We only came here to eat, didn't get to try any of the fun activities. Most of the food was decent. The sliders and chicken and goat cheese pasta were yummy. That's something I'd come back for. The goat cheese pasta was a bit oily, but the taste was good. Sliders had great flavor and were tender. The truffle potato strings served with it tasted burnt. Lobster Mac and Cheese was forgettable. One of the worst lobster mac and cheeses I've ever had. The sauce was tasty, but it was so watery it didn't stick to the pasta at all. Not many lobster pieces. Very underwhelming. We also tried the calamari. Another forgettable dish, something I wouldn't order again. Had a friend order the truffle fries- tasted like they had been sitting in grease. Not my first time in this establishment but it was my first bowling and ordering from the menu. We had a reservation and were quickly shown to our private bowling area where we were greeted by our waitress for the afternoon. I really enjoyed the small setting as it made everything feel more intimate. Not the typical bowling alley. After a couple games we decided to grab a bite to eat and I went with the maple glazed salmon. It came atop a bed of grains and accompanied with a cold cucumber medley surrounded by a sea of spicy sauce. The flavors went well together and was truly an enjoyable entree. Well unfortunately Valentine's day didn't go nearly as well here as Easter Sunday brunch. First of all I made my reservation over a week in advance on open table and 2 days before Valentine's I get a call at 8:00 p.m. from a hostess at pinstripes telling me that my reservation is not confirmed because of some glitch and that the only times they have available now are 8:00 or 5:30 p.m. when my reservation was already set in confirmed for 7:00 p.m. obviously this was unacceptable and I let them know that this would not do, the hostess told me they would do everything could to accommodate us so I was very worried there would be an issue when we arrived. Fortunately we arrived 20 min early and were able to sit immediately, which was a relief for sure as you might imagine the last thing I want to do is be standing at the hostess podium having an argument on Valentine's Day. After we were sat though it took 15 minutes before anyone came to our table to greet us, once our server finally did we ordered our drinks a glass of red wine and a sweet tea and also an appetizer of focaccia bread with pesto these items took about 20 minutes to get to our table during which time our server was nowhere in sight despite it being surprisingly not that busy for a Friday night especially a holiday i counted 8 open tables in our main dining area. When our drinks and appetizer finally arrived I told our server we were ready to order and he took our order, I ordered the filet mignon medallions and my girlfriend had the lobster mac and cheese entrée about a minute after the server walked away I realized he didn't ask me how I wanted my steak cooked, I also realized that we were not giving any silverware to eat our appetizer with so I walked over to the service station myself and got two rolls of silverware for us. Now our food took 40 minutes to get to our table and in that time we did not see our server once in order for me to mention that I was not asked how I would like my steak cooked and so I was hoping when it arrived that the assumed temp would be medium rare considering this is a filet mignon, however when I cut into the first one it was cooked medium which I can actually accept barely lol, the second one was cooked medium well! And the third one was actually medium rare, I have no idea how you put three 3 oz filet mignon medallions all cooked to a different temp on the same plate but I find it rather unacceptable, the side of truffle potato strings were semi-cold and difficult to eat I've only ever seen these used to top a steak as a garnish never served as an actual side again I really don't understand this, my girlfriend's lobster mac and cheese barely had small bits of lobster and shrimp in it as well. Overall this was an underwhelming and disappointing experience and I probably couldn't recommend Pinstripes for dinner unfortunately read more

Arrived for our 9pm reservation and still had to wait 15-20 minutes for a lane :\. Then once we got to the lane it was frozen, so we had 3 different employees trying to figure it out. The manager came and rebooted. We started to bowl and it glitched again...got that fixed and we were finally able to bowl. HOWEVER, we noticed that we only had 1 hour 30 mins on our time, even though we paid for 2 hours (which btw was $100!). We were never offered to have our time added back. We ordered pizza and a burger. The pizza came in about 20 mins but the burger never arrived. We inquired and were told it was accidentally given to someone else :\. We reordered and STILL didn't get the burger until 5 minutes left in our bowl time. No napkins, condiments, utensils. Nothing. We had to go to the bar to ask for a to-go box, which was far too small for the huge ass burger, but I digress. Overall, was extremely disappointed with this experience at an "upscale" bowling establishment. Spent over $150 for subpar service. Will not be coming back or wasting my time and money again! read more

