We love Savannah !!! Great place honestly great atmosphere and good drinks !!!!!!!!!!!!

Hemisphere is super fun. I love the classic games. They're always working. Never anything broken.

Such a fun place to hang out at!!! The rooftop is amazing and the bartender Ernest was wonderful to buy drinks from!

Gabby is the best bartender. She is so fast at pouring drinks

This place is top notch. There are 4 floors total. The basement is super chill with a Foosball table, Ping Pong table, and a tv surrounded by couches. The entry floor has some duckpin lanes, a bar, and that's where you sign up for duckpins, Ping Ping, etc. The 2nd floor is strictly duckpins. And the 3rd is a bar and about 30 or so pinball machines. The best part being that since there are 4 floors, it never felt jam packed which is hard to come by in OTR. It's also relatively cheap to play anything. Duckpins were $5 a person an hour. The most expensive is the bar, which still isn't too bad if you're drinking something like High Life. Definitely a spot I'm coming back to, especially with getting cold out. read more

Kaylee is an amazing bartender! She listened and gave us the best customer service a person could ask for!

I'm just really confused how Pins has not solved the smell issue for the downstairs restrooms. It's SMELLS HORRIBLE. Please, do something about it. read more

Just loved everything about this place! Super fun! Very very reasonable drink prices, great service, great atmosphere. It fits OTR very well! Can't wait to go back! read more

What a blast! Such a cool place that's a nice change from your average bowling joint. We had a group of 8 and were able to get 2 lanes side by side. We had to wait for about an hour but they have pinball games and great drinks that kept us occupied. We had a blast! read more

I have been coming here often since I discovered this place. However, I've had great, decent, and bad experiences. The last time I was there was last weekend, we were just greeted very rudely. We were there to surprise my little brother because he loves bowling and games. It took a couple minutes before we were even greeted at the bar when we were standing there watching the bartender, the manager and the women who had just checked us in for bowling (which was very rude herself) , stood there and just played around and kind of stared at us for a while. This place is cashless so make sure you have a credit card and bring small bills and or quarters so you can play the pinball machines and arcade games. Drinks are decently priced as well as other activities. You can also play connect four and Jenga and enjoy the fire places on the rooftop. The parking lot across the street is decently small, but there are parking spots on the street. As long as you go when the staff is 100% y read more

Awesome place for duck pin bowling. Great drink/beer menu. There are several free to play retro video games , my only complaint would be that a lot of them were broken and people tend to hog them for several games . read more

Pins is a great spot in OTR for both drinking and playing games... And is very inclusive of large groups, something that's hard to find in OTR! Pins is under the same ownership as 16 Bit, so expect the same fun cocktails and extensive craft beer lists you find at 16 Bit. They also have a tallboy beer and shot combo for less than $10! If you're looking for a great alcohol-to-$$ ratio, this place isn't so bad either. There are tons of little nooks for groups of people on all four floors, just keep looking around for a place to house your friends. I have never actually bowled yet, as the lines to bowl get pretty long. If you're trying to bowl on a Friday or Saturday expect a wait over an hour to get a lane. The arcade games are not free, however, so that does suck. But if you're looking for entertainment on that end bring some quarters! Overall, this is a great new spot in OTR and I would definitely recommend it for an extended stay on your night out! read more

My company hosted its holiday party here and what a fun place! There are at least 3 stories and a rooftop that will open when it gets warmer outside. It's a super relaxed atmosphere that welcomes community, relaxing and fun! From what I saw they have arcade games mini bowling and ping pong. They have 2 bars; one on the first floor and one on the 3rd. I really liked not having to go all the way down to the bottom to get a drink. They have plenty of tables/seating throughout so you can sit and relax. The staff was super nice, knowledgeable and great conversationalist. If you are friends are looking for a place to hang out after work or on the weekend definitely stop in! read more

Fun and great atmosphere for groups. Interesting, unique drinks with friendly staff providing them! Definitely a place to see.

