We had poor experience at this place . It wasn't even crowded . First we had to change the lane and then the new lane had issues 6 times . Every time we had to call the tech or service people . We spoke with Heldi and she was always trying to be sarcastic rather than being helpful . Firstly they have problems and then they have this staff that tried to be super smart. And then we were told yeah we know these lanes have issues , lol why would u give the problematic lanes to people and when only 5 lanes were being used . Finally , we spoke with Assistant manager Brian . He apologized and was very helpful . He gave us credit for next time and ensure to fix the issues . We made reservations a week ago for 6pm tonight Pinstack took the reservation but didn't hold the reservation when we arrived at 6 we were told they don't take reservations on Saturday. WTF. Ok we were told 30-45 mins. 1 hour later @ 7 we were told it would be another 45mins to an 1hr more. Ok now WTF X2. We were getting the run around spoke to manager and they sat us in the back patio. Well to make a longer story short pinstack is undermanned staff mismanagement with an attitude. Now for the topper. Got a pizza with hair underneath the pizza. 1st time, hade to wait for a visually empty seating area for 20 min. Waited, waited and once seated Service folks were nice. Ordered the appetizer. Took 1 hour for it to arrive. Oh and the appetizer came With the main course. All the food came out cold . Service was slow like they had to go pick it up from someplace else and pump water from a well outside. Really slow service. Two other tables left not willing to put up with this. But we were to far in and to hungry. Well the corrections to the wrong orders also came out slow or under cooked. We had the most amazing time for my daughters 9th birthday there. We were there with 2 six year olds and 2 nine year olds and the staff and management couldn't have been kinder or more accommodating. Enjoyed bowling and arcades. Poor service with bowling. We cashed in our prize for the arcades. My son selected a large box of Starburst candy for 2500 points. Got home and opened the candy, took a bite and almost broke a tooth. Checked the expiration date ... they expired 6 months ago! Candy has a shelf life of forever so this stuff had to be super old. Love this place. Always so much fun every time we come. Came out with my fiancee, brothers and their wives and had a blast. The manager at the restaurant Bryan went out of his way to accommodate us and make sure we were having a great time celebrating my sister-in-law's birthday. Horrible service. Restaurant wasn't even that busy. Waited over 45 minutes on our Alfredo. Finally got it and found a dead gnat in it. Disgusted to say the least. Won't be eating here ever again. If you see me on the show "monsters inside me" you'll know why I sat down at the table at 10:07 and left at 12:11 AM during these two hours I waited on a manager and my bill. They took off the pasta with the nasty bug in it that I didn't eat and a few "I'm sorry's" I guess they know their place needs an exterminator. I'll never dine here again. read more

Brought the Whole Family to celebrate Mom's birthday and right Away we were Greeted by the Manager, Bryan. This guy was such a Gentleman! He really went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of, even bringing mom a FREE Desert for her birthday On The House! This sweetheart of a girl named Reese checked us in for some bowling and She was so attentive amd helpful. When she realized that we had a newborn with us, she offered for us to have a bowling lane in the VIP room on the house so that we and the baby would be comfortable! Then to top it all off, our server Demeitria was an Angel. She was always available and super sweet and professional. This place is a pretty dope place! Family oriented atmosphere, but I could see on the weekends it being a great place to go with friends to drink and have fun. I went on a Monday and it was still super cool! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for something different to do other than just going to your local bar to drink, their drinks are fairly priced as well! The only thing that I could complain about was the prizes at the end when you accumulate the tickets you won from the arcade, I spent $40 on tokens to play and accumulated enough tickets to win a few pieces of candy lol but I'm not gonna make them lose a star because of that. #1 date night spot!! My boyfriend Brandon and I have been to this pinstack several times in the past few months and have had nothing but great service each time. The waiters and waitresses in the restaurant area have all been friendly and helpful with any questions we've had. I would like to give a special shout out to the manager Bryan (Brian?). One night our meal was made wrong and he was very quick to come by apologize and make it right. The next time we went he even remembered us and came by to say hello! He was very personable and gave us some high quality customer service which I feel can be rare these days. The game area is always clean and they have lots of fun games to play. I am going to say that the dining area was HORRIBLE! Dont ever dine there. Service was super slow. They ran out of "chicken tenders.... how is that possible. Got a glass of wine... it was flat like it has been sitting out for days and the glass was super dirty. We had to wait for a long time just to get our plates bc the waitress said 'they were out of dishes' and she was waiting for them to be cleaned. By