2 full games of bowling for less than $10. Now that's a deal.

NOT JUST FOR STUDENTS. I'm a UT alumna and love coming to this spot still. During college, I came here with my fam bam during family weekend and we had the most amazing time playing guys vs. girls. It's a great place to bowl (at a very cheap rate - I think $4 a game - as well). There's not too many students overtaking the place during summer so I'd highly recommend going NOW. This place is a little Golden Nugget that should not be overlooked. It's a 10/10.

A great place for bowling, billiards and enjoying time with friends. There are maybe 15 tables and 10 lanes. It's not the biggest place but it'll hold a good amount of people. My girlfriend and I come here to play pool pretty often. It's $5 an hour for students and $7 for non students. Tables and sticks are of decent quality. Definitely stop by if you are a student! There may not be swimming pools on top of roofs but the union does have an underground.

As of Jan 2025 the owners rent caused the food to be super expensive. It's not beneficial for startup companies.

Wonderful place to take a family on cold afternoon. Extremely clean and doesn't smell like the average bowling alley. Thank you!!!

It's not super big or flashy or anything but it has all the elements of a bowling alley (including shoe rental!).

The arcade was fun - an adult sized crane, pin ball, and other shooting games. Food was surprisingly delicious. Loved my shrimp tacos and the pizza was super yummy! During this visit to Pinstack we got food, played games and did some bowling. The bowling was fun but it's bowling so you should know what to expect. The food was half and half. The Mac and Cheese balls were super super good and my wife and I gobbled those up quick. The fries however, not that great. It's supposed to be "cheese fries" but in actuality it was just a bunch of fries with a small amount of shredded cheese and some sour cream on top. The games were fun but it does cost a lot of points per game to do anything. If you're gonna get a small amount of game credits on your play card, like 20 for example, you'll run out of points quick. I would like to come back again for bowling but I won't rush out the door to come back. I'd say if you're coming here for the first time, get a good amount of credits on your game card or just do bowling. Food is up to you since we only tried 2 appetizers I can't comment too much on it.

We opted for a package that included an hour of bowling, food & drinks for the kids, and a $10 arcade game gift card per child. This package was pretty affordable at $18 per child. They have add one such as goody bags and food/drink options for adults. We added a couple food platters for adults and the goody bags. Pros: - Affordable and convenient - low stress - kids had an absolute blast Cons: - Overall service was very average and slow. Inexperienced party host staff. - Room wasn't set up / ready until bowling was nearly done. - Upon arriving at the venue we learned that they didn't have goody bags available that day. This was disappointing because I would've expected a heads up at least one day in advance so that we can make other arrangements. They did provide an extra $10 on each child's game card to make up for it, which was nice.

Then several hours later we were notified that our party needed to be pushed back to 2:30pm because of a buyout, ok sure. Main Event coordinator apologized and offered items to make up for the mistake and booking issue. Then I noticed on the contact a 12% service fee ($46 and some change), I asked the event coordinator and she explained that the 12% goes to the event host/server. This was not the case it was a 12% booking fee that goes to the front office staff. WOW! 12% to book online?!?! Seriously?! The server was the one who explained it to me. When I asked the manager on duty she gave me attitude and basically said "you signed the contract so you have to pay it". The day of the party it didn't seem like everyone was on the same page, our host/server did the best he could and apologized several times but it was out of his hands. The pizza came out late and the wings arrived 40 minutes after the pizza. The pizza was not hot and the wing platter turned out to be wings, tenders and nuggets. We ate the wings and tried to return the tenders and nuggets but no manager came to the table. We took care of the host/server with cash tip but we definitely don't recommend this place for birthday parties or gatherings.

I have two girls, and over the years I've hosted Girl Scout events and multiple birthday parties here--so we know the place well. Tonight, a manager who was switching out merchandise (the stuffies) stopped to check in and see how we were doing. He was absolutely amazing with both of my girls--so kind and engaging. I believe his name was Josh. That kind of interaction really makes a difference and doesn't go unnoticed. High 5 has also made some updates: the virtual area downstairs is gone, but upstairs now has pool, darts, and slot machines, which adds a fun new vibe. On top of that, the bartenders were very attentive and on point all night. We've always enjoyed High 5, but tonight really stood out. Great staff, great atmosphere, and still a go-to spot for families and events.

Then the grand finale was desert fried Oreo cookie it was a donut with cookie crumbs inside. It's by far, everyone's favorite desert. Give it a try, be adventurous! Hope to see my friend here.