Came here for Santacon, had a great time! The Holiday Sangria Pitcher is well worth it. My group of 5 were each able to get two full glasses. The bathrooms are clean and the games are fun! read more

Bartenders are incredibly stuck up and treat you as of they are better than you. Very rude and complain of you make multiple orders. 0/10 would not recommend. Save your self the trip. read more

Really sad they closed the old 16 bit location. The old video games have been put on the sidelines and often feel like they were just placed where they had room. The pins are fine, but often the waits are so long and not worth it. read more

A fabulous place for a company event or just a night out with friends, Cincinnati's Pins Mechanical Company has tons of games, a rooftop deck, good food, and a mind-blowing selection of booze. From Duckpin Bowling and Foosball to Pinball and Ping-Pong, there's enough fun here to keep you entertained for hours. The rooftop deck is a blast in nice weather, and the craft beer selection is absolutely amazing. There were more than 30 delicious brews on tap the night we came in for a conference reception, from local favorites to obscure labels from random corners of America. A fun discovery in the Queen City's OTR neighborhood. read more

I went here and didn't even leave yet. The bartender went ahead and closed out my ticket with a 25% tip without me even seeing it. They said this is what they charge for walk out tickets when I was still sitting in my seat and asking for my ticket. They were even confused that I was even asking for my receipt. It was absolutely awful I don't I stand why they think they can charge me some random amount when I was still sitting at my table. read more

Katie is amazing love her such a doll. so sweet, always so attentive/ exceeded all expectations

My guy and I love to come here on Monday date nights. It's calm, so fun and the Monday crew rocks! Fransisco (?) the manager is amazing and sweet. They also make an excellent Negroni with good vermouth! and have lovely cold beer on tap! read more

Very cool place! We visited on a Saturday around 1pm. First thing we did was put our names on the list for a bowling lane. They said the wait would be an hour to an hour and a half. Luckily we only had to wait about 40 minutes. While waiting, we got drinks from the bar and visited the 3rd floor where there are about twenty pinball machines! Drinks are reasonably priced, $6 for a beer or $9 for a larger glass. Most cocktails were only $8. Very cool place to come and hangout with a group of friends. I had never played duck pin bowling but I'm glad this is the first place I experienced it! I'll definitely make a point to visit again next time I'm in town. read more

Francisco may be the best person I've ever met. 10/10 coming back just to see him. I love you!

I ordered an IPA and the bartender told me they only do small glasses for that one, which is totally fine. What she didn't tell me was that I would be charged $9 for that small 12 ounce drink. Had I known that, I would have picked a different beer to drink! But I didn't know until I went to pay and they were so busy the bartender couldn't even hear me. I'm really upset because they shouldn't advertise that small glasses are $6 and then charge $9 for certain ones. They should have a separate list for the ones that cost more because they are essentially ripping people off by making them think they are going to pay less. The bar itself is cool and the rooftop is really awesome. I just can't justify going back there when I won't know how much they will be charging me for which beers and it's hard to talk to the bartenders to ask them. Three dollars extra for each beer really adds up. read more

So much to drink and do! Pinball is cheap and a fun way to drink and socialize casually while you wait for a lane to open on the duckpin bowling. The rooftop bar is awesome, even in the cooler months with the fire pits. Plenty of beers on tap and creative cocktails. I love spending happy hours here. read more

Such a fun place! It gets pretty busy on the weekend evenings but if you go put your name in for a lane to bowl in advance, that's the best way to do it. I don't feel like the wait is that bad! The rooftop is really cool and has fire pits to keep you warm even on the cold nights. At the bar, they have a huge selection of craft beers. The "rose all day" cocktail is soooo good! I love Pins for a double date night. read more

This is another place in Cincinnati that has been on my hit list for quite awhile, and I guess the only problem was that I'd somewhat built it up in my mind. The experience itself was pretty seamless; we arrived, put in our name for a lane (the wait time of 45 minutes was pretty accurate), played a few pinball machines, and enjoyed drinks on the roof to pass the time. The duckpin bowling was really fun and whoever designed those little pins on strings to untangle themselves is brilliant - well played. By virtue of Saturday night crowds, we were only permitted to play one game, which took about 30 minutes for three people. 'Luckily' (sarcasm) it also took us about 30 minutes to get drinks, because a bartender ON THE MAIN FLOOR naively thought he might get lucky with some blonde bimbo and ignored the four other customers waiting impatiently to her immediate left. This meant that my friends and I didn't get to hang out and watch each other bowl because one of us was constantly taking the place of the other at the bar. Infuriating. The pinball machine variety was pretty good, and even though the building was packed no one place - with the exception of the roof - felt overly crowded. The drink selection was really good and very creative, love the slushees. I was a little disappointed to see the rooftop bocce ball covered with high top tables, and I was even more disappointed to witness multiple individuals acting like idiots, for example jumping down entire flights of stairs, without repercussion. I noticed employees posted in different areas just monitoring without taking action, which is always perplexing. What's the point? You may as well save on labor and review camera footage after the fact. And don't even get me started on the street scene right outside the front door; if someone hasn't already been killed or seriously injured there, it's only a matter of time. I do look forward to returning, maybe on a weeknight or during semester break, to play more of the game with a cold drink in hand and my friends actually by my side. read more

