Less than an hour after my email, they sent back an email response! Rey said to call him at 203 768-1170 after 10 a.m. I didn't notice his email until about 9:30, so I only had to wait 30 minutes to call him back. We set up an appointment for Tuesday morning. He did a visual inspection, gave me a sheet of instructions and said he would be back the next morning. He came Wednesday with an assistant and they sprayed my whole house and all furniture. His prices were very reasonable and the price included 3 follow up visits. I had been a nervous wreck, afraid to go to sleep for fear of getting bit by bugs that I never saw -- only saw bites in the morning. Now I can relax, I feel like I have my home back and my peace of mind. Rey said to call him anytime if I ever have a problem. I'm so glad I selected Vermcon-X for my problem and I highly recommend their business to anyone with a pest problem of any kind. You won't regret calling them.