the time we got plates our food was cold. The tables around us was waiting around for their food for a while too. We first tried to order food at the bar and told us we couldnt sit nor order our food at the bar bc we had a toddler and had to get a table instead. I was there this past weekend to have my daughter's party. Everything went just as detailed when I booked the party. The staff was very nice and went out of their way to help my guest and I feel as comfortable as possible. I had forgotten a lighter to light the cupcakes, as the crew helping me went on to find a lighter, I found a manager in the restaurant section named Bryan who also went out to help find and was the hero to come back with one. Tried this place out last weekend and the service was exceptional! Our waitress in the dining area, the bartender and the lane attendant were all very friendly, attentive and courteous. This Pinstacks is my go-to spot for drinks and games with the occasional bowling thrown in. It's serious enough that I always have my Pinstacks card in my purse, just in case. My visit today was superb. Bryan was the bar manager and he had his crew down for happy hour. Fantastic drinks but the wings rounded it out. The waitstaff is not engaged. They seem as though they can't stand being there. The bar staff is the same, unengaged. Very disorganized, you don't know where to leave your signed bill. The restaurant there is HORRIBLE! They couldn't cook Mozzarella sticks right and after 3 times said they would take them off our bill. Horrible service. I have visited this location on 2 separate occasions and have had a negative experience each time. The first visit- upon entry to the bowling area, my party was ignored by staff. we had to ask for assistance even though we were standing right in front of the register; they couldn't be bothered to pause their conversation to at least greet us. Then we requested a server to our lane to place our food order- another time where we were ignored. The server on duty never even attempted to come take our order even though she stood talking to the shoe rental attendant the entire time. The only positives about our first visit were the new hire bartender and the manager, Sebre. She was extremely helpful and made us hopeful that the bad experience was just due to a bad night on the staff's part, she even offered game cards to use for our next visit. However, our most recent visit on 3/16/2023 sealed the deal that we would never patronize another PinStack ever again! We reserved a lane for 1.5 hours, however about 35 minutes in our lane became unresponsive but the timer was still counting down. We alerted a staff member who assured us there was a technician working on the issue and that our time would be added back to our lane. An additional 20 minutes passed with no resolve to our lanes issues and the timer still counting down. After the 3rd time inquiring about the status of the lane, we finally requested to be moved to another functioning lane with our lost time replenished. We were moved to a new lane but were informed that we would need to wait for a manager to add the time back to our lane. We waited another 20 minutes before finally going to seek out a manager for assistance ourselves. I was greeted by a staff member Christine( who I would later find out was not a manager but claimed to be) who advised that they could only give us 5-10 minutes of our lost time back because they closed at 12a. I then requested a refund for at least the cost of the half hour that we lost- Christine walked away to check in with a man in a collared grey polo shirt( the actual manager) before returning to advise that she would refund us for the half hour lost but would also be ending our remaining 28 minutes. I requested to speak to the man (Taylor) directly but he refused to come out to assist and continued to send Christine to do his dirty work. About 10 minutes later, I was able to intercept Taylor as he walked out from the employee area to explain the situation, he acted surprised as if it was the first he had ever heard of my complaint( although I watched Christine consult him regarding my request) he was less than helpful and although we lost almost 40 minutes of our lane time Taylor offered no apology for the horrid experience that initially started as a fun night. I was refunded only $13 of my $60 and met by hostile employees upon our exit. The staff seriously needs to be revamped all the way down from management. read more

I recently had an event hosted here for my youth group and all I can say is that we all had a blast! Bri and Zaira (I hope I spelled their name correctly) were very kind and had great customer service, which is for me the most important thing to have in this type of job, also they were very accomodating with everything and anything I had a problem with. These girls were the best of the best and deserve a raise! If I come back to Pinstack to have any type of event, which now I will for sure do, I will see if I can request for these two girls to be my guides throughout my time there. Don't come expecting bowling alley or bar food, this is on a whole new level. This place is great for all ages... I really enjoy the atmosphere. The food is average and the customer service is as well. We ordered our food for a group of 8 and it came out 1 plate at a time with 10 minutes gaps.. Finally we decided to speak with a manager who gave us 3 $10 game cards which did help with the issue, but we still didn't have our food till 1 hr and 10 minutes after we ordered it.
