When the technician came out, he told me there was absolutely no way the smell was urine and he saw no signs of mice. I called another company who immediately found an area of dried mouse urine and feces and rectified the issue. When I explained this to enviro care, and that I was deeply unhappy with services rendered and would not be paying for the tech coming out and placing a few mouse traps and giving false information without investigating further, a woman named Amanda told me I had to go to court to dispute this. I asked Amanda if there was someone higher up in the company who could help me and she informed me that she was one of the owners of the company. I asked if I could speak to a different owner and she very aggressively told me no, I have to go to court, and hung up on me while I was talking. When I called back, I was told Amanda is nothing more than a customer service representative. Not only did the technician let me down, a customer service representative told me she was a boss of the company and that I had to go to court rather than put me through to someone who could help me.
