may just be the spot I go to when I want a quick bite to eat. I can't wait to return. read more

Thanks to Katie our bartender last night for great service and fun conversation. Pinstripes is a lively fun place with young energetic staff members happily engaging with their customers. Food is really good, we enjoyed the bruschetta, sliders (truly amazing) and the spinach artichoke dipthat is served with warm house made pita triangles, while partaking in many of the beers on tap and martini's. I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars because they are definitely deserving of it! It was my first time for my friends birthday brunch and there were a few little hiccups in the beginning but the staff was soooo accommodating to make sure we had a wonderful experience! I am vegan and when I asked Nate about the brunch and if they served anything within my restrictions he went to the chef and had them prepare a dish for me (which was phenomenal! The flavor was 10/10) once he brought my dish to me he asked if there was anything in the buffet I wanted so he could go check with the chef to make sure it was vegan friendly. The customer service was out of this world. Marcus was our server and he as well did such a wonderful job making sure we had everything we needed and our drinks were amazing! The wait was long but it was well worth it. We attended on a Sunday morning and the wait was 45 min to an hour. The manager gave us buy one meal get one free coupons for waiting. The food was excellent, It was a buffet type setup and I usually do not like buffets, but I thoroughly enjoyed this one. It was a different experience. We had a graduation event at this Pinstripes. Booking the event was the ease of everything but the aftermath of the event has been a disaster. Before leaving, I asked the manager, Dan Perez for my final bill which he told me was finalized. A few days later, I received an invoice and a charge for extra people that was not in my party. I did not have a waitress/waiter for my event either. I've asked to speak with him, have them review cameras and have this rectified. It has been two weeks and I'm still waiting to hear back. My advice: if you plan to have an event there, DO NOT place a card on file for them to authorize without your knowledge to AVOID false charges. read more

So then we had to move to another booth right as we started our game while expected to pay full price for our bowling even though their bumpers didn't work. So as we went to a new booth that had actual working bumpers, we were told that people would be seated next to us despite the rest of the lanes being open.
