Just as the Clubhouse in La Quinta closed, this place opened up! And I am so grateful it did because there aren't too many options for kids in the Coachella Valley. This indoor playground is so thoughtfully designed and has so many options for little ones. I love how the theme changes each month and that characters like Mickey and Stitch come out every day. It's a special touch and I don't know of any other indoor play area that does anything like this. It was so fun for my toddler to see! The place is clean (much cleaner than other indoor playgrounds around Coachella Valley!) and it's reassuring because I am NOT dealing with any more sicknesses than I have to out of the school season. If you follow them on social media, the owner Aubree frequently post videos of the staff cleaning and sanitizing the ball pit and toys around the playground which I'm a big fan of. My toddler loves this place and so do I as a parent because they also offer a little café area where you can order lattes and snacks while the little ones play! We have really enjoyed Aubree and how wonderful she's been to the kids and in sharing her journey and creativity with the community! She has been so kind and patient with us (even as we forgot socks or had endless questions about the place), and I think we're lucky to have her creativity and spirit in the valley. I usually avoid leaving negative reviews, but I need to share my honest experience, which unfortunately wasn't great. While the rental prices are high, I would be willing to pay for quality service. On the day of our event, it was a bit cloudy, no rain. Aubree suggested I reschedule my entire party. I couldn't do this because I had already paid deposits for other vendors, made arrangements, and had guests coming out of town. She became rude and condescending, criticizing guests for bringing kids to a party when rain was expected. When I asked about a refund for the cancellation, she acted clueless about how to process it. She was adamant about wanting me to reschedule my child's party and behaved as this was the only solution. In the end, the clouds cleared up, there was no rain and we went ahead with the party. But the rental I paid for was not provided. Instead, I got a downgraded option because she was worried about her new jumper getting dirty. In her words she "didn't want kids jumping with their shoes on dirtying her brand new white jumper because she knew they would." Her argumentative nature made it hard to engage with her, and honestly, I was just relieved to have some entertainment for the party. I didn't bother asking for a refund for the difference because I just wanted to be done with the whole situation. Our family and friends witnessed her attitude firsthand while they helped set up and were shocked at the quality of the equipment for what I paid. Planning any celebration is already stressful, and dealing with entitled vendors like this only adds to that stress! read more

We've been to Tiny Toddler Soft Play several times, and I seriously can't say enough good things about it. There have been times we've rolled in late (toddlers) and not once has anyone said, "Sorry, your two hours started already." In fact, Aubree herself has told us not to worry and even let us stay longer so the kids didn't miss the character meet. That kind of understanding is everything when you've got little ones. The staff here is just the sweetest. Every single time, the girls are welcoming, patient, and so good with the kids. And can we talk about the coffee? The new drinks they've added are so good, and better than Starbucks (IMO) and for less money. Win! Each room is clearly put together with so much thought and care. You can tell Aubree really pours her heart into this place, and it's a total family effort. It just feels warm and intentional. Checking in is easy. I know some people say it takes too long, but honestly, once you fill out the waiver (you can do it before you even leave the house or in your car), all that's left is taking off your shoes, putting on socks, and heading in. My kids are not patient, and it's never been a problem for us. $25 a kid might sound like a lot at first, but when you see how much love, work, and cost has gone into making this place so amazing, it makes sense. And if budget's a concern, they even offer a deal when you buy play days in advance. We just love it here, it's one of those rare places where you feel good spending time and money because you know your kids are safe, happy, and having a good time. read more

We are so beyond lucky to have tiny toddler soft play open in our neighborhood. Not only does my 1 1/2 year old love it but so do I. It's such a nice, safe, beautifully designed place to come and meet other moms, and just let our kids have fun. I have been to this business a few now with my toddler and infant. This place is AMAZING! Especially with our desert heat, it is the perfect place for littles. Gives one price over the phone (bumper cars), couple days before the event date sends an invoice with a price much higher (online payment fee, setup fee, delivery fee, tax). Basically when you're out of options and paid the deposit. The additional fees are never mentioned in advance. When asked, basically says "you signed a contract." Keep in mind in contract it says that they carry no insurance or liability. Also said she mentioned the whole price over the phone which she never did. Happened to me and my friend both. She added an additional design "at no cost" that I never asked for and would prefer to pay what was discussed. As for the job itself, out of 4 bumper cars 2 were working on and off. You turn them on, they start driving, then shut off unexpectedly. My friends were trying to fix them with no luck. Texted the owner after the party explaining the situation, she said not her fault we didn't know how to use buttons and basically to not text her. Very rude attitude. I feel scammed. Go somewhere else and save yourself time, money and energy. Ps it's very funny to me to read owner's response as I never actually asked for a refund. And people can see all the reviews I've written on my profile so trying to say that I do it on a regular is just low. But good luck running a business if that's how you treat your clients. read more

I cannot possible give a review that will do Tiny Toddler Soft Play any justice. This is my 2nd year using them for my daughter's birthday and all I can say is WOW. They completely took every ounce of stress off of me for this party. All we had to do was show up basically. Aubrey was phenomenal. The amount of planning that she put into this party to make sure everything was perfect was unreal. The theme of the party this year was unicorns. So everything had custom "Bodhi's magical 5th birthday" decals with unicorns. These gorgeous graphics were on everything! My daughter loved them so much she had me take some of the decals after the party was over to put all over her room. She had a huge sign made custom to put at the front of the house. The balloon garlands were gorgeous! We had bumper cars in the party colors along with a bouncy castle and a ball pit and slide, all in unicorn colors! I want to be sure to single out the table scape. I couldn't believe it. Aubrey brought a big long table for the kids with the most adorable pink chairs I've ever seen. She had a long pink tablecloth and a custom sparkly sequin runner. We had custom unicorn plates and pink cutlery. Aubrey even got tiny pink vases for the table and put unicorn colored baby's breath flowers. Since the party, I have gotten SO many texts and comments from other parents and friends who were so amazed at this party. This family run business runs their parties with such integrity, they 100% have my business every year until my kids are too old for their mom to throw them magical parties anymore:) read more

I felt safe knowing they had their mask on at all times and while setting up she was so thorough with sanitizing all part of the soft play.
