Our party ordered the pulled pork sandwich with Chubby's own sauce and I chose the Shrimp Po Boy a Cajun delight with plenty of lightly fried tender shrimp. The fries were a cut above the norm. I was so impressed that I want to return to taste other selections like their Philly Cheesesteak or their seafood selections of cod or shrimp. His family owned "cafe" has deep Cajun family roots yet this isn't a Cajun restaurant, their selections have hits of Louisiana from time to time. I saw lots of locals frequenting this location when I visited. The food is freshly made and there in lies the difference which separates Chubby's from most other eateries in Tooele.
