The beet salad was also good but without the cheese or candied walnuts at my request. Next time I would just order the house salad that is cheaper. I brought my own dressing since all dressings have oil or dairy in them. It was so nice to go a restaurant that is so willing to accommodate my diet so well! I felt like they really cared enough to make it be such a pleasant experience for me and for my family. The chef made such a wonderful meal that we all really enjoyed! It took a little while to get our food and some of our party didn't have a lot of time to eat it before they had to leave early for an appointment. I felt that the prices for the food were a bit high but it was quality food so that is why it costs more. It is a fancier restaurant with a bar so they do serve alcoholic beverages. They only have canned sodas so they don't have a fountain beverage machine. It is not a family restaurant to bring young children to. The lighting is kind of dark and they use cloth napkins and tablecloths. It is a small restaurant and the tables are a little bit crowded together. It is not wheelchair assessable to get into the restaurant. There is about a 5 inch narrow step up in to the restaurant. That would be nice if they could change that step to a ramp for easier access if someone can't do a step or are in a wheelchair. The parking lot is in the back and there are just a few places to park in front of the restaurant. I took off one star because of the step into the restaurant and most parking is in the back so more walking to get there and no handicapped parking. I forgot to take pictures of my meal but it was very nicely done! I would probably come back in the future while I'm in Tooele.
