Immediately following my post the owner of the company stepped out and was accountable for my customer experience. Not only that, he contacted me directly to listen to my concerns and proposed a number of ways to make it right. In addition, he had his best service tech and team come out to inspect the work and make any improvements necessary. I was very impressed by that and the follow up by his team. He continued to reach out to make sure I was satisfied. That's how you run a business and I am pleased to give him and his company the highest rating. As he mentioned, they're not perfect, but they made every attempt to get it right and make sure I was satisfied.

They do not send experienced people to work jobs linked to Yelp. They send newer people to do the work. This would be okay if that meant more experienced people come out for more complicated jobs. However, they just call in and then tell you they can't do it. Additionally, they respond to inquiries for jobs they have told you they can't do.
