This place is the absolute best. So excited to have a new place to bring my toddler especially in the summer. My cautious kid was a dare devil with all the ball pits and foam tiles. It was fun to see this new side of her. She is obsessed with Mickey and Minnie and the characters really gave her a lot of attention. Can't wait to go back!

We absolutely love Tiny Toddler Soft Play! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with such warmth and friendliness--it really made us feel welcome. The team goes above and beyond to make sure both kids and parents feel comfortable, and you can tell they truly care about creating a wonderful experience. The play area itself is spotless and so well-maintained. As a parent, I really appreciate the attention to cleanliness--it gave me total peace of mind knowing my little one was playing in a safe, hygienic environment. Most importantly, the space is full of fun! Everything is thoughtfully designed for young children, with soft play equipment that encourages both active play and imagination, all while being completely safe. My toddler had the best time exploring, climbing, and giggling nonstop. I can't recommend Tiny Toddler Soft Play enough--it's the perfect mix of friendly staff, cleanliness, and a safe, fun environment for kids. We'll definitely be back again and again!

I usually avoid leaving negative reviews, but I need to share my honest experience, which unfortunately wasn't great. While the rental prices are high, I would be willing to pay for quality service. On the day of our event, it was a bit cloudy, no rain. Aubree suggested I reschedule my entire party. I couldn't do this because I had already paid deposits for other vendors, made arrangements, and had guests coming out of town. She became rude and condescending, criticizing guests for bringing kids to a party when rain was expected. When I asked about a refund for the cancellation, she acted clueless about how to process it. She was adamant about wanting me to reschedule my child's party and behaved as this was the only solution. In the end, the clouds cleared up, there was no rain and we went ahead with the party. But the rental I paid for was not provided. Instead, I got a downgraded option because she was worried about her new jumper getting dirty. In her words she "didn't want kids jumping with their shoes on dirtying her brand new white jumper because she knew they would." Her argumentative nature made it hard to engage with her, and honestly, I was just relieved to have some entertainment for the party. I didn't bother asking for a refund for the difference because I just wanted to be done with the whole situation. Our family and friends witnessed her attitude firsthand while they helped set up and were shocked at the quality of the equipment for what I paid. Planning any celebration is already stressful, and dealing with entitled vendors like this only adds to that stress!

If I can give 100 stars, I would! Aubree and her husband are absolutely amazing! We've been using them for our daughter's birthday since she was one year old. She is now turning five this May and I plan to use them for her birthday coming up as well. We recently just used their paleta cart for our wedding and it was a total hit. Everybody absolutely loved it.! The customer service and attention to detail is absolutely perfection. I would recommend them to any and everyone !

We had an amazing experience at this new indoor playground! It's SO clean and the perfect size for toddlers. We rented this space for our daughter's second birthday, and it was such a big hit with everyone! We even had to extend the party for another hour because the kids were having so much fun. The owner is also amazing and so easy to work with! She made the entire planning process and party setup a breeze, and she helped me to completely decorate the space for our Frozen theme. It was the perfect party for our 2 year old and a day we will always remember. We will definitely be back! Thank you, Aubree!!

Nice, clean and cool indoor area for the littles to play with cozy seating and snack bar.

I took my son here with my niece and they had a blast! Highly recommend this business. I love how well the owners take care of this place. I use to take my son to Zebra World but everything there it's a bit run down now. Tiny Toddlers commits to safety and cleanliness as a mom of two boys this is BIG for me.

I cannot possible give a review that will do Tiny Toddler Soft Play any justice. This is my 2nd year using them for my daughter's birthday and all I can say is WOW. They completely took every ounce of stress off of me for this party. All we had to do was show up basically. Aubrey was phenomenal. The amount of planning that she put into this party to make sure everything was perfect was unreal. The theme of the party this year was unicorns. So everything had custom "Bodhi's magical 5th birthday" decals with unicorns. These gorgeous graphics were on everything! My daughter loved them so much she had me take some of the decals after the party was over to put all over her room. She had a huge sign made custom to put at the front of the house. The balloon garlands were gorgeous! We had bumper cars in the party colors along with a bouncy castle and a ball pit and slide, all in unicorn colors! I want to be sure to single out the table scape. I couldn't believe it. Aubrey brought a big long table for the kids with the most adorable pink chairs I've ever seen. She had a long pink tablecloth and a custom sparkly sequin runner. We had custom unicorn plates and pink cutlery. Aubrey even got tiny pink vases for the table and put unicorn colored baby's breath flowers. Since the party, I have gotten SO many texts and comments from other parents and friends who were so amazed at this party. This family run business runs their parties with such integrity, they 100% have my business every year until my kids are too old for their mom to throw them magical parties anymore:)

I was so grateful she was able to pull together some last minute soft play items to add to my party! She was super flexible and made my sons birthday that much better. He loved it!

I highly recommend! The owners were so cool and friendly and flexible with me. All their equipment was clean and brand new and so fun to play with, my little guests let me know :). They have 2 mini type jumpers and are perfect for the little ones. The balls were a hit with my little guests as well as the little roller coaster car thing. I can't say enough good things about this company and great people. Deff would book them again.

My baby boy with the big set up. You notice it says HBD Joseph!?!

We came with a big group of families and stayed in several of the different casitas throughout the property, which was honestly perfect. We basically had our own little ranch getaway! Each casita had separate bedrooms, a full kitchen and living room, so there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. The kids absolutely LOVED all the animals! There are horses, donkeys, goats, rabbits and more, and guests can interact with, pet and sometimes even ride the animals. One morning, the ranch manager took all of our kids around to visit the animals and gave each of them food and carrots to feed them. They had the best time and thought it was the coolest thing! The pool area was probably one of my favorite parts of the property. The pool was the perfect temperature and the setting is gorgeous -- there's a huge natural boulder right alongside it and the mountains are basically your backdrop. There are cabanas for lounging and a long shaded table where our whole group could sit together and eat meals. It was such a pretty, relaxing spot. And then there's the SALOON! Such a fun touch and definitely a hit with our group. It has western-style saloon doors, a bar area, an air-conditioned game room with pool tables, and picnic tables outside. We spent a lot of time hanging out there. There's also a fire pit by the main ranch house where the kids made s'mores at night, which was the perfect way to end the day. This is such a great place for families or groups traveling together who want something different from the typical Palm Springs hotel experience. You really feel like you've escaped to a little mountain/cowboy ranch, while still being close enough to downtown to go out to dinner, shop, or explore. The kids had a blast, the adults got to relax, and having so much of the ranch to ourselves made the whole weekend even more special. Such a hidden gem in Palm Springs!!

It's a layered, multi-use space made up of small shops, boutiques, home décor, and curated goods that invite you to wander rather than rush. What makes it stand out, at least for me, is that it feels intentionally designed for the way people actually live and work now. As someone who is constantly looking for places where I can sit down with my laptop and get real work done while in transit, this checks a very specific box. Not just "can I sit here," but can I actually stay, focus, and be productive without feeling out of place. That's rare. They've gone a step further by building out proper workspaces and collaborating with Regus, which gives it a level of legitimacy beyond the typical café-with-WiFi setup. It feels like a place that understands the digital nomad mindset rather than just catering to it on the surface. Then there's the rooftop. Fully serviced, flexible, and surprisingly elevated for Palm Springs. This isn't a city known for vertical spaces, so being up there, looking out while still feeling connected to what's happening below, creates a perspective you don't really get elsewhere in town. It manages to feel both removed and right in the middle of everything at the same time. For Palm Springs, it's genuinely one of a kind.

It's part of a little strip mall with a few other business. The parking situation was a little confusing as we didn't know if you were allowed to park at any of the spots. Some were reserved while some didn't have anything assigned to them. Afterwards we did find out that you were allowed to park there. Street parking is also available if needed. The place is quite nice and literally down the street from the main downtown strip. Also around the corner for the casino. There's a massive patio seating but with the summer heat, no one was outside .Right when you walk in, there's a cute seating area before heading straight to the bar. Main bar as you walk in as well as second bar towards the back area. It's a full bar so whatever you like, it could be made. As we were here for an event, a meet and greet with everyone was perfect for this place. Drinks were rolling and people enjoying getting to know each other. A nice concept to make new friends in the area. Besides wine and cocktails, there's beer as well as food. I didn't get a chance to check the menu but food was supplied at the event. The communal kitchen was open to all and from it, a light morning breakfast of fresh brewed coffee, teas, fresh fruit and fruit juices, yogurt, and toast and english muffins were offered. This was served in the adjoining lounge area which was open all day for guests to enjoy. (Pictures still remain on this website.) It was a great venue to meet and chat with other guests if that's what you felt like doing. (I imagine Covid shut this down, but they never brought it back.) The well-maintained bikes they had on the property were designated for guest use. We had a blast many mornings riding around Palm Springs seeing sites one would be inclined to miss driving by in a car. In the afternoons, as guests swam and lounged poolside and sipped whatever they were drinking, this kind of breezy, light 50's/60's martini lounge music played, adding to the whole mid-century vibe. We were sad when the owners sold, but hopeful that new management would take the same care of this historic property and its guests, but it is now an entirely different experience. Gone are these amenities, as is the care and the heart that went into running this place. It looks and feels like if a dime can be saved by providing the minimum, it is. Staff is rarely around; during our last stay, we had to repeatedly call someone to get the pool cleaned and cleaned the pool ourselves several times. Stuff is broken or torn and neither fixed nor replaced. After coming here annually for well over a dozen years, we were spoiled by what was. It's a shame and a disappointment that the care and attention that went into our amazing experiences at the Hideaway are gone.
