The venue itself was beautiful and the perfect space for our Celebration of Life. I had planned to wait until the pending wall issue was resolved before leaving a review. Minor damage was discovered during our final walkthrough, which we immediately acknowledged and have made every effort to take responsibility and make right. Afterward, I contacted the owner about a small flower arrangement that had been left behind. I was given times it could be picked up, although the communication felt short and dismissive. When my friend went to retrieve it, she was met with comments like, "All this over that little plant?" and "All this just to waste everyone's time?" What may have seemed like "just a plant" was actually a sentimental gift from a son to his mother. Considering we had just gathered for a Celebration of Life, a little compassion would have gone a long way. Again, the venue itself was nice and worked perfectly for our event. Unfortunately, this particular interaction was disappointing and lacked the level of courtesy and professionalism I would expect from a venue owner.

You cannot have clients past 5 pm or you will be charged...for nothing other than policy (i.e. no one is at the front desk after 5 pm and there isn't security so there's really no reason for the Regus policy to charge). Fyi...this policy is at ALL the locations so beware. Regus only ever allows for 4-5 offices for temporary month to month renters so you may run into days that all the offices are taken. The offices are pretty small and most only fit 2-3 people. Conference rooms are extra cost. The walls are thin and the furniture is pretty plain (plastic and metal). Nothing Executive looking with Regus.

Terrible. I office in Central Texas (1.5 hours south of this office) but needed an office in DFW to…read moremeet clients. I opened an account with them on Wednesday for a monthly membership. I visited on Thursday (drove 3 hours round trip) to meet and get everything set up as I planned to use the office on Saturday to meet several clients. Friday morning I got an email saying my digital access (key to get in the door) had been deleted. I called to check on things and to see why this happened. I was told that they were "resetting the system and everything would be fine". The manager Kaitlyn told me things would be back up by noon and that she would personally check on my account. I could not leave my important Saturday morning meetings to chance, so I again, drove 1.5 hours north to make sure my digital access key worked. I arrived before 5pm and waited until closing and checked to make sure it was working and at that time it was, with 2 employees assistance. On my way back, I received an email at 5:57 saying "Please be advised that your access to NuvoDesk Coworking has been revoked. Should you require further information, please contact an administrator on your site or contact SALTO Support. Best Regards Salto KS" The Support link goes nowhere to anyone that can provide any help and Nuvodesk has ZERO after hours support. I have paid $125 and cannot get into the office I paid to use to meet clients I have meetings scheduled with ALL DAY TOMORROW! 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND
