First time here with a group of 12 for dinner and bowling. Our table had to wait for 10 minutes before our server came to ask about drinks. It was busy, busy here. But it's beautiful on the inside and also has outdoor seating and a very inviting bonfire outside. The flavor of the ahi tuna flatbread was better than what I've tasted in Alaska, but I had to get over the appearance of the tuna. The Buffalo wings apps were a 10 for 10. The taste of the water of almost unbearable and I wasn't the only one with our party that thought so. I give the restaurant experience a 3 stars out of 5. I give the bowling experience 4 out of 5. They saw I was starting to work a sweat and their servers gladly turned down up the AC because they were that attentive, I never asked. It was also very nice that there was an attentive host in the lanes that would switch our carafe for ice cold drink without us asking. Much appreciated. All in all, I would be back. I would absolutely not recommend this place for events, our experience was as if this place was not used to running any type of event. First, I called in early April to set lanes aside for bocce ball. On this call, I clarified and asked if bocce ball for 19 people would cost money as the bowling was a per hour charge on their website. I was told no and they took my information and said I would receive an email confirmation closer to the event, but that it had been booked for our event. The night before our event, I called to see if we could potentially add a guest to the event and nobody could find any information regarding the reservation from a month prior. Despite this, they had my nickname in their computer system which I had not given on this call, meaning that someone likely took my information but did not actually book anything. The employees were apologetic and assisted in problem solving the issue to accommodate us and offered bowling at the same time or a later bocce ball slot, however, I was quoted $240 per hour now, despite being told initially that there was no fee. Because of the last minute timing, we decided to continue with a bowling reservation. The next day, we came in for our slot and were told that it would be $380 per hour for our group. When I explained that I had been quoted $240 the night before, I was told that I was quoted happy hour prices (as if I would have known that, or as if that was my problem that their staff misquoted me a second time). Despite this, the employee was nice enough to charge us for 2/4 lanes per hour which we were okay with after all of the mix ups. Then, during the event, we had 17 adults, and the wait staff did not ask how we initially wanted the bill split up. The bill came on 1 tab and nothing was tracked, ultimately we had to use 1 card and split it up among ourselves. One guest brought a $20 coupon to cover their meal, which we included with the credit card and were told they could use it. However, after checking my bank statement, I was charged the original price and was not told that they couldn't use the coupon in the end, nor did they return this coupon. Overall, this experience was terrible, we were given 3 different answers on pricing at every turn AND the billing for the event was poorly handled. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking to host an event and will never be going back. We drove 4 hours from out of state to host our event here in hopes to celebrate with friends over our engagement, and it was nothing but stressful and ruined our time with loved ones due to having to coordinate bills and surprise charges. Update: Ben was great to work with on this issue and took the matter very seriously and made us feel heard about what happened. He genuinely wanted to know what happened in order to prevent issues moving forward and use it as a training opportunity. Thank you again for working this out for us! read more

We went for the brunch on a Saturday. It was amazing! I went to the build your own omelette station, the ingredients were very fresh. I do think there could be a few more options to add. However, it was delicious. The breakfast potatoes were amazing! My husband got the waffles and they were incredibility soft. They really had a little something for everyone. The dessert table was delicious. The best marshmallows I've ever had. There was a lack of condiments. No ketchup, salsa, or anything like that to add to what you got. (If there was we couldn't find it) The brunch was scattered throughout the first floor, kind of unorganized. It's far from the seating area which wasn't super convenient. You have to walk past everyone to get your food. The price of brunch was good especially for the quality of food. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. We also went bowling after we ate. I felt the bowling prices were a little steep. It was $60 for two people to bowl for two hours. The bowling area is slightly cramped and you have to share a small table with the other lane. Plus, anyone sitting has to move for you as there isn't much room between your table and where you sit. It also was very very warm in the bowling area as opposed to the eating area which was nice. Overall it's a very nice restaurant. The food was delicious. The staff were great. Just some minor complaints. We will go back again to eat. read more

