He confirmed my suspicion that a possum was the unwelcome visitor and set two traps. Within a week we had trapped and removed two possums, he sealed all the possible openings that the critter could squeeze through, and in the process, found what he suspected was a beehive in my attic. He removed the hive after fogging the bees and there was honey running down the outside walls of my home. The hive, including the honey weighed approximately 100 pounds. Oksana was relentless, and finished by inspecting the interior of the walls, where the hive had been attached, treated it, and assured me that he had caulked and blocked the bees entry points at the outside walls.THE CRITTER GETTER! He has great pride in his work and successfully runs his business with honesty and humility. We moved to Savannah so unfortunately had to stop using On Target Pest Control. If I could convince them to come to Savannah I would be thrilled! However I do think others should know of what an eco friendly pest service On Target is. I can attest to safe products because my dogs and infant remained in the home and had zero problems after a service visit. Those BIG roaches. They were in the garage heavy and then I started seeing them in my sons' room and that was a little disrespectful to me. I called On Target after looking on Yelp. I just wanted a 1 time treatment, which none of the larger companies offered. They all want you to sign a contract. Since I am renting and didn't feel like there was any type of infestation I didn't want to commit to quarterly or a 1 yr contract. I submitted a request on Yelp. A lady ( I can't remember her name) called me back and asked a few questions. She knew her information, was professional and informative. She told me my options and set the next available appt. The technician arrived with his son in tow. Showing him the business!! We talked, they sprayed and left. Pretty simple. All of my questions were answered. On Target told me if I saw anymore bugs to call them and they would make it right. I liked that. After the treatment, I have seen 3 bugs. The 1st was a few days after treatment. He was on his back! The 2nd was a spider and I smashed him. The last 1 I saw was over a month ago and it was a little small thing so I squashed him. Let me not forget to mention that I have children. 1 has asthma so I was concerned with what grade chemicals were being used and the smell associated. On Target has "GREEN" or "natural" formulas. Your answer was a guestimate, whereas other companies were able to provide documentation of where the rat came from. Your solution was to repair a bogus problem, so we could buy your warranty. Then, you would "eventually" find problems. This made me rethink your first judgment and repair job in 2020. I was only describing my interactions with you and your rudeness. However, I did not know they would get inside our roof and hang out when it got cold. Attic Kings guys came out and assessed the situation and set traps. They got the first two raccoons in three days and the last one a couple of days later so fast, and they were great about checking the traps and then coming right back out when I called them saying there was one in the trap. They did not make me or the raccoons wait. No noise since they trapped them and then sealed the holes so they could not get back inside. Very nice people and helpful. If you have a raccoon or other animal trying to make their home in yours, do not hesitate to pick up the phone and call Attic Kings.
