We attended a private event where Paint and Sip was the main activity, and it was SO much fun! Everything we needed was provided right then and there. The tables and chairs were already set up with all of the paints and supplies, so all we had to do was sit down, relax, and start painting. The instructor and his helper were both great! The instructor walked us through the painting step by step in a way that was really easy to understand. What I especially appreciated was that they actually walked around to each table to make sure everyone was following along before moving on. I've been to painting parties where the instructor goes so quickly that you're trying to keep up the entire time, so I really liked the more personal approach here. The instructor was also lots of fun and kept the experience entertaining and lighthearted. Everyone was able to be creative and just enjoy themselves, regardless of their painting skills. I had such a good time that I would definitely attend another Paint and Sip, and next time I'd love to check out their actual location. Highly recommend for a fun paint night with friends, your kids, or even a special someone. Such a fun activity and five stars all the way! read more

Love this place! I work with Justin many times a year and he runs our Girl Scout painting days. I think it's been five years now and I can't imagine working with anyone else! He comes to the venue with all this protective gear so paint gets nowhere and even brings his own water dump bucket so you don't have to worry about cleaning up after! read more

I recently attended one of their classes and it was my second time at the studio. My first time was with a friend's birthday group, and it was a fantastic experience. This second time around was just as fun! The instructor was really welcoming and helped guide us to our station, aprons, and storage for personal items. The class began right on time and our instructor did a great job of going slow while explaining what to do with the colors. She was really engaging and would walk around frequently, and everyone had a great time. I'm sure the drinks people sipped on helped, lol. My boyfriend and I are very happy with our results! I was here recently with the ladies from work and even though it wasn't my first paint event in the area, it was the best one! Everything from the initial email communication to actual lesson went flawlessly. The customer service was top notch and not only did Paint & Sip have stellar service, but the studio was clean, the paint and canvass were of high quality and the other attendees were so social and friendly! I highly recommend this company. As a note, I went to a recent event in Escondido (with another company) where it was so HOT (no A/C) and you could barely hear the instructions! Lucky for us, Brooke was a great teacher. She went around the room to help and give feedback, she explained how to mix colors well...and her painting actually looked like the one online. We were so loud, but one seemed bothered and the whole crowd was friendly. Some of the others were true artists, I was impressed! Birthday Surprise I took my friend here for her birthday in February. I bought a groupon for a pretty decent price. I called to make sure they still had open seating first. I wasn't exactly sure where its located but it was easy to find. Right off Jefferson road. We arrived about 30 minutes early. I wanted to make sure we got seats close enough to the instructor since Im pretty blind. We weren't allowed inside until about ten minutes before the class because they were still setting up. That was fine. We just waited in the car. Once inside everything is very organized and we got a good seat on the end close to where the instructor is painting. The paint is clearly displayed with instructions on what to get and how much. They offer little bottles of water. Two of the best things about this experience was the background music. It was a mix of R n B oldies from 60s and 70s. Good stuff! The second is the fact that you can bring your own wine with no corkage fee. Awesome! They provide glasses to use too. I do not really like painting but this was a fun experience to try at least once. Id like to go back and paint something that interests me more next time and take advantage of being able to drink my own wine because I did not this time. read more
