Just take your $50 elsewhere, I ordered decent sized order online when I went to pick it up I was given one bag, I asked the lady if that was all and she said yes so I drive home and come to realize I was only given about half of my order I was missing 10 tenders, 3 fries and any sauces. I call in to figure out what happened and I'm told "we won't have any tenders for about 20 mins we had to make more" I was told I can come up in about 20 mins to pick up the rest of my order. Decided to go inside this time to avoid the drive thru rush and found my bag in the pick up box I opened to make sure everything was there and still had to ask for sauces and was informed that they actually had my order the whole time (it was behind my first bag when I came through the drive thru and was just never handed to me) based on how soaked my bag was I'm guessing they didn't even bother to make a new order for me and instead let the food sit in the bag for 20 mins while I was told to wait for new tenders to be done. I try so hard to be understanding towards food workers and bad days but this is beyond me read more

On June 14, 2024, I ordered 200 chicken strips a little after KFC opened in the morning. They were ready when I got there to pick them up, had packed them in heavy duty trays for me. They put the trays in a big, easy to carry box, and a young man got all the sauces I needed and put them in a sack. He then carried the box out to the car for me. Thank you for your efforts. They didn't put the CHICKEN in my 4 piece chicken tender box?! They just put 4 biscuits . Also the lady at the drive thru window smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. Now all my biscuits and drinks have lingering smoke smell. Will never return. read more

Ordered a 3 piece grilled chicken today through the drive-thru, came home to 2 piece and the leg was the same size as the packet of butter. (See pic) Not sure why I keep going back other than our options are so few out here in Tooele for something quick. I hope the owner or managers read these reviews because this KFC is a complete joke. I had to repeat everything I said at least twice when ordering, so I knew the order would be jacked up, as usual. I have never been to this KFC and had everything correct. The food we did get tasted good, it was two pieces of chicken (instead of 3 and was less than 1 ounce of meat. This one seems like a much better location than one of the ones in Salt Lake City. The drive thru line was SOOO long but they did a great job at keeping things going at a steady rate. We got the $20 fill up with the chicken tenders and I have to say it was a great deal. We got more than enough tenders that were superbly spiced and hot and the chicken was moist and wonderful. The gravy for the potatoes was yummy and peppery. The biscuits could have been more fluffy but they were still super good. I also love the coleslaw it could rival Chik-fil-a's. The only downer was they forgot out sauce. :( Oh well. We'll be back! read more

Worst service I have ever had. I get that with Covid things are difficult, but when I pulled up to the pick up area and saw 4 employees sitting in the lobby I figured one would realize that I was there for pick up. Not being unreasonable I decided to call in. The phone was busy, so I tried again, literally 149 more times. I have a screen shot of my call log. After sitting for almost 10 minutes in the pick up area, I backed up and got in line. The whole time in the line I was trying to call in. I only ever got a busy signal. When I got to the windows I talked with a manager. She told me she didn't know the phones weren't working. They are pushing ordering online and call for pick up and their phones weren't ringing. Sure did offer me a cake, which I declined. The manager was civil, and apologetic. I should have just canceled my order and went somewhere else. read more

Ordered online and I picked it up. Friendly people. The tenders are laughable. They are so small! They forgot the dipping sauce. The chicken sandwiches didn't have enough sauce. I had to add some mayonnaise at home. My husband was so upset at all of this. I hope things improve. There are 2 other chicken places in town, this I hoped would be the better place. Food is great. Staff is great and works hard BUT they service the drive thru 4-1 to the dining room. I watched them send multiple orders out the window then one to dining room. Asked the staff if they only took care of the drive they orders and don't care about the walk ins. read more

This place seemed convenient driving by, well little did I know at the way back the line started and there was no way back out, it took 20 plus minutes to go to the speaker to put in my order, I knew what I wanted, I get there and the girl says hold on please, I sit there for another 5 plus minutes on her, for her to come back to tell me sorry I forgot I had you on hold. Got my order, went back home and everything was not hot or room temperature, it felt as if she took everything out of the fridge that has sat there for about a day, and the gravy was not creamy it was chunky like it has been in the fridge. Today's experience was downright awful! This drive-thru has an odd path in the curb where people can leave the line before approaching the speaker. Today, I had patiently waited along with 5 other cars to reach the speaker, which ended up being about 15 min. When I finally got near the speaker, this man in a older Mercury car pulls up cutting me off through this exit (in the Family Dollar parking lot). I yell at him that he can't enter the line there and he proceeds to tell me it was an entrance, which it obviously isn't. In short, he forces his way into the line. As he starts placing his order, I yell loudly that he had cut into the drive-thru line and shouldn't be served. The guy admits it! The cashier tells him that it's not an entrance and that he needs to speak to a manager. He comes back within an minute stating that the manager approved for him to take the order!! This just blows my mind! Way to encourage this behavior from horrible people. I ended up placing my order and got up to the window honestly irate about the situation. I asked for some kind of discount for having to go through that because there is some obvious oversight from management. I can't imagine why they would think that this is ok? He goes to the back and within a minute (long enough honestly to have spoken to the manager), he tells me that the manager stated that I could not be comped or receive any kind of discount off my meal. The cashier did it anyway, bless him. Honestly, did more than the awful manager in the back, which alleviated the situation a bit. However, after this experience, I'm disgusted. I want nothing to do with that location anymore. My wife loves KFC, however we're going to refuse business until something gets done. Either a curb gets setup in that parking lot to prevent people from cutting into the line outside and management gets better trained on how to handle situations like these. The right thing to have done would have been to tell the guy that he has to leave and go to the back of the line. They never have the quantity of food they need, they're always out of stuff, consistently wrong orders given out. I don't agree completely with some of the other reviewers. They do seem to service the drive through faster than the dining room, and they do sometimes run out of certain types of chicken, especially later in the evening. But, it's fast food and near minimum wage employees. Given that they do a fairly good job. The chicken is good, and the price is right on the value meals. $5.49 for two pieces of chicken, mashies, and a biscuit, with a drink, isn't too bad. read more

I really like how KFC has been remodeled, I used to joke that it was the most depressing dining area ever. The food is good, service isn't the best. The kids working later at night seem to be messing around alot. They have ran out of chicken before a couple of times, which is odd. But other than that its pretty good. read more