We visited on my birthday. There were 8 of us and we paid for 2 lanes. When we got started one of the lanes wasn't working. They tried to fix it as we waited. Wasted over 20 minutes of our play time and finally we all had to bowl on one lane. The manager refunded us for one lane but we still lost time. After we bowled 2 games on one lane with 4 players each time they opened another lane for us so we could bowl a game. We were able to complete 9 frames until they timed us out. For the price you pay this was ridiculous. I realize we were refunded one lane but because we had to bowl separate games on one lane between the 8 of us we used up time for one group of 4. The food is decent and the service was okay. The glasses for water were dirty and there was something slimy in the water as well. Not a good experience. The food is great I love the jambalaya it happens to be Italian style put that in perspective risotto Italian sausage Italian shrimp chicken breast with Italian chilies on the top it's not just a goulash food like jambalaya usually is. What I used to love about it is You go to Sam's get $100 gift card for $75 are you going to Thursday for their handcrafted drinks during happy hour and you're paying half price drinks. Tried the brunch and bowling and it was pretty great! Brunch Cons: -Food should be better for the price you pay (spent well over 100 for 2 people but a handful of items were not worth a second bite. I would not recommend the chicken tenders, biscuits, scrambled eggs, fruit cups, and dessert table) -There is only one bathroom downstairs (unisex). If you happen to bowl downstairs or are just at brunch, you may have to go up to do so. -The elevator is fairly slow lol so you may pee your pants trying to make it haha I don't really mind the last two, but I know some people might so wanted to mention. The food though...I was content with the other options but it was definitely odd how unflavored the chicken tenders were. The biscuits were dry. The eggs were flavorless, too. The fruit was laying out so was warm and not sweet except for the pineapple peices. The dessert table had a decent amount of flies going from plate to plate. -Pros -Our server (Jake I think?) was polite and attentive. He was awesome. -The waffles were an amazing replacement for the lackluster dessert table. I wish I had more room for more than just 2. -The lady making the waffles and omelets was so sweet! -Even with the handful of disappointing entrees, there was plenty of other stuff I tried that I was happy with. The sausage, bacon, potatoes, goat cheese pasta and pasta salad were amazing! -The upstairs bathroom has like 8 stalls or something. A decent amount for a place that size. This is a nice spot with good food and bowling and bocce ball. So far, I've been on a Saturday for brunch and a Sunday for the buffet brunch. The food is delish and the buffet is vast and high quality. There is something for all palettes on the menu and on the buffet. There have been large groups of folks celebrating birthdays, etc when I've been here. The restaurant layout is perfect for small and large groups. Waitstaff is professional and helpful. There is lots of free parking within a block or two. I am already planning a happy hour outing here that includes my very bad bowling. Lol read more

We still had to use a link provided to secure our reservation with a card, but it still seemed a better deal than purchasing the session online. Appetizers are served right at the lanes, which was convenient. After bowling, we dined in the bistro, which had a lively atmosphere--perhaps a bit too lively for our taste at one neighboring table. The service was good overall. The French Dip was satisfying, and the Cobb salad was fresh and tasted great, just like the pictures on their website. Fun to spend Saturday afternoon bowling with three generations. Make a reservation for a lane. Socks and shoes included. Nice to get a couch, coffee table, seats behind the couch, and ice water as we set up the names. Will be sharing the space with another group. The lanes are nice. Lots of choices for bowling balls. Good electric scoring. Playing with kids? No worries. The bumpers can be programmed to go up and down from player to player. With more than four people bowling, I would recommend getting two reservations side by side. We were only able to get up to the fifth frame of the first game before our one hour of time ran out. Disappointing that we ran out of time as it took a bit of time to get set up, so I am not sure how long we actually played. Would I come back? We hit the button for service. Waited about 5-10 minutes and saw the waitress and told her, waited another 5-10 minutes and pushed the button again before someone finally showed up. Thankfully they added twenty minutes back on our reservation and got the balls up shortly thereafter but it was a little annoying that it took so long to happen. Made a reservation on May 12, 2025 for the 4th of July. Nearly two (2) months ahead of time to ensure the time of choice. I started getting the automated text confirmation requests 1-2 days before our scheduled date. I confirmed 'yes' would be there as we had out of town guests and an itinerary planned out. Then on July 3 some employee calls to say that the hours of operation were changed and they would not be opening up until 3:00 pm and if I would like to reschedule. He said that they made that change a month prior. Well then why didn't I get notified a month ago? I did not accept the time change for the reservation as it wouldn't work out with other plans. Long story short - yes, things happen, but as a business you should look to minimize inconveniences to your customers well in advance if known. Less than 24 hours notice is unprofessional at best. read more

