This place is just by the centennial lakes park and sitting in the patio gives you a great overlook of the park! I love sitting in the patios in summer months, it looks so lively! Although patio is closed for winters, they do have some great indoor seating too! Staff are very friendly and warm..from managers to serving staff, evryone comes around and greets the guests! We usually order the flatbreads but, we ordered some pastas this time! I loved the chicken and goat cheese fussili pasta, lobster Mac and cheese is delicious too.. crispy cauliflower has got a nice zing to it too! 2 words on this place. LOBSTER BISQUE. The lobster bisque was to die for, it was so good. Started with a cup and immediately had to upgrade to a bowl not to mention I came back the next day for another bowl of it. The layout was also nice and felt modern with a high upkeep with great service. All the servers seemed very happy to be helping and were nice when I asked to be reseated because I was next to a children's party. They have a bowling alley. Nice Sunday brunch at a clean and stylish restaurant. This was my first time there for bunch. The food was okay but could use some improvements. The prime rib station appeared to be running low the several times I checked it out. The cutting board needed to be wiped cleaned in between cutting the small roasts. A tiny piece left and the mess on the board was terrible. Do better. The prime rib itself was very good, when it was available. When I checked the menu initially, I expected the shrimp cocktail to be just that, not peel and eat shrimp. The roasted vegetables were heavily salted and the dessert station was disappointing. Rice krispie treats, and marshmallows should never be offered at this establishment. It cheapens the dessert table. This should be a quick fix to bring the the dessert table up to standards with less cheap desserts. The bagels were hard for fresh bagels. Maybe they were the previous day's bagels? The restaurant was very nice to sit in with a wintry backdrop of the outside ice skaters. Having been here during happy hour and experiencing the excellent quality of food, the brunch needs to improve considering the cost. I will say that the waitstaff were excellent. The salads were nicely prepared and presented. In summary, a nice presentation that needs some improvements. read more

Knowing that this is more than just a food place, I assumed that the highlight would be the entertainment aspect instead of food. To my surprise, the food was solid as well! The atmosphere was amazing as it was a very good environment for people to converse in both intimate and larger group settings. In terms of food and drinks, I thought the bottomless Mimosa was an excellent idea and I thoroughly took advantage of it. I have been there twice, once for brunch and once for dinner. For brunch, I had the lobster & egg bruschetta, and for dinner I had the margherita pizza, the prosciutto fig flatbread, and a calamari. The prosciutto fig flatbread was a bit too salty for me, but everything else tasted great. However, it was a bit too expensive for the size given in terms of dinner. The pizza was not big at all but the price was more reasonable for a pizza with a medium size. For atmospheric needs and entertainment, I will definitely return. read more

There's a lot to like about Pinstripes - their patio dining overlooks the popular centennial lakes walkway, great location, and free parking (once you figure out the entrance to the ramp). I've been here for a large private event and dining with a small group. This time was for Saturday brunch. While service was attentive and very friendly, we found someone other than our server to place an order and waited longer than usual for our food. It was a small disappointment to have to send a side dish back to the kitchen because they did not prepare it as requested. The toast for my avocado toast was rock hard. However, I can overlook these small glitches because patio ambiance on a nice day can make up for a lot. ALSO, if you check in via yelp, Pinstripes will offer free sorbet or gelato! New Year's Eve was a huge disappointment. We've been good customers since this place opened. The cost for one hour of bocce ball doubled to $15 per person. That's the new rate after 3 p.m. and on weekends. Our party of 5 made reservations for dinner in the Bistro a month in advance; we were shuttled upstairs to an event room with only tables for 10, which made conversation very awkward. We were not happy. Our meals were ridiculously expensive for what looked like-and tasted like dried out, tasteless frozen food. My risotto was a slab of tasteless rice with tiny over-grilled vegetables and 5 miniscule tasteless shrimp for $28. My husband had jambalaya, which was flavorless and overcooked and bearing no resemblance to the real dish. The only positive thing I can say was that our waitress was very attentive. My recommendation is to play games before 3 and find somewhere else to eat, like Ciao Bella, less than a mile away. read more

It was incredible spread of a variety of good food Bacon Sausage Breakfast Potatoes Roast Vegetables- these were delicious Bagels Pastries Fresh Fruit Chicken Tenders Macaroni Pizza Waffles Omelet Stand Carving Station with prime rib and ham Dessert Bar Chocolate Fountain Strawberries- huge Rice Krispies Twizzlers Cookies Bloody Mary Bar. Reasonable price for all the variety of choices. One of the better brunches I have been to, made better by spending the day with family. Great service. read more

