We heard advertisements for Pinnacle and decided to visit. We walked in and were greeted with a great selection of TV's of all sizes. Tiny issues with some but almost undetectable unless pointed out. Customer service is very friendly, helpful and informative. I would definitely consider coming here before I bought from Best Buy, Amazan, Walmart or any other retailer. If you're on a tight budget you should definitely check Pinnacle out. You will be impressed. read more

This business provides warranty service for Onkyo and other electronic equipment/devices. I suppose it is a standard model for a warranty service center to blame the manufacturer and in-turn the manfacturer to blame the service center. All of it adds up to a terrible experience for the consumer - the one paying to keep each of their doors open for business. You have only a few options when it comes to warranty service, try to avoid Pinnacle as one of them; - Call the manufacturer first - Get their recommedation on which service center to use. Even if it is further from you or you need to ship it, go that route - Contact the Better Business Bureau and write reviews to alert others. If you search for opinions and ratings prior to buying something or using a service, please also contribute your own. read more

We bought a 65" Samsung television which developed a defect where the backlight created a shadow over half of the screen. This defect happened within the warranty period and when the Technician determined the television could not be repaired they offered an exchange to meet the same requirements to the television purchased. Let this be a warning to all of you who may be considering buying a sale TV or item from PINNACLE DEALS. They sell you refurbished TV's that need repair constantly, WARRANTY SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! My TV has broken 3 times already and now they want to keep the TV and give me 200$ credit after I spent 700$ on TV plus 120$ on a 5 year warranty! Don't waste your time. Brought our year and a half old Panasonic Viera there for repairs after it died one day and was told they would look into if it was worth repairing or not. Very friendly people upfront and felt confident knowing if the repairs were to total more than $250, they'd claim the TV as a loss. A month later, the TV was still not fixed, my credit card charged in full for a month of work they hadn't done, and I had to chase them every few days to try and get an answer. I finally took the TV back and was refunded the money so I could go and purchase a new TV and no longer deal with their lack luster customer service and failed attempts at fixing a TV I ultimately found out through someone else was not worth fixing. I purchased an LG smart TV in April of 2013 and it has noticeable defects with the screen. I called LG to hopefully have them fix or replace the TV under the 1 year warranty. They sent my information to Pinnacle who would handle the repairs/ replacement. When I called to schedule a time to they were unable to supply any window of time other than 8am to 4pm. I switch shifts every two weeks and asked if they could come during my night shift...I would be available between 8am and 1pm. The lady on the phone said they would try their best but couldn't guarantee they would make it in that time frame. Fine, whatever. The day before my appointment I received a call to confirm; the call said the appointment would be anytime between 8am and 4pm. Great...I will just take time off work. The repair guy called me around 10 am to tell me that he probably wouldn't be able to make it today due to a bunch of unforeseen circumstances. When I told him that I had taken off work for this appointment he sounded sympathetic and said he would try to make it today. He called me back around 2pm and told me he should make it sometime after 4pm. He finally arrived sometime after 4pm to look at the TV. Upon viewing the TV, the repair person decided it needed a new display which would have to be ordered. He told me they would be in touch. 2 weeks later I hadn't heard from them so I called them back. The lady on the phone informed me that the part was still on order and can take two weeks to arrive. Finally they called me back on a Monday at 8am and left a voicemail asking me if they could come do the repair today...I was at work...like most people between 9-5 on a weekday. So I called them back and scheduled another appointment for a day when I was back to night shifts. I am currently writing this review from home on the day of the scheduled appointment. I just received a phone call from, what sounds like the same repairman as last time, and he again tells me he doesn't think he can make it. Something about how he thought my appointment was tomorrow and he didn't grab the replacement part. Seriously. Come fix my TV between the times in the appointment you've given me. It's not very hard, or very much to ask, from a repair company. I've already taken off work, and rescheduled my plans twice to accommodate these appointments. I highly recommend not using this company if at all possible. I will keep my review at two stars unless the rest of this process miraculously gets better. If this guy doesn't come fix my TV today before noon, one star it is. Totally unacceptable. I am also contacting LG to notify them of this company's horrible service. read more

Great customer service, always reliable when I need assistance or question on the products I have purchased, they are quick to answer and provide support, after reading the comments a ratings left by previous customers I almost did not purchase from them. These guys seem completely incapable of keeping an appointment. They wont tell you when they are coming and expect you to wait all day.

