Good food. Applebees is applebees. Dollar drinks is nice even though its pretty much juice. The bourbon street chicken and shrimp was good but the chicken was on the dry side. The garlic green beans were delicious though. We could have eaten a whole plate. The nachos were really good. The oriental chicken salad with extra dressing was really good as well. The restaurant was very busy and loud. They kept it clean for the most part. Our server Sammy was very nice. Nice restaurant for families. read more

We got the new hamburger that is cut in half and fried on cheese. It was really good and their choice of bacon paired with it really well. The staff was friendly and spent half the time we were there attempting to engage people in singing. read more

Adrienne was our bartender tonight. She gave us fantastic service and has a great smile.

The food was amazing and so was the service! Everything tasted great and we got the food quickly. Our waiter was kind and attentive and so was the manager. We went about an hour before close so it wasn't very busy and most of the appetizers are half off! Overall we had an amazing experience and will continue to eat here. read more

The Manager Jessica P...was very rude, she took the clipboard out of my hand and looked at it and let out a big huff and said "of course not" when I did not leave a tip for my inside order pick up. This is the third time this has happened on 3 different occasions but a very first with a manager...as well The staff is very rude and walks pass all inside pick up like we are ghosts, wait time is 20+ mins while 5 servers and or management walks by without greeting, or a smile. They move you out of the way of their POS System without saying excuse me or they will stand there and stare or will squish and then walk away. I will not be coming back to many chances with no change. read more

Only Applebee's in this town , finger crossed this place is going to be good. Went after 9 , all appetizers half off except one combo platter. Half off woohoo let's try different ones . Tyler was our waitress. I highly recommend to try the breadsticks with Alfredo . Breadsticks comes out hot and their Alfredo is good. Spinach dip with chips is good , the spinach dip is good on its own , chips not that great kinda Stale. Pretzel with bread cheese is a good choice. Boneless chicken - nope I do not recommend not that great. Tyler's area was full she had many tables, She was quicks she check on us several times. My water was always full, She is awesome ! I highly recommend to ask to be seated at her area . If your looking to get 100% Customers Service then she is the server you ask for . It's hard to find good servers . They live off tips so be kind an tip at least 20% or more . She was worth the more . read more

Ordered fish n chips, gross! I had to send it back. It was greasy and the coating fell off the fish. The fish was tough and some of the skin was still on it. I returned it. I told the waitress we were in a hurry. She said no problem. It took way too long. Then I asked for a to go box and our bill. She overcharged me. She didn't want to ring it up again with the cheaper amount of the meal I settled for. The lettuce was wilted and the dish seemed slimey. I left it on the table. I had to leave otherwise I would have talked to the manager. read more

I have been going to Applebees for many years and had both good and bad as like any other place. I went in last week and had the best waitress Here name was Megan and she was great she laughed joked around and made dinner great. thank you again Megan for a great dinner. read more

Had a ok experience at Applebee's! I went on Saturday December 30th.The waitress Megan b was not very inviting, didn't make eye contact until very end and she was obviously upset for some reason. She was snappy. The food was amazing! The chef did a great job. The staff left a lot of unclean tables around. The food was well-prepared, and portions were off asked for extra fries barely received extra fries. Prices were reasonable. Overall, a satisfying visit because of the great food. Service was very poor. I hope management fixes that soon. read more

This was our third attempt at carside-to-go and will be our last. We waited 25 minutes for our food only to have to go inside to get it, then had to wait another 15 minutes just to get the food. It was like warm, missing items and sauces, and tasted below average. Will not be visiting this Applebees again due to employees and management not caring one bit about their customers or quality. read more

A complete reflection of the people who live in this town. Visited here on business. Jessica was rude and condescending. Tried to say we were on a 2 drink limit. Gladly served the pavement cowboys 5 rounds of beer during our dinner. Even informed her we were staying across the street at the hotel. She kept offering the check when we were still eating. Didn't offer a desert menu. Just a horrible experience. Discriminatory and trashy! read more