Came here for the first time with my partner and I must say, we were definitely impressed with the food! We ordered off the happy hour menu and got the eggplant and goat cheese flatbread, spinach and artichoke dip, crispy calamari, and the tenderloin sliders. The eggplant and goat cheese flatbread was very creamy and delicious, but the more of it we ate, the more pronounced the goat cheese flavor was, which can be a little bit on the unfortunate side for some, including myself. I would recommend getting at least 3 people to share this flatbread, as it is large in size! The spinach and artichoke dip was good. It's a classic, but also nothing really made it stand out compared to a spinach and artichoke dip from somewhere like Applebee's. We were a tad unimpressed with this dish. The crispy calamari was delicious; very crunchy, and the portion size was decent. Otherwise nothing too special (but was still very good!!). And lastlyx the tenderloin sliders were AMAZING. I wasn't honestly expecting these to be that great, but I think this dish alone is work coming here for, especially during happy hour. The beef was incredibly tender and the sauce on it sent it off the charts in terms of flavor. Service was excellent too, and they were very attentive and friendly. I specifically mentioned on our reservation that we were celebrating a sobriety date. It's a huge occasion and rather personal. I asked if we could be seated off to the side, which I guess meant sitting right in the middle of everything. Then add to that the absolutely rude and pushy service and I don't know if I'll ever recommend pinstripes for events again. It started with checking in for bocce. My dad arrived a little early, there was still a group there so he went to the desk. The desk manager insisted he had to pay right there for anyone doing bocce, even though when I made reservations I said it was a group for a party. I had planned to pay, so that was embarrassing. Not to mention we couldn't actually start at 4:45 as intended. Fast forward to around 5:45 when I knew our bocce time was ending. I went to the front desk to check in for our dining reservation and the same gentleman that gave attitude for bocce was rude about dinner. I sincerely hope he's not a manager I told him we had reservations at 6, so was wondering if I should start wrangling everyone up to move to the dining space and he just stared at me and said i was early, our reservation wasn't until 6. I didn't really know what to do with that info so I just had the group start packing up their things. At around 5:55 someone else came over to my family as we were still near the bocce area and asked if we needed anything. I explained that we were waiting until 6 and he told us our table had been ready. When we finally got seated, the server came by about 3 times in 10 minutes to try and get our order. For a group this large, I'm not sure if he was trying to be helpful but it just felt pushy. We had to specifically ask for the bread, as well as the breadsticks and marinara for the kids meal. Finally as we were finishing our meal, our guest of honor started to say a few words to everyone there, as again we were celebrating a sobriety anniversary and it's a huge accomplishment. For some reason our server felt that was the appropriate time to start clearing glasses and plates. I was beyond annoyed. After the table was partially cleared and while my guest was still talking, I could see the server lingering off to the side with our stack of checkbooks to deliver. I literally could not believe that this was his approach, as it was clear we were having a serious moment. Lastly, as some of my guests left someone else had arrived a little late and ordered a glass of iced tea. Someone came by to bus the rest of the table and I specifically asked him to leave the iced tea glass as my guest was just in the restroom. I turned my back for one second and when I turned around he had stacked the tea glass with the others. I asked him to bring another glass and he just stared at me, so I had to explain to him what he did before he'd tell someone else to go get another glass. All in all, this was a horrible experience for a really special day for my family. I could not believe how pushy and rude your staff was, despite me having explained from the beginning the nature of our celebration. I will strongly reconsider having events at Pinstripes again if this is the level of service to be expected. read more

I took my kids there bowling; they only had a lane open for an hour, which was no big deal, but we wanted food, and they only had the buffet. We got our food and sat down at the lanes, but needed silverware; they said we had to ask our waiter. It took forever. I ordered coffee, and had to order cream separately. By the time we got our silverware and my coffee, we barely had time to eat before our hour was up. $100 to get rushed out the door. If you're going to have a buffet, give people access to silverware, and leave out coffee cups with cream! If management calls me to make some type of concession, I'll go again, otherwise they've lost my business permanently. Well we are torn on how to review our visit. Food was good but not great and the sevice had its hiccups. Party of eight but that didn't seem to be a big deal. Ordered drinks and those came out fine yet appetizers were served with the main meal - not good. Then a side I had ordered never made it to the table - just told the waiter to forget it. Of course he said "sorry" but it didn't seem like he really "cared" the mistakes were made. We had a good meal but (for the price - $300+) it just wasn't one where we felt we need to come back again. Pinstripes is great! I've been here a number of times; it's always great food and a great time. The interior design is beautiful, and actually the outdoor seating areas are just as lovely. There are multiple floors with bowling alleys and bocce ball courts, bars, rentable party/conference rooms, and plenty of restaurant seating. That all makes it sound like it's only sort-of a restaurant, but you can be sure that Pinstripes is a restaurant first. An awesome restaurant with awesome food. I've gotten many different things here, but tonight I got the Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich. It sounds like something you could get from just about any fast food joint, but this was way beyond that; it's a really tasty sandwich. My cousin got the Filet Mignon Trio, which was definitely at the top of their price range, and it was reportedly well worth the expense. We were here on a Monday night; their weekly $12 bottomless spaghetti/meatballs/chop salad deal was in effect, and I'd say that deal is a fair answer to any concerns that there are some very pricey menu items. My uncle got it and happily took full advantage. The service was good, although the building is so large that it feels like it's harder for the servers to keep tabs on everyone. Parking is surprisingly challenging; although there are some spaces right out front, I usually have to find a spot in their ramp. They do appear to have free (although a tip is probably expected) valet parking Monday-through-Saturday evenings. My only other complaint is that my fries were "just okay". To look at them, you'd think they've got fancy bonus flavors applied to them, but they tasted pretty average. Next time I go, I'll probably get that goat cheese pasta that I've had many times before because I love it. Or I'll try something else. Everything has been delicious. And it's really such a nice building. Way to go, Pinstripes! read more