The WORST customer service I have ever had. of my flat screens was damaged from lightning. They come to "fix" them but bring no parts. Then come back fixed one. The other the partd had not come in. No matter what you tell the dispatch office when you call you can gurantee it will be wrong. They cannot get communication together. I have told them literally 7 times to call my cell. They have yet to dail that number. I hope i never have to deal with this unorganized company again. That place is a complete joke. If would have known what i would have to deal with I would have submitted the claim through my home owners insurance. I understand they have policies and procedures but I paid the extra money when I made my purchase. It should have been a little more organized. The dispatchers DO NOT listen to you. Avoid this company if at all possible! read more

I am a Service Agent and I dispatch my technicians to be onsite at a specific time per our Customer's availability. I had to cancel 2 service calls while this well respected high class business goes without their repair because they sent their technician while the room was unavailable. Their room is used daily and needs to be scheduled for a specific time. The second time I asked for them to come at 2:30pm and they were on their way there for 12:00noon when the room was being used. Seems like they only want to make money and not make the customer happy. Now my manager has to order the parts and we have to send our technician onsite for the 4th time to try to repair it because I will not subject my customer to this ridiculous way this company dispatches their technicians. It is totally unacceptable. I do not want to even rate them one star! read more

Pinnacle sells discounted Televisions and Power tools in Warwick RI and on the weekend at Big Flea market in Cumberland, RI. Buyer beware, the owner of Pinnacle Discounts seems to think he still owns the tv after he sells it to you, i bought a tv back in November and recently decided to upgrade so of course i put my current tv up for sell, to my amazement, apparently the owner of Pinnacle trolls Craig's list and finds anyone that is selling his tvs, and then wont sell to you if you do and will just harass you. I guess he never heard of the first sale doctrine that gives me the legal right to do what i want with products i purchase. Tries to say some bs about keeping his prices down, but me selling my tv has nothing to do with competition with him unless i try to undercut him which i was not doing, he obviously has little grasp of economics. Not to mention i was going to give him even more money to buy a new tv, so he would have made money from both, again no grasp of economics. Anyway, just a warning, stay away from these guys especially if you ever intend to sell your tv at a later time. This is just sleazy and you should not do any business with companies that treat customers like this. read more

Like the other reviewer my experience with Pinnacle Service Solutions of Warwick RI was miserable. They are great at the blame game. I had bought a warranty from Best Buy that covered "parts and labor" but when the TV started to go within the warrenty time, it didn't cover the cost of a workman (needed because my television was mounted to the wall) The first day I cleared for them to "fix it" I waited all day, for a workman to show up after the timeframe for all of 5 minutes to tell me he had to order a part. Day 2, it had snowed the evening before so they cancelled the morning of. The snow had been cleared. Jen the Cust Service Mgr blamed a new employee for not scheduling two people. Day 3 They show up, replace the part, leave, within 15 minutes the TV won't turn on, they have to come back, and order another part. Day 4 They finally fix it, blaming the supplier NEW for the malfunctioning part. The customer servce manager, Jennifer Crane doesn't return calls. Doesn't do what she say she is going to do. Awful experience. This is a business sure to fail. read more

I saw all of these negative reviews and decided to post my Very Positive experience with Pinnacle "Service". I had purchased a 75 inch samsung and a 55 inch samsung the same day and got great service when i purchased all to when they loaded them into my vehicle. Upon arriving at home and setting up the television's i noticed the 75 had a stuck BRIGHT green pixel in the top right. i called immediatly and made an appointment for wedsday my day off. they called me the day before and day of to confirm. He came to my house around 1pm and saw the tv and immediatly said..the screen would have to be replaced and took various photos of the issue and sent it. and emailed me an invoice. about 4 days later they called me to let me know they would be ordering a replacement screen for my television and that they would advise me when it has arrived. about 10 days later. i recieve a call and an email that my part had arrived and to call to setup my service appointment i called and they came back 3 days later..again Anthony Martinez with a helper. they replaced my complete screen in about an hour to two tops and my tv was like new again. couldnt be happier with my service and im still glad i saved tons of money and got exceptional service by going with Pinnacle deals! i reccomened all of my friends here and no where else. read more
