I can't believe I haven't rated this place yet!!! I've gone to 5 classes since I discovered this place last year. I've gone for date night, girls night out, and with a big group. He can pretty much accommodate any size party. Just come early since seating is first come, first serve. Every time I've gone, it's been super fun and the people in the class are all very nice. Always a good mix of date night couples, bachelorette parties/girls night out, friends/family outings, and a few really good painters. The studio is very clean and modern. All of the painting supplies are in great condition. You're welcome to bring snacks and wine and he'll supply the bottle openers and cups. The paint and canvas he provides are high quality which makes for a great keepsake. The instructor Justin is the best! He's the nicest and most encouraging art instructor and makes you feel good about your painting regardless of how bad it looks lol. He really goes step by step so it's easy to keep up with his instructions. If you join his emailing list, he will send a calendar of all the paintings he has for the month. He offers classes pretty much every weeknight and 2-3 on Saturdays and Sundays. He has new paintings to match the season every month and fun holiday paintings as well. His classes are reasonably priced at $35 per person but he always offers discounts and promos so I hardly ever pay full price. Plus you can bring your own food & wine so it won't cost you any more than that. Awesome studio! It's become my go-to place when out of town friends and family come to visit. My girlfriends and I attended a birthday party here for one of our friends. I didn't coordinate the event, but we had all RSVP'd online and it was convenient and accessible. It was a Monet's Garden in Giverny night and we all had so much fun. While I am far from any talents as a professional artist, it was intimidating at first. Once the instructor eased us into the painting, color-by-color and sections described easily, each painter came up with a unique interpretation of our lily garden painting. Fun and comfortable setting and our instructor was awesome! He even helped one of my friends illustrate a mermaid's tail into her piece as it's one of her "signatures." I'm not too much of a wine drinker, but I enjoyed the setting nonetheless. Absolutely loved my experience and definitely recommend attending one of their events. This was my first experience doing a "paint and sip" night. I honestly didn't think my painting would turn out half as well as it did. Acrylic paint is very hard to work with, when you add water it thins it out and can easily remove the paint you just added to your canvas. It was difficult making a few of the colors in the short amount of time we had but overall I'm happy with my painting and would try this again. I might chose an easier painting next time, maybe more abstract that has less blending involved. Justin was our instructor and he was great! He painted along with us and showed us step by step how to achieve the painting that was pre-done. He walked around the room and was very encouraging when some people felt their painting was a lost cause and he even helped fix a few when people weren't happy with their outcome. He helped make it a fun experience for everyone and a welcome environment. Everyone that was there was also very encouraging and complimenting towards each other, it was wonderful! I highly recommend trying your hand at painting, make sure to bring your own wine and snacks. They have cups, wine opener and all supplies there waiting for you! read more

My husband and I went to the Paint your Pet night. We have two dogs and I painted one and he painted the other. I was super surprised at how fun this was. I can't even draw a decent stick figure so to leave there with a painting that resembled my dog was insane. Sooooo much fun. I've been 4 times now and Justin is so amazing. I've done another and the instructor is nowhere near as friendly, accommodating, patient, or fun as Justin. His paintings are easy to follow along but the end product looks like a very challenging piece. The space is well lit and cozy. Never have I felt cramped or uncomfortable. It's a great place for people who swear they are not Artsy (like me). It'll show you just what you can do if you give it a shot.
