If I could give zero stars I would. My family ate here in July, the day after eating my 2 year old daughter got very sick. She had to be hospitalized for 2 weeks because she had contracted e-coli from eating here. She survived complete kidney failure, 5 rounds of dialysis, & 2 blood transfusions. This could've been prevented by Panda practicing clean hygiene, properly cooking their foods, & us avoiding it completely. A friendly suggestion for anyone wanting to eat here... just don't. I don't wish what my family has gone through upon anyone. This franchise should be shut down. Quick place to go when you're craving pseudo-Chinese food in a hurry. We usually get half rice/half noodles with two entrees. Fav entrees: Walnut Shrimp, Beijing Beef. I also go there to get white rice for home when I don't want to cook it. Service is quick and usually friendly. Sit down is clean, but high noise level. Prices are fair, they offer military discount. There is always one employee slowing this place down, Melissa was just zoning out not talking, moving like a slug. So frustrating, everyone in line was watching her in disbelief. I hope it was just a bad day and she's ok. But with this place it's always something, I understand it's hit or miss hiring kids, but it feels like there is never any leadership around. One day we did see a young lady taking orders from those still waiting in line. Whatever she was doing worked great, there was a long line and it moved quick. Went here yesterday on my way to work. I arrived 10 mins till closing, I understand they wanted to hurry and close so they could go home. But the service and food quality was atrocious. First sign that I should of listened to on how the night was going to go, was when a couple who was waiting in line 1 person ahead of me, left because of how long/slow the service was going. When I looked around at the scene I was dealing with, their were at start two people on the line but then they went to the back and only 1 came back. Two others were dealing with the food dishes rather than jumping in and helping the 1 working the line, another employee was coming back from I assume her lunch break, her making her way back was slower than molasses in winter. After she slowly clocked back in, she also vanished to the back. By the time I got my order and was helped at the checkout, I was 8:20... I have never seen such a slow customer service before at a Panda Express except when they are super busy. This one had no excuse for its speed of service that it provided. Called in for a large catering order ahead of time, first thing girl says which I assume to a coworker is "I hate doing these!" Forgot to push mute I guess. I then placed my order, no problem and arranged time to pick it up. I arrive to pickup my order and I get a "we had no idea about this order, they'll make it right now, should take about 15 min" no offer for compensation or even sincere apology and treated as though it's my fault. I wait in my car while it is prepared. 30 minutes later it's done, handed to me in a here you go now get out of our store attitude, no apology, no attempt of compensation. Absolutely ridiculous. I get mistakes happen and things can slip through the cracks, it's part of business no matter how you do it, but when this happens I make sure my employees and workers know you make that wrong a right! Not put the blame on the customer all though they attempted to call it in ahead of time so this kind of thing wouldn't happen. read more

I am so disappointed. I have given panda express chance to revive themselves multiple times and every time I am disappointed again. Customer service is absolutely horrible. I don't know if these kids are just young and immature or what the issue is. They are not kind and they do not care. The food was extremely expensive and I did not even get my full order but they didn't seem to care at all which was insanely frustrating because I was providing a meal for a large group and it was vital that I had everything I paid for. You could tell that they did not care about presentation and just wanted the money that they earned for the day and to be done. I could go on and on. Okay I've had mixed opinions about this place been here three times and the last one aggravated me enough to make a review. First time I went in I had asked for a mix of chow neon and fried rice I should've watched the girl doing it but yeah no fried rice. She didn't seem happy to be employed there as if I was the cause of her distress. I took a second to decide which seemed like an hour for her. I had asked if they had orange chicken coming (how can you run out?) and the guys bsing in the back said five minutes which I didn't want to wait for, I believe she said is what you see is what you get or something trashy like that. I made an alternative selection and went about my day. Second time was a nice kid who seemed upbeat and happy he was working there and everything went smooth he offered me Peking pork which I liked and chose, good experience. This time about ya know 15 minutes to closing I had no choices to choose from and I understand I'm eating late and they want to go home, but this manager girl... I think but hope not saw me walk in and yelled at the girl behind the counter"what time is it?" Like she wanted to tell me off, I didn't want to dine in just grab and go. Maybe because she was mopping the floor and I was going to track footprints I don't know and I dont care. She needs to check that attitude I'm not concerned about how you feel about working nights or whatever her problem was. That passive aggressive attitude will not just slide at least I was pushed enough that I wrote this and I don't write bad reviews.