Went for Mother's Day brunch yesterday and had a horrible experience. We really never had a server. Had to get up and ask for drinks from an employee. I heard about this place through Facebook and being a lover of buffets, I had to try it! The buffet on weekends was the ultimate brunch. All you can eat from eggs, to pastas to chicken tenders, complete with the classic omelet and waffle bar! The ambiance really flowed with general decor. They have an outside patio which I'm sure is nice when it's not in the 40 or triple digits. My meal started off with a nice bottle and glass of perfectly chilled water, yes you can pay extra for bottomless mimosas, I was about to go to work so I stayed with the water. My server was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about brunch etiquette. It's right in the middle of a nice outdoor shopping center so it's fun to walk off the bacon and eggs with some shopping! Sticky, so you can injure yourself during your throw. And covered with oil at the end of the lane. The bowling area is also packed full of oversized furniture, so you are constantly tripping over others. This review is for the brunch buffet. Let's start with the fact that I ADORE BRUNCH BUFFETS. Everywhere I go I seek them out. And I have been to many. The east coast has the best ones, sincerely. And they are everywhere there. And high end hotels have good ones as well. This one is solid. A few quibbles, but overall? GOOD FOOD. 1. Waffle station. Plentiful, good portions, lots toppings. The waffles weren't crisp at all so 4 stars on those. 5 stars on the toppings for them. 2. Carving station. First; there's a carving station!!! The ham was good. The prime rib had lovely flavoring but it was desperately overcooked. Prime rib should be medium rare in the center. Ends will be well done. Plenty for everyone. 3 stars. 3. Shrimp cocktail. First; they have shrimp cocktail and they cook the shrimp there! Very nice presentation. And the shrimp were tasty. However, when I was there the shrimp were a bit overcooked. The cocktail sauce was good, but the little cups they had for katsup they didn't have out for the cocktail sauce. But that's a minor thing. 4 stars. 4. Desserts. Needed help. This was the most disappointing part of the buffet. The chocolate in the fountain was way too sweet and not very chocolatey. the strawberries for dipping were picked through and small and green. The rice crispy treats were good. The cheesecake was too sweet and the creamy part was too small in proportion to the rest. And that was the best of it. 2 stars. 5. Omelet Station. 5 stars. Excellent. Everything I wanted it to be. 6. Bagels, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, breakfast potatoes (5 stars) and brussels sprouts (4 stars, too sweet but otherwise excellent). Very good. 4.5 stars overall. 7. Salads. These were really excellent. I had several of them and enjoyed them all. Especially as this is a part of most buffet's I skip. What would I have added? I missed having some eggs benedict. Some poached eggs, some English muffins and hollandaise cups. With the ham from the carving station: make your own eggs benedict would have been excellent. And I would do something to improve the dessert bar. Maybe add some powdered sugar donut holes, vanilla cupcakes with chocolate buttercream frosting, and some seasonal fruit scones (lemon blueberry in the spring, honey peach in the summer, Pumpkin in the fall, Orange cranberry in the winter). AND I would buy a better quality chocolate for the fountain. So that's 4 stars overall. Why did I give it 5 stars? The management impressed me. SO many buffets let a ton of food go to waste. It's awful. But here I saw the employees filling to-go containers and plates of food from the buffet in the last 1/2 hour of the buffet. That was SO wonderful to see. I can't tell you how much that guaranteed I'd be back. I love places that treat their employees well. Plus, it means a lot to me that the food doesn't go to waste. And that the employees are encouraged to eat there free of charge. It's classy. It's green. It's the way a restaurant should be run. I am sure that's part of the reason why the service was so good as well. The management clearly thinks of ways to make their staff happy. And that flows down to good service overall. read more

I've been here probably 15-20 times and I don't recall a time when dining in the restaurant where the service has been quick. They ran a BOGO promotion last weekend and a group of 4 of us decided to go. 2 of my friends didn't arrive until 7:45 and my other friend and I had been seated since 7pm and didn't get water until after my friends arrived and I got up and asked the manager. His response was our server had just been sat 3 tables.... Hmmm. Ok. I have several thoughts on that. We had a show to make downtown and we informed the manager. Our food was really good. Server and manager was nice. We made our show just as they were closing the doors. I'm not sure I'd count on this place to get you out the door for a movie or somewhere else you need to be. Service is slow no matter how many tables someone has. I don't want them to close down, just try and staff up if you're going to run a promotion and maybe take Open Table or Yelp reservations to get an idea how many patrons you'll have on a weekend.
