Immediately following my post the owner of the company stepped out and was accountable for my customer experience. Not only that, he contacted me directly to listen to my concerns and proposed a number of ways to make it right. In addition, he had his best service tech and team come out to inspect the work and make any improvements necessary. I was very impressed by that and the follow up by his team. He continued to reach out to make sure I was satisfied. That's how you run a business and I am pleased to give him and his company the highest rating. As he mentioned, they're not perfect, but they made every attempt to get it right and make sure I was satisfied.

The cliche, "above and beyond" does not touch the surface of Calvin's customer service. I don't…read morehave an infestation issue, but the thought of one was keeping me up on this night. It was 2 A.M and I was researching pest control companies (knowing that I had to get up at 4 A.M.) and perused Calvin's yelp reviews! The reviews were very believable and sincere, so I immediately reached out to he company at 2 AM. Surprisingly, I didn't get an answering machine, I got a live person that was attentive and very professional. I got Calvin and I was sold. We made the appointment for the same day and lets just say that he has "earned" a lifelong customer. In fact, this review is the pre-cursor to the verbal and written notice of severance of service that I am going to give to my (soon to be previous) pest control company. Now, let me tell you about my service experience. At the appointed time, Calvin and his crew arrived and they are a handsome bunch so I now had excellent service and eye candy to add to the collection of professional experiences. Moving on, Calvin's team blew and inspected my garage so it was sparkling clean AND treated for pests. They used sustainable bug repellent outside my home, which smelled really good in the autumn wind. Ok, so if the presentation, professionalism wasn't enough... Lets move on to the educational experience and what exactly cemented my understanding that I can never have another exterminator take care of my place. Calvin illuminated areas that existed that I was not aware of. He pulled out my stove, my refrigerator, and shined the cool light that he had light attached to his forehead so that I could see what was really going on behind my appliances. He cleaned and sealed the holes and this was more than any other exterminator had ever done. When he wrote the bill up (which I was glad to pay), he educated me on exactly they types of chemicals used and the amounts of concentrations of the active ingredients. In closing, you want to do business with Calvin of Absolute Exterminating Services LLC. This by far, was a very unique experience that has raised the bar.

I've had problems with rats and was told they would fix the problem. Since the initial visit, I've had to clear my own traps and purchase new ones and set them myself, since I can't get anyone out here to do the job. One tech left maggots from one of the rats in my attic!! so then I had to deal with all the flies myself. Every tech who comes out here has no idea what's going on, and most don't even bring traps with them. (although every tech has been really nice and understanding; they are set up for failure by a horribly run company.) Absolutely do not engage this company for any service whatsoever. It's the perfect run around circle where they take your money and then no one has accountability for anything they just pass ton off to the next person.
