This one seems like a much better location than one of the ones in Salt Lake City. The drive thru line was SOOO long but they did a great job at keeping things going at a steady rate. We got the $20 fill up with the chicken tenders and I have to say it was a great deal. We got more than enough tenders that were superbly spiced and hot and the chicken was moist and wonderful. The gravy for the potatoes was yummy and peppery. The biscuits could have been more fluffy but they were still super good. I also love the coleslaw it could rival Chik-fil-a's. The only downer was they forgot out sauce. :( Oh well. We'll be back! read more

Paid $26.00 and got very few small pieces of chicken. Husband ordered the large meal and got only a few fries as well. Food was done way tioo fast and this is why. NOT worth the money!! read more

KFC - Meal on the left is Husbands large sized meal, my 8 piece medium nugget meal on the right - Fast Food Near Me - Tooele, Utah

Went in to get our dinner order. Our chicken nuggets must have been made for lunch rush and been sitting there. Soggy. Sooo Disappointed !! They didn't give us our potatoes and gravy'. Come on!! You have a room full of workers and you can't get our order right. You ruined our family's picnic. read more

the guy at the front was awesome disputing an order issue he really helped a lot and we got all the food and more! thank you!

Just take your $50 elsewhere, I ordered decent sized order online when I went to pick it up I was given one bag, I asked the lady if that was all and she said yes so I drive home and come to realize I was only given about half of my order I was missing 10 tenders, 3 fries and any sauces. I call in to figure out what happened and I'm told "we won't have any tenders for about 20 mins we had to make more" I was told I can come up in about 20 mins to pick up the rest of my order. Decided to go inside this time to avoid the drive thru rush and found my bag in the pick up box I opened to make sure everything was there and still had to ask for sauces and was informed that they actually had my order the whole time (it was behind my first bag when I came through the drive thru and was just never handed to me) based on how soaked my bag was I'm guessing they didn't even bother to make a new order for me and instead let the food sit in the bag for 20 mins while I was told to wait for new tenders to be done. I try so hard to be understanding towards food workers and bad days but this is beyond me read more

On June 14, 2024, I ordered 200 chicken strips a little after KFC opened in the morning. They were ready when I got there to pick them up, had packed them in heavy duty trays for me. They put the trays in a big, easy to carry box, and a young man got all the sauces I needed and put them in a sack. He then carried the box out to the car for me. Thank you for your efforts. The food was excellent and our workers enjoyed them. Excellent customer service to those working that morning. Thank you, KFC. read more

They didn't put the CHICKEN in my 4 piece chicken tender box?! They just put 4 biscuits . Also the lady at the drive thru window smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. Now all my biscuits and drinks have lingering smoke smell. Will never return. read more

Their bags SUCK !! I had just gotten home and I was barely getting out of the car when the bag RIPPED OPEN and the food fell out. I had to go inside to grab a while different bag due to their bags being TRASH!! read more

Ordered a 3 piece grilled chicken today through the drive-thru, came home to 2 piece and the leg was the same size as the packet of butter. (See pic) Not sure why I keep going back other than our options are so few out here in Tooele for something quick. I hope the owner or managers read these reviews because this KFC is a complete joke. I had to repeat everything I said at least twice when ordering, so I knew the order would be jacked up, as usual. I have never been to this KFC and had everything correct. The food we did get tasted good, it was two pieces of chicken (instead of 3 and was less than 1 ounce of meat. I hope the managers step up and fix this, if this was my restaurant they would not have a job. read more

KFC - The "Big Box" is barely enough to feed a toddler! - Fast Food Near Me - Tooele, Utah

I understand that everyone is trying their best during this time. However, this is the second time that my entire order was messed up. I didn't get half of the food that I ordered, but the line was so incredibly long that I didn't want to go back through. Please, please double check the order. It would go a long way for a father of four trying to help everyone get fed. read more

Worst service I have ever had. I get that with Covid things are difficult, but when I pulled up to the pick up area and saw 4 employees sitting in the lobby I figured one would realize that I was there for pick up. Not being unreasonable I decided to call in. The phone was busy, so I tried again, literally 149 more times. I have a screen shot of my call log. After sitting for almost 10 minutes in the pick up area, I backed up and got in line. The whole time in the line I was trying to call in. I only ever got a busy signal. When I got to the windows I talked with a manager. She told me she didn't know the phones weren't working. They are pushing ordering online and call for pick up and their phones weren't ringing. Sure did offer me a cake, which I declined. The manager was civil, and apologetic. I should have just canceled my order and went somewhere else. read more

It's super slow and they ran out of chicken sandwiches, plus there are rats in the kitchen.

Ordered online and I picked it up. Friendly people. The tenders are laughable. They are so small! They forgot the dipping sauce. The chicken sandwiches didn't have enough sauce. I had to add some mayonnaise at home. My husband was so upset at all of this. I hope things improve. There are 2 other chicken places in town, this I hoped would be the better place. Guess we got to try the other places. read more

This place seemed convenient driving by, well little did I know at the way back the line started and there was no way back out, it took 20 plus minutes to go to the speaker to put in my order, I knew what I wanted, I get there and the girl says hold on please, I sit there for another 5 plus minutes on her, for her to come back to tell me sorry I forgot I had you on hold. Got my order, went back home and everything was not hot or room temperature, it felt as if she took everything out of the fridge that has sat there for about a day, and the gravy was not creamy it was chunky like it has been in the fridge. Never coming back to this location ever again. read more

Food is great. Staff is great and works hard BUT they service the drive thru 4-1 to the dining room. I watched them send multiple orders out the window then one to dining room. Asked the staff if they only took care of the drive they orders and don't care about the walk ins. read more

This place offers absolutely the worst, most horrible absolutely terrible service in the entire restaurant industry. They never have the quantity of food they need, they're always out of stuff, consistently wrong orders given out. Extremely and I mean extremely long wait times in the Drive-Thru and very very long wait in the lobby absolutely do not go here. Overpriced horrible service read more

Two piece chicken in a box with biscuit and popcorn chicken with 2 sides.. both pieces of chicken were solid as a rock and looked like they had been sitting out for hours. Couldn't even bite or rip it apart. Biscuit rock hard.. how dare you serve this crap to me.. read more

This place shouldn't even get a star!! They have messed up on all my orders with the latest visit had a rubber glove wrapped up around the burrito I would go somewhere else but the nearest one is 12 miles away. It would be nice if there service was as nice as there new building!! read more

I don't agree completely with some of the other reviewers. They do seem to service the drive through faster than the dining room, and they do sometimes run out of certain types of chicken, especially later in the evening. But, it's fast food and near minimum wage employees. Given that they do a fairly good job. The chicken is good, and the price is right on the value meals. $5.49 for two pieces of chicken, mashies, and a biscuit, with a drink, isn't too bad. read more

I really like how KFC has been remodeled, I used to joke that it was the most depressing dining area ever. The food is good, service isn't the best. The kids working later at night seem to be messing around alot. They have ran out of chicken before a couple of times, which is odd. But other than that its pretty good. read more

I like this place now that they've remodeled. I noticed that most employees are more into working at a place worth caring about. I wish they had done it sooner. The food is usually pretty good. It doesn't move as fast as other busier KFC's, but they get the job done. read more