This place was so fun I went back 2 days later! I think they're still trying to figure out wait times for the lanes because both times I went, our actual wait time was muuuuch less than what they told us (45-60 minutes ended up being 8 and 60-90 minutes ended up being only 12). The games are cheap - just $5/person/game! The first time we went, it took 30 minutes for 3 of us to play 1 game. However, there were a lot of mechanical issues the second time we went, so it took 1 hour for 1 game. We were planning to play 2 games but since the first one took so long, we decided not to play the second game and ask for a refund. The refund took about 15 minutes for the manager to figure out and we were starting to wonder if we should have just played the second game. After the refund, we went upstairs to play some Pinball games. I think Pins was just having a bad day this day because the change machine wasn't working, lol. Aside from those fluke issues, the space is really, really cool! There's pinball games in the basement and the 3rd floor. There's a full bar on the 1st and 3rd floors. Lanes on the 1st and 2nd. And allegedly there will be a roof top with bocce ball in the summer! The drink prices are reasonable, all 16 oz beers are $6 and they have a pretty good selection. They've got wine and specialty cocktails as well, for $10 and $8, respectively. I've had so much fun here, I've been telling all my friends about it, and can't wait to go back! read more

Great atmosphere! Very fun and light. Pricey beer but that's the area. On the floor we were on it was nice to be able to open the huge windows. I love the details on the decor and interior. My friends and I liked the fact you could order food and bring it in. Unfortunately couldn't make it up to the rooftop, maybe next time! read more

This is a cool place to just hangout in OTR. There are three floors to explore and couches/tables spread around to provide ample seating. I went on a Saturday night and while it was busy, space wasn't an issue. There are lots of pinball machines spread around and two floors of pins-- the mini bowling. Cocktails are about $9, beers on draft for $6. I look forward to coming back when it's warm enough for the roof to be open! read more

First time going the other day and I had a lot of fun! I split a pitcher with three others and it was plenty as our first stop of the evening, however it wasn't super strong. I will definitely be back to play some games next time. read more

Glad this place opened up on Main! It has 4 floors (including a rooftop) of fund and games. We went on a Friday evening and it was pretty busy on the rooftop (life sized jenga and connect four). The 3rd floor has pinball machines in all themes, and most play for 50cents a round. 1st and 2nd floors both have vat seating (standing tables) and bowling lanes with baby bowling balls (think skeeball size). It's $10for 2 people to play those for one round. The cocktails are cool (though personally I think they are steep priced for being mostly mixers), there's a huge beer selection as well. Overall, pins is a great casual spot to hang out at, and just steps away from the rest of the OTR nightlife read more

Asked for a water with my drink and was told to go to the "water station" that was crowded with people and had pitchers but no glasses to pour the water in. When someone asks you for a water at a bar, you pour it in a glass and give it to them. read more

I took my son and some friends to hang out on a Sunday afternoon. I recognize we are emerging from a pandemic and some places are still short staffed so when I went to the bar to grab some drinks and there were a number of people waiting, I patiently waited my turn to be tended to as to not overwhelm the two bartenders who were working the entire place. Additionally, there were two others behind the bar - the "manager" being one - and they jumped in selectively. . . . to help who they wanted to. I was passed over repeatedly until a gentleman recognized I had been standing there and when the bartender addressed him he reported to her that I had been waiting for some time and let me place my order. She wasn't even apologetic and actually seemed annoyed. In case you forgot, I was standing there for a really long time and saw how they responded to and treated the others they were serving. I, for whatever reason, was treated differently. As someone who is in a customer service oriented profession and holds high standards around service, I cannot let the way that "service" was delivered to me "slide". I am actually pretty irritated I wasted time and money in this establishment. The kids had fun and you likely will too but I had high expectations from a lot of the positive reviews and I left unimpressed. I truly hope your experience is better than mine. "People will forget what you said. People will forget what you did. But people will never forget how you made them feel" - Maya Angelou PINS is a cool place but for the way I felt when I left there - I can't say I will go back (to this one) anytime soon. read more
