The staff was top notch. We called to let them know we were on the way, and they gave us clear directions to their location in the strip mall (on the back side--FYI). She also told us our cake was stunning and ready for pickup. She was so kind and careful when handing it over, and even gave step-by-step instructions on getting it home safely and storing it. He did offer to activate open captions for the movie, but said we would have to wait for the manager. Everyone on duty in the movie theater should be able to accommodate a disabled guest. No one should have to wait for a special employee to arrive. Eventually, we just left. I had high hopes for this theater after reading the reviews. But clearly they do not accommodate the disabled.

Horrible experience and horrible management. We went here for our cousins bachelorette party ready to have an amazing time! When we showed up, we loved the setup, studio and were so excited about the experience. Our experience was quickly ruined when we found out that we were lied to over the phone when making our reservations. The owner made it very hard to work with her and suggested that we lied and had spoken to the wrong location even though our reservation was there and all of our names were spelled out loud and clear. Instead of trying to accommodate, she just kept saying that we were not telling her the truth which was very disappointing. I'm sure this could have been a great experience but I have never been called a liar in a public store before in my life. It was very unfortunate that 8 of us ladies drove 3 hours to make this day happen to have such an awful experience. read more

When I initially came in to sign up, the studio itself was very open and active, which felt a little overwhelming at first. But almost immediately, a few members greeted me, gave me a tour, and made me feel genuinely welcome. That sense of warmth and community stood out right away. The class format worked perfectly with my schedule as well -- I work during the day, and the afternoon class times made it easy to commit and stay consistent. The talent in this studio is incredible. The members are skilled, generous, and always happy to offer advice, tips, or encouragement as you build your pottery and ceramics skills. It's an environment where learning feels natural and supported. On top of that, the sense of community goes far beyond the wheel -- members regularly bring in homemade baked goods, and some even organize potlucks and gatherings outside of the studio. It truly feels like a creative home, not just a place to take classes. During my time as a member, I experienced some personal hardships and had to travel due to the loss of a family member. I wasn't able to come into the studio for weeks at a time and eventually considered canceling my membership. When I came in to talk with the owner, Deric, I was prepared to take a break. Before I even mentioned canceling, he kindly offered to hold my membership while I was away. That level of understanding and compassion honestly made all the difference and is a big reason I stayed.
