A colleague and I recently visited this We Work location and had a wonderful experience. We rented the conference room, which was well sized and had a large screen which came in very handy. Great communal work space. Beautiful clean surroundings, lovely views in a prime location, fantastic amenities. Attentive staff always available and helpful. Some highlights...coffee machine with fresh ground beans on demand to make you anything you select Americano to macchiato , kombucha and seltzer, cold brew coffee on tap, kitchen, coffee and tea bar, it seems laundry service is coming soon, putting green, workout center coming, quiet pods which are great because I can leave my office and use them to take a call if needed. Multiple conference rooms available to be booked, in many configurations...huge board room down to a 4 person round table all with a big TV/monitor for screen mirroring and a huge glass dry erase white board. It has a full service communal copier/scanner/emailing machine with lots of office supplies available for use. Fridge, microwave, snacks and drinks available for purchase. It also feels very secure requiring a security measures to access. I highly recommend if you are looking for an office space for a small office for yourself or yourself and a few employees. read more

Much like a previous review, I went to the Clearfork location, and waited around for about 5 minutes. I stood around the front desk area (FYI-stood right next to a sign saying see us about a tour). As I waited, I saw the same lady pass right by me a few times, eventually thinking she must work there. The 3rd time she passed by me, literally a few feet away, I noticed she had on a WEWORK shirt and I asked her if she worked there. She pretended not to hear me, and kept walking away, again, this was the 3rd time this WEWORK employee passed by me. I kind of followed her and said, "mam, do you work here?" She reluctantly stopped, turned around and said she did work there and she seemed incredibly irritated that I had even bothered talking to her. MAJOR attitude. I told her was there in inquire about availability, and by this time she was approaching a locked door going inside the offices. She then said she was about to go to lunch, and I would have to come by another day. She let the door close and kept walking away. I was blown away by her dismissive, arrogant, non caring attitude. If she worked for me, I would fire her immediately on the spot. When you hire these kind of woke, seemingly entitled people with this kind of negativity, horrible work ethic and completely non existent business acumen, word gets out. SEEMS LIKE OTHER REVIEWS ARE VERY SIMILAR TO MY EXPERIENCE. I went to another NON wework office space, completely the opposite there, and the person I talked to was helpful, generous and seemed like she actually liked her job. ATTENTION WEWORK CLEARFORK........fire they young hag you have representing your facility at this location. Hiring lazy woke employees to represent your facility cant be a good idea. read more

Our company opened an office here, and all I can say is I wish they'd let me office out of here. The space is beautiful, and the amenities are simply amazing. I'd probably end up in liver failure if I worked here due to the beer on tap, but it'd be worth the ride! read more

Great shared workspace area, great atmosphere and ambiance. I I love the community here, Brooklyn has been very helpful, I've been looking for office spaces and I really like this area and the set up. It's in a convenient location, lots of great shops and restaurants and entertainment. Being in this space makes me want to be here and be more productive. If you work from and need to change your environment and crank up that creative juice. This would be a great choice! They have offices in the third and fourth floor, lots of square feet, 24/7 access, conference rooms and great view. Thumbs up for me! read more

I went by We Work located at The Shops at Clearfork today (8/10/21) and asked about their prices. The young lady behind the counter handed me a sheet of paper asking for my information to set up a tour. "No", I said, "I just want to know your rates." She just smirked. I asked, "Can't you just tell me your rates?" She reached for a business card and said "Here is a card of someone you can call to set up a tour." "Just forget it" I said thinking that if the relationship is already so difficult that I can't even get rates then I don't want any part of this place. I went home and looked at their website and just about the first thing I saw was an introductory offer with...you guessed it...rates! What kind of bizarre nonsense is this game you're playing where you can't tell anyone your rates up front but you will post them online. Sorry We Work, I just don't have time to play nonsense games before we even do business! read more

Although the staff are somewhat friendly, nothing ever gets done around here. The copy machine is always out of ink, out of paper, broken, etc. They seem to think happy hours are more important to young entrepreneurs than an adequate work space. They advertise for friendly events, but don't bother showing up on time because the staff either aren't prepared, or don't have enough supplies, food, or drink to accommodate all of the employees. Invest your money elsewhere. read more
