I'll give this place 5 stars cause everything was amazing. I had excellent service through the drive thru. The lady who took my order was extremely friendly and polite. She could hear me talking to my 3 year old and offered me tons of suggestions that I didn't know were options. I got my food super fast and I couldn't sneak my daughter any food before we got home cause everything was super hot. When we got home it was still delightfully hot and everything tasted delicious. I thought the fries were super good with the slight seasoning. Both my kids gobbled up the chicken. I had the sliders and the bones were yummy toasty. I just have zero complaints. I had been wanting to try this place out and I'll definitely be back. Quality, quick and friendly products and service. 10000000% better than anything you'd get at McDonald's. I've had my eye on Zaxby's, but the opportunity to go has never presented itself until this past week. Wish I had come sooner! We are in restaurant on a Friday night at about 6:30. There was plenty of seating though a steady amount of customers trickled in while we ate. We were greeted by a friendly guy behind the counter who gave some good recommendations. I ended up choosing the signature chicken sandwich meal and got it spicy. Let me tell you, that chicken breast was huge! Most other places have a smaller one, but this was big and juicy. Getting it spicy just means they put a spicy sauce on, it's not actually fried into the breading, but I still really liked it. The reason I drop to 4 stars is due to the fries not being anywhere near as crispy as the signs around the establishment claimed they were. They are crinkle fries and were still really good with the seasoning they throw on, but I would really prefer a nice, crisp fry with a fluffy inside. Other reason for the drop was most of the normal things you would find out in dining area (napkins, condiments, utensils, etc) were nowhere to be found. Had to go to the counter to get anything. Probably due to Covid, but seems like we are past that now. Anyway, I will be back! Delicious food and at a reasonable price (about $15 for two of us). read more

Went with a friend there for lunch. We stood at the counter waiting to order for ten minutes (we were the only customers inside) and the employees didn't care to acknowledge us and were too busy on their phones. Once we were able to get their attention and ordered my friend's meal came out and was a completely different meal than what he had ordered. Not to mention the chicken was so cold and hard (probably still frozen). Considering the price you would think the food would be at the very least edible. Don't waste your time and money on incompetent employees, terrible customer service, and food that dogs would turn their noses to. By far the worst Zaxby's you'll ever go to. read more

I have been to this location in the past a couple times but haven't written a review, it has always been clean and the food was good but the employee's haven't been too friendly and we even heard people fighting in the back once, the guy at the counter apologized to us for his "Managers" fighting so loud. However, we ate at this location yesterday 25 March 2016 and it was the most pleasant visit to date. There was an employee working the counter that we haven't seen before and thank god they hired her. I believe her name was Hannah, a very happy young lady who was smiling the entire time, I think this young lady was born to work with the public. She made us feel completely welcomed. The food on this visit was delicious and quick. We read other reviews and were concerned about the food quality, but we are very happy. Other Yelper's should give them another chance, I think they are making some changes. We will definitely be back and will bring our friends and family. Zaxby's in Tooele is making a big improvement. Steer clear of their catering if you want it to show up. I have ordered twice for our company and both times there were problems. The first time they showed up a day early. They did come the next day. This time, they didn't show up at all. When I called to find out when they would be here, they told me they had not been notified of any catering. I asked them to look to see if they had an order at all and the person said "yes, it's here, we just didn't put it in the computer. Sorry". Well, they aren't as sorry as I am. Now I have 30 hungry employees. They didn't even ask how they could fix it or offer any kind of compensation for the mistake. That is about 1600.00 a year out the window for them. I have always heard bad things about Zaxby's. Nothing in town sounded appetizing, so I gave Zaxby's a try. I was very surprised at how good their chicken was. It is a bit greasy, but it is fast food what do you expect? Their fried cobb zalad is so tasty! Fried mushrooms are great too. And the cheeseballs are also very good. I like their lemonade as well, it isn't that watery diet tasting stuff that most fast food sells so I was pretty happy with it. Very expensive for chicken but their fries (seasoned with season salt!), Texas toast, pickles, and chicken strips are all very good. Their meals don't come with drinks and they don't have family meals nor fry sauce which is a big negative. I don't like the new style drink machine as it is slow and they only have one. Coleslaw was decent but KFCs is better. Wouldn't recommend their boneless wings as they were swimming in the sauce and were very small. Chicken finger sandwich is good and they use fresher than most ingredients. Meal for 4 adults totaled over $30 which is very expensive for a place with a drive-thru. Good chicken fingers. We get the 20 piece fingers for the football game. If you like spicy get the sweet and spicy sauce, it's the best one. Also the teriyaki sauce is good. They have a Coke Freestyle but it seems like it is always out of everything. You could also go with the southern sweet tea, it's decent. read more

The seating area is comfortable, you don't have to share your space with someone else (tables spaced nicely). The food is as good as chicken allows. They don't play annoying music, like the other chicken place in town. Food is always fresh and fast...but expect to wait a little time. They don't leave precooked food under the warmer like some other places. And the manager and cooks are friendly. I do miss the TVs....now I'll have to find another place to watch March Madness I guess. read more

One of the worse visits I have ever had. No one was there when we got there. Every one of the tables needed to be cleaned. Food came out and looked like the buns had been smashed in the bag. 5 other groups came in after us and multiple orders where either wrong or mixed with other orders. Food is decent, been a regular for while but today, they ticked me off. I generally substitute something I don't like and they've never had a problem doing this. But today when I went to do it, the manager scolded the person who rang me up that they don't do this. Nothing said to me even though I had already placed the order and paid for it. This is a welcome sight to see. Growing up in SC we use to run to Zaxby's after football games and what not. Definitely some fun memories made so it was good to see it in BFE tooele. My only knock is the bathroom faucet and towel things didn't exactly work. Got soap on my hands and stood there for a min or 2 to get it to work. The towel machines didnt work either. I had the Cajan Grilled Chicken Club meal rubber piece of meat that tasted like rubber gloves. When I took it back I told them it tasted like Windex. The manager said that was not possible because they wear gloves . The fries are good. The place is super clean. This meat was not fresh. Maybe microwaved? Definitely the best quick chicken in Tooele. Very good wings for a fast food place. We also enjoyed the Zaxby's Club, the Cajun Club, and the Chicken Finger plate. I'm from the east coast where Zaxby's is everywhere. This is my favorite chicken chain. This location gets four stars because the service and the food were great. I had to take a star because of the sweet tea. Every southerner knows sweet tea is a must. It can make or brake a meal. The tea was not brewed strong enough. Frankly it lacked flavor. read more