We swung by an hour before closing for a light snack. We got a Reese's gelato and a side order of asparagus (one of us was healthy - the other not). Both were excellent! I mentioned that while asparagus is super easy, it's also super easy to mess it up. This was cooked perfectly and as it should be! Super good! Service was lacking. Our server was very nice, but he was either busy or inattentive - I'm not sure which one. If he was busy, there seemed to be plenty of other people who could have helped him improve service, but they didn't, or he didn't ask. I waited nearly 15 minutes for my pop from the time of ordering. Perhaps the server was closing out tabs since he was standing near the computer stand, but I was just getting thirstier and thirstier as I watched him, and watched him...not get my pop. My daughter never received her lemonade throughout the meal, though we were billed for it. It was a very drawn-out and long service. Again, the server was very nice, but I don't want to feel like a burden because I showed up an hour before closing. Staff was shutting umbrellas, sweeping around, and closing up. We celebrated a family birthday here. Our food was all very good. Service was excellent. We had a reservation and were seated at a large booth for 6 people. It was a good table for fun and conversation. I had the turkey club sandwich which was very good. I wasn't a fan of the fries. Mine were a big soggy but others at our table really liked the fries so I must have had a bad batch. Our birthday boy received a free gelato dessert which we shared. Very nice. We reserved a bowling lane after dinner and I have to say I was quite disappointed in that. It started off great and we were having a ton of fun then our lane started sticking which required a staff person to come and reset it. When you are on a timer, waiting for your lane to get reset is not a good option. After 5 or so stops, they put all 6 of us on the same lane and extended the time but that only had a bunch of us sitting too long. Was I dreaming or did I actually eat at Pinstripes? I went to Pinstripes with a friend on a Friday evening. We had a reservation for 7pm so we did not have to wait for a table. There was also a large parking garage right next to the restaurant where we were able to park. Upon entering we were promptly seated. This restaurant offers a lot of entertainment including indoor bocce ball and bowling! I ordered the Blueberry Mash cocktail which was very tasty and had a great balance of flavor's between the alcohol and the mashed blueberries. We were given bread and pesto which was quite garlicky and tasty. Our waiter was incredibly quick which was no problem and made sense due to how busy the restaurant was on a Friday night. I ordered the Gnocchi with vodka sauce. It came with a large dollop of mascarpone on the top and was so tasty! Very filling and delicious dish. The cost of me meal was $38 which included a tip. We enjoyed bowling and bocce ball which were both fun and had great seating for bowling. Overall, a fun place in a good location. Had such a lovely time at Pinstripes, enjoying another hard day after getting laid off from my job. My husband had called ahead and asked about open lanes on the Wednesday, since there are only a handful of lanes, Pinstripes mentioned they were booked for the evening. Despite this we went out to eat anyways and enjoyed the restaurant part of the establishment. When we arrived, we asked about bowling again, and it seems that they will take you as a walk in if the reservations aren't fulfilled, so be sure to ask if you're going to dinner here! We were able to get a lane within the hour, and so decided to eat while we waited. Once we sat, service was excellent! We enjoyed Whiskey Wednesday and ordered to whiskeys for $6/piece. We ordered the tuna ahi poke bowl and chicken Parmesan and both were delicious! The pasta on the parm looked and, according to my husband, tasted delicious and fresh! Food came quickly! And after the server learned about my unfortunate turn of personal events, offered desert on the house. While I realize it's not always appropriate to mention these things in public to get freebies, I am incredibly grateful for the care and attention restaurants like this provide when they hear of people's struggles. And even though we lost an income in my household, we still always find a way to tip well when service like this is provided to return the gratitude paid. It's the human thing to do. After we ate and drank for about an hour, our lane was ready. We finalized the check and headed over, were provided with shoes, and sat to start bowling! A wonderful and up to date experience