The worst food in all of tooele DO NOT GO HERE. the steak was raw. The green beans tasted canned The chicken was hard the noodles were ice cold & tasted like a cigarette. Good service (except for the less than hygienic and zero personality hostess). Pretty good food. The $1 summer drink specials are light and yummy! The food temperature was a little on the cold side, the reason for the 3 stars. read more

My husband and I went to Applebee's last night. We waited for 15 minutes for the server to come to our table. We were standing up to walk out when she saw us and then she came scrambling to our table. She apologized, but this isn't the first time this has happened to us at Applebee's. The food was mediocre and somewhat lukewarm. The only thing that saved that evening was the Peach Sangria drink. I have to hand it to the restaurant, they are consistent in terrible service. Won't go back for a while. Hopefully they can get it together. read more

If I was management I would start reading your reviews. If I was Applebee's corporate. I would ask questions.

Ordered through door dash. Got the wrong order, steak was over cooked, ordered fries and got mashed potatoes. I called the restaurant within a few minutes, manager says he can't do anything because it's a door dash order. Last I checked, door dash didn't make the food OR put tag on orders. Was offered a complimentary meal and will mail voucher. To this day, still haven't seen it. It's been 3 weeks now. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I have lived here most my life and this place has the worst service in tooele county. The rudest host with childish petty remarks about how many guest and dirty looks because you tried to call ahead and so when you arrive she literally rolls her eyes. We go to dinner very regularly with multiple of us. But seems we will not be returning here can not stand to be treated like this read more

The place wasnt busy, employees were just standing around talking. Yet the service was very slow, and the food was awful! Never again~

For this Applebee's a one star rating is VERY GENEROUS. The waiter was so busy busing tables that we waited over an hour for our Food. There was a party of 8 and the restaurant should have shut down to accommodate that table it was a birthday I know this because the WHOLE staff came out to clap and sing. Unfortunately another case of the restaurant running the manager not the manager running the restaurant. Avoid the hangry pains and go and graze at the Walmart across the street. read more

Food was great! Service wasn't the best that it could have been. The poor server was the only one!! Whoever was in charge of the scheduling did not do it right. We had an amazing experience and waiter was amazing and it was great waiter. But one thing that got me, Is that there was one waiter he was really thin young man and I think his name started with M i don't really remember. But what bothered me more is that he wouldn't just stand and talk to the man in a red shirt. and wasn't told anything, but when the Other waiters would stand or talk, they would get yelled at. But the one young man wasn't told anything. So my expectations are that all the waiters should be treated with the same respect and rule's, so I hope the GM speak to him. read more

Thinking of going here on a weekend night? DON'T DO IT! We made this mistake, and we had a terrible meal on a Friday night. Service is some of the worst I've had in a long time. I realize it's Applebee's, which is not a swanky place anyway, but I've recently had far better service in a GAS STATION, as opposed to this Applebee's. 45 mins after we were seated, we received our 1st (incomplete) round of sodas. Then, they brought out our salads and appetizers, but since we hadn't been given any silverware, some people chose to eat non-finger-food with their hands, and some of us waited. I asked our waitress FOUR TIMES over the next 10 mins for silverware! Finally, I was infuriated. and went to the serving station, and helped myself. On my way back, in an attempt to defuse my annoyance, our waitress mocked me for my initial attempt at eating my salad "bird-style," without silverware. Having waited so long to eat our appetizers, because of the silverware situation, our entrees started arriving before we had a chance to eat the apps. Afraid of the inevitable service delay that would occur if we asked them to wait a few mins, we awkwardly shoe-horned the entrees onto our packed table. My Baby Back Ribs were truly the worst half-rack of ribs I've ever had. They were teeny! I'd estimate the length of the shortest rib to be about 2 1/2 inches long. (I wish I'd taken a pic!) They were almost devoid of actual meat, just sauce, bone, and connective tissue. ("Did anyone even feed this poor pig," I wondered?) Admittedly, my standards for good barbeque were recently expanded by my trip to Georgia, but these ribs honestly shouldn't impress anyone, regardless of exposure to real Southern food. I also had coleslaw that tasted like it came from a 5-gallon bucket, and about 20 fries. Sadly, the fries were the best part of the meal. Summary: Go ANYWHERE ELSE - I'll never go back! I have been there several times before, and though not as bad as tonight, it's never been good, even on a sleepy Sunday afternoon. I honestly think I'd be embarrassed to work there, which may be why they were possibly short-staffed. read more

