From the vibes, to the food, and the fun, Bull & Bowl delivered on every level. Located on West 6th, Bull & Bowl doesn't have a dedicated or private parking lot. There is street parking all around as well as paid parking lots near by as well. We made our way up to the second level and were immediately greeted by the staff. We were taken past the bar and mechanical bull to our tables. Service was great! They were patient and knowledgeable with the menu/offerings, and made sure everyone was well taken care of. Drinks were great, an expansive menu with specialty cocktail offerings as well as a full bar, side note they do not have draft here. So far as dinner, their menu is rather diverse and we ordered quite the spread. Food came out fast, accurate, and hot. I opted for their Buttermilk Caesar Salad and loved it. Although we only went for the Mechanical Bull and had a blast, they do offer arcade games, duckpin bowling, karaoke rooms, and more. I say that to highlight the energy here was high and there were a number of groups/parties enjoying at Bull & Bowl has to offer and it was LOUD in there. Not a complaint, just something to keep in mind depending on the kind of evening you're looking to have. There are 39 lanes available and it has that old school bowling alley look and feel. It is a first come, first serve system, but we were able to get a lane with no wait. The check in process was fast and easy. They give you your shoes, and you pay for the lane and the shoe rental once you are finished. We bowled for an hour and had an amazing time. None of us are good bowlers, but it was really fun. A different and great way to spend a Saturday night. The staff were friendly and helpful, the place was clean, and we will be back.

Main Event coordinator apologized and offered items to make up for the mistake and booking issue. Then I noticed on the contact a 12% service fee ($46 and some change), I asked the event coordinator and she explained that the 12% goes to the event host/server. This was not the case it was a 12% booking fee that goes to the front office staff. WOW! 12% to book online?!?! Seriously?! The server was the one who explained it to me. When I asked the manager on duty she gave me attitude and basically said "you signed the contract so you have to pay it". The day of the party it didn't seem like everyone was on the same page, our host/server did the best he could and apologized several times but it was out of his hands. The pizza came out late and the wings arrived 40 minutes after the pizza. The pizza was not hot and the wing platter turned out to be wings, tenders and nuggets. We ate the wings and tried to return the tenders and nuggets but no manager came to the table. We took care of the host/server with cash tip but we definitely don't recommend this place for birthday parties or gatherings.
