The caring for the food was just not even close to being there. The sandwhiches were all squished and shoved into a bag. We stopped in yesterday for breakfast and ordered 2 ham & Swiss croissant breakfasts. The croissants were hard as a rock, cheese was like plastic and not able to chew and the ham was cold. We also bought a roast beef slider and it too was hard as a rock and unable to eat. Even our dog would not eat any of it. The person at the drive thru was not very friendly. We usually come to this Arby's because they serve breakfast. Service is always great and the food is good and WARM. This morning we came in and waited forever for our food, the place was not busy. We finally got the food and 2 of our bacon egg and cheese sourdough sandwiches only had bacon on it, no egg or cheese. My husband took them back up and the just put cold egg and cheese on it and sent it back. I even had taken a small bite before we sent it back and that is the same bread that came back with it. So they are not very sanitary either. Not impressed at all today!! read more

Had a late breakfast with my husband. Emily, the sweet lady that took our order was extremely sweet. She took her time to help an elderly gentleman with a walker to his table and made sure he was comfortable. Even came by our table to check on us. I usually love Arby's but the Arby's in Tooele is just terrible. THE FOOD IS GREAT. But the service is terrible. Me and my mother went through Arby's the other day and we asked for a order of mozzarella sticks. The lady asked if we wanted a six piece and we said yes. She asked again and we said yes a little louder cause we thought she couldn't here us. But then she yelled on the speaker "A FOUR PEICE OR A SIX PEICE" My mother didn't say anything and she nicely replied a six piece. And then the lady gave us attitude throughout the whole rest of our order. And my mom asked for one of there raps and then the lady had marked us down for a cheese burger?? And even our receipt said a cheese burger. We didn't even order a burger. I just with they would hire some better staff. But I love Arby's just I'll never go back to this one. read more

Just was going to Get food decided to go to Arby's which we usually don't but this time the girls there were so nice and helpful. Taking our Order she understood us and got every thing we said(which sometimes I think we know how hard that can be for some people) They communicated awesome with us about our order when we got to the window. Also we don't have any cup holders in our car and the lady felt bad for not giving me a cup holder tray for only two drinks but usually people have at least two cup holders in their car bless her heart she was sooo nice and fast! All in all the food was great no complaints but the girls were so nice and attentive. Maybe a new manager? Their service has gone way down in the past year. They ask you if you want sauce at the drive through intercom then at the window and then not give it to you or give you so little it wasn't worth telling them you wanted it let alone twice. Seems like they are messing up orders more and more recently. Then we go today and get a kids meal and my daughter didn't get her Apple sauce or juice. we currently visited this location twice and both times, they forgot something or were very stingy with the sauces. first time we went we got home and there wasn't any sauce in our bag even though we asked for some. the 2nd time we bought 3 large roast beefs and they gave us one sauce per sandwich and no sauce for the jalapeno bites.