Oh, how I wish I could post something worse than a one star review. I definitely take half the blame for willingly walking into an Applebee's, but there aren't many options in Tooele and it was close to where we were staying. The service staff acted horribly toward us to the point that it was very uncomfortable. I get it, I'm not Mormon and I'm not from your shit town. Can you just try to smile and pretend to be nice for a little while? I don't want to be here, either. Next time I'm in Tooele I'll just eat at Subway. read more

The night was like many other nights spent out on the road. A few days into a trip and the mind starts to wander. Sometimes, you never really are sure where that next culinary adventure will take you to. Sometimes, it's not much of an adventure at all. This is that story. Non-event pretty much tells the story about any visit to an Applebees. I know people that love this chain, but I never really ever, ever come here unless I really have no other choice, or if i really just don't want to drive and it's the closest spot that I think won't give me the runs. I walked in for a to go order and the staff was very friendly here. A little slow on the draw, but not rude or anything. I placed my order for a chicken wrap and onion rings and sat at the bar with a glass of water. Don't judge me on the water part. If you sat on the salt flats all day you wouldn't want anything else either. I got my order at a reasonable pace and took it back to my hotel room. I ate the wrap and onion rings and meh... it was ok. I am pretty sure "wrap" is Applebees speak for "cold burrito". Either way, it was food, it went down and I didn't get the runs. There is nothing exceptional about any Applebees that I have ever been to and there really isn't anything special about this location either. They do have a pretty cool selection of photos and parts from Miller Motorsport Park which is down the way. Now THAT place is something special. Go check them out! You won't be missing anything here. read more

Well. Well. Well. We waited for 7 minutes for the server to show up to the table when we originally sat down. She only has 2 of the 9 total tables. Yes. That's right. Only 9 tables sat in the whole restaurant. The food came out pretty quick. That was the only good thing about this visit. The burger was dry. The artichoke dip was runny. The brisket tacos we lacking brisket. Than we waited for 16 minutes for the server to come back to pay our bill. As we looked around. We found servers taking selfies behind the bar wall. Servers hovering around the servers station taking crap about the other servers. After we paid our bill. We talked to the manager and he was very receptive to the issues we told him about. read more

Ugh, yeah I have to agree with the other Yelpers! We were in town for the weekend (hence my other un-stellar ratings of other joints we ate at) and figured "a huge national chain couldn't be that bad" - eh wrong! We arrived at 8:30 ~ 9 pm and apparently it was slow so they let everyone go!? Sweet girl working our table was obviously very busy. She forgot the soup my friend ordered all together. Food and drinks took forever to get. Margarita wasn't bad and the chocolate malt/shakes were good too. Food was mediocre at best. My salad consisted of abused chopped romaine lettuce thrown (really, thrown!) on a plate, sprinkled with grated cheese and bacon bits. The mini sliders were good, cooked just right, but the presentation of all our dished was horrible. Food tasted OK just not the best looking. It was almost like the wait staff was cooking also. read more

Not sure what's going on with this place, but the service is terrible. The last 3 times we have gone, we did not receive our appetizers. We were brought the wrong food twice. Maybe there needs to be better training. It was quite disappointing. We don't have many options out here. read more