So disappointed. It has been a few years since I visited. Our waiter basically took our order, and I had to hunt him down to ask for a side. Never came back to check on our meal or if my husband wanted another beer. The steak sliders were alright but loving calamari, I thought they would be great, but they were like chewing on leather. We arrived for our reservation tonight and Andy, our server was wonderful. At this point, 5/5 stars. Food was amazing, as well as drinks. We were planning to stick out the night since it was new years, and Andy was kind enough to let us know we would be with a new server for the rest of the night.......... This is when our world was flipped upside down. Lol. Ok so basically the new server treated us like we were clouds hovering over our seats. We didn't know who he was for about 30 minutes since he didn't check in for so long. But little did we know... 30 minutes was record speed for Riley....... There was a bottle cap in one of our drinks, but he was never there for us to tell him. We wanted more food, but he wasn't there to take the order. Once we tracked him down, the kitchen was closed. So then of course we waited 45 minutes for our checks, but we expected that at this point We decided a 3 star rating was fitting once we didn't get our complimentary champagne for new years that everyone got before the ball drop. We got it 15 minutes into the next year. Honestly I felt bad for the guy at that point. Luckily for us we planned to be there for some time, but by the end of it we were slightly annoyed. I've never eaten at a pinstripes before because I brattily had just assumed the food wouldn't be good as it is an an event center, but after a friend asked me there to brunch I have now learned the error of my ways!! My husband and I ordered the steak and eggs, the chicken and waffles, and I ordered the yogurt in case my toddler might want some (he also got fries and chicken tenders). My husband's steak and eggs looked amazing and tasted just as good - the salsa had a good amount of heat and the steak was flavorful. I really wanted syrup with my chicken and waffles and ended up having to wait a pretty long time to get it until my food was cold, but the flavors were really great. The hot sauce that came with it really didn't have much heat, but it was really tasty!! It was sweet, rich, and vinegary and was perfect on the chicken. The waffles were tasty if a little basic, but no complaints! The yogurt came unsweetened and I would have liked some honey or something as an option, but luckily for my son (and my sweets-loving palate) I had some sugar left from my coffee that I mixed in. I don't know if they make it themselves, but the yogurt has vanilla bean grated in which gave it a bit of depth, and the berries and apples were fresh and crispy. After the meal we ordered a couple of the chocolate chip cookies (2 for $2 I think?) which came out hot and perfect, just like momma used to make. I think anybody NOT ending a meal there with a couple cookies is making a huge mistake. All-in-all, surprisingly tasty and quality food at super fair prices!!! Recently, I attended an event hosted and catered by Pinstripes. I came away impressed. Free parking in the adjacent ramp was convenient. On entry, I was quickly directed to the second floor where my fellow attendees were already gathering. The 2nd floor space easily and comfortably accommodated a fairly sizable crowd. Starters and drinks were served on the landing at the top of the stairs and on the extensive outdoor deck. The conventional appetizers were tasty, well prepared and generously apportioned. There were plenty of staff on hand to keep drink orders flowing amidst the swirl of mingling. Dinner was held in a large event room with well arranged tables and place settings, attractive lighting and a fully functional A/V setup. Courses were brought family style to the tables (with up to eight diners at each). Salad course consisted of a sweet/savory pear salad with balsamic vinegar and a traditional Caesar. Both were crisp, fresh and not over-dressed. Pasta course was a choice of Vegetable or Meat Lasagna. The veggie option was a bit bland while the fennel sausage in the meat dish added a welcomed bit of spicy oomph to the richness of the dish. Entrees consisted of Chicken Parmesan and Maple Glazed Salmon. Both were solid if not inspired presentations. I'll add that the distribution of the various courses from the kitchen to table, and the passing of each around same worked quite smoothly. Better than one might imagine. And, it was agreeable to be able to sample everything. This led to the sharing of impressions with table mates and in some cases, dishes were re-passed by popular acclaim affording a second helping to those so inclined. Dessert, bite sized portions of apple bread pudding and Frangelico chocolate cake was served back out in the pre-function space with urns of coffee and assorted teas available. The event sponsor had also reserved bowling lanes and bocce ball courts for our enjoyment. Many availed themselves of this opportunity for fun and friendly competition. Based on my experience at this event, I'll likely be back with a group of friends for another Pinstripes experience. read more