complete with service in the bowling room! My husband ordered another soda while I rehydrated with water. We were able to squeak in 2.5 games in our reserved hour. When going to finish the check for the soda, the different server was sweet, and yet again said not to worry about it. Again, I can't express my gratitude for service like this. Because of the kindness they showed, I dug out the last $5 in my wallet and tipped him for his kindness. Seated outside in the Garden Patio we were tended quickly by Sean, a veteran of the TC dining scene who really knows his menu well. It was my first time at Pinstripes a few days ago and I had a great time! Seriously, where has this place been my whole life! And right next to Centennial Lakes too, one of my favorite parks in Edina. As soon as I walked up to the front door, I immediately noticed a fire pit with complimentary blankets to borrow. How creative! It was definitely a nice touch. We were greeted by the hosts at the desk who directed us to our bowling lane. It was definitely a more mature area to bowl since they had a full bar nearby. I loved that there wasn't anyone rowdy and everyone there was just there to have a good time. We bowled for about 30 mins but as soon as our food got there we literally couldn't stop eating. We got there around happy hour time so we got an amazing deal on the food - many of the happy hour food was 7-8 dollars each and plenty for 5-6 people! We tried the spinach artichoke dip, bruschetta, calimari, and 4 different types of flatbreads. Everything was soooo delicious! I especially loved the spinach artichoke dip - it was the best I've ever tried. And the bbq chicken flatbread was incredible. Definitely higher quality food compared to some bowling alleys. I got a lemonade as well and it was perfect - sweet but not too sweet ! The only thing I didn't like was that we didn't get to finish our game since the alley reservation was timed for about an hour. I haven't been to many bowling alleys like this but I suppose it was to be expected since there aren't many lanes at this alley! Afterwards, we went to try bocce and it was our first time trying it. I don't think we fully understood how to play despite the instructions but it was an experience regardless. I would definitely come back to eat the food again and bowl! They have a fat better than average selection of happy hour wines (instead of the usual "house red" and "house white," you can make your choice from several varietals). There's also a fabulous selection of other drinks and of nibbles, all at great prices. I can definitely see myself coming here for post-work relaxation! The location is really convenient, and while the lot fills up fast, I had zero trouble finding a spot in the ramp. Bowling is reasonably priced and offers several different games--we went with classic, but the variety is impressive. (I did not know there were so many ways to play bowling!) The bowling itself is great for groups large and small, and obviously steed to all ages. We had a big group of working adults on one side and a family with littles on the other. Not happy. I make a reservation for brunch for my friend at i at 12:15, we have some car trouble on the way and end up walking into the restaurant at 12:30. It's takes the hostess and manager about 5-6 minutes to get to us when I mention we have a reservation. The manager (or who I assume was the manager) quickly intercepts the conversation with the hostess and I and tells me they had our reservation for 12:15 and only hold them for 15 minutes past and would no longer be able to seat us. This was extremely frustrating considering we walked in at the 15 minute mark and they hadn't seated anyone since we walked in so they didn't hold our table for their "15 minute grace period". My phone number and email were given for the reservation, the least that could've have been done was call to see if we were on our way before giving up the table. We were told it would be over 2 hours before we could get seated in the dining room, and the bar seating was available. We gave up and chose bar seating and while sitting there I saw there were still reservations for dining available less than an hour from now. The bar was loud and uninviting. I've worked in restaurants my whole life, doing positions from hosting, serving, bartending, and managing and I've never seen someone disregard a customer with a reservation so rudely even when showing up slightly late. We came to Pinstripes for their New Year's Day brunch buffet and we are so glad we did! We snagged a last-minute reservation. I can't even begin to describe all of the food options there were. There were multiple types of salads, a make-your-own omelette station, a multitude of breakfast options (including mini Belgian waffles), and so much more! Not to mention they had a fabulous fondue station that gave you endless possibilities. Now that I know they do brunch buffets on the weekends, I will for sure be there more in 2024!
