I realize that pedicure services vary from Pedicurist to pedicurist and apparently the person who was assigned to me was not very thorough. I came in with unpolished toes, which I thought would be easy for them. I didn't have wait, which was great but walking to the chair I was asked if I knew which type of pedicure I wanted. I told her no, because this was my first time here. She handed me the menu to review before I was seated and waited awkwardly near me until I made my selection. She even tried to convince me to get the most expensive pedicure. The pedicurist assigned to me was an elderly woman with no knowledge of English. She barely trimmed my nails and cuticles. I wish she would have spent more time on my cuticles and less time applying lotion. I immediately knew that this service was not worth $55 ... and All of my requests had to be made through a different employee who spoke English. I initially asked for the $55 pedicure and gel chrome extra $20. I thought chrome was gel, not an additional cost. So my already expensive $75 pedicure was now $95 ! Chrome was an extra $15. Absolutely not! I then changed my service to traditional polish. After this experience I will continue to polish my own nails and wear press ons. The price doesn't align with the quality and outcome of service. They are running a low quality pedicure sweatshop but with Luxury spa prices... read more

Pinky's Nail Spa - This was the level polishing that was done. She told me I hit it. I didn't... - Nail Salons Near Me - Clermont, Florida

My daughter and I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. The first thing we noticed was the extremely strong chemical smell throughout the salon. It was so overwhelming that both of us left with headaches. The service was also very poor. The technician who worked on my nails seemed rushed and more focused on attending other customers. When removing my previous gel polish, she was very rough and caused a burning sensation on my nails. The new gel application was done poorly, leaving a noticeable gap between the polish and the base of my nails. At one point, she even left me in the middle of my appointment to work on another client and then came back later to finish my nails. My daughter's nails turned out even worse. The polish was applied very poorly and looked unprofessional. We also felt uncomfortable because the staff spent much of the time speaking in another language in front of us. While everyone has the right to speak their preferred language, it made us feel excluded and uncomfortable as customers. What is most frustrating is being charged for a service that was clearly not performed with the level of skill and professionalism expected. I would not return to this salon even if the service were free. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for quality work, professional service, or a pleasant customer experience. read more

**1 Star - Extremely Disappointed** I genuinely cannot believe a professional nail salon would consider this acceptable work. The pictures speak for themselves! The French tips are uneven, the white polish is patchy, and the overall application looks sloppy, rushed, and unfinished. The lack of attention to detail is honestly embarrassing. When you're paying for a professional service, you expect a certain level of quality, especially for something as basic as a French manicure. What bothers me most is that someone looked at these nails and thought they were good enough to send a paying customer out the door with. I shouldn't have to point out obvious mistakes or ask someone to take pride in their work. I could have achieved better results doing my own nails at home. Completely unacceptable, a waste of money, and definitely not somewhere I would recommend. read more

The girl that worked on me was really good and very nice. I believe her name is Tatiana. They have lots of different colors to choose from. I had not had a pedicure or manicure in 10 years and I very much enjoyed it. We also added aromatherapy and paraffin wax to our pedicure with gel coloring. For my nails on my hands, I got a dipped nail, but wanted to keep my natural length which is very short and she did a great job. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a nice individual that takes their time and does a nice job. read more

Overall I would say it was a good pedicure. But today the a/c seemed to be out as it was hot in there and the door was propped open when I arrived. Definitely a good basic pedicure which is what I got. They did have a different person paint my nails and I wasn't impressed with the painting. Next time I would do the next step up to see how that compares. As there was a lady who came around selling treats which was weird to me that she was selling her homemade treats but didn't work there. read more

Polish is chipping on almost every nail less than 1 week later :( I will not be going back ... daughters chipped too

Beware this place is scammy! They charged me $30 for my three year old to get a "pedicure" AKA put her feet in water, throw some lotion and polish on and done within 6 mins. read more

I had tried this place for a while w a different tech. I really like her but for the last few months my nails were NOT lasting close to the two weeks. So I had been going elsewhere .. it is quite a hike and I had a nail break on a set from that place that lasted 5 almost 6 weeks. I needed a new set and thought let me try a new tech this time maybe. I got a soak off which he did a legit soak off and didn't just rip off my acrylic and leave me w paper thin nails. Problem is within a few days they already started lifting. I work full time from 8-5 and live an hour away from my job so I haven't had time to go in. Plus I didn't feel like this issue wouldn't happen again. I also really dislike how they feel claw like w a weird curve. No it's not my natural nail that does this (there are brand new tips on you can see how short my natural nail is in the pictures) and the color feels too yellow and see through for me. I'm mostly upset about how I had to spend $150 for hands and feet and my finger nails are already lifting, and my toes I can tell were not prepped well after painting bc part of the gel keeps snagging on my socks after some grow out. It was just a lot of money to not be happy.... Again. The salon is the closest one to my house and I like the place a lot. I just hate how my nails never last. read more

Very warm in the facility. Also nail tech cut my cuticle on my big toe nail and it bleed profusely. He walked away from me, and another tech took over. She was angry, and took it out on me. No foot or leg massage, just applied polish, and walked away. No discount or apology. Won't be back. read more

I wont be going back neither will my family, the desk lady is RUDE and miserable, service was ok, she kept talking to my lady and we all knew it was about me/us.. That said the salon is very clean, i just don't like rude people:( being on the front desk greeting people they need a people person and a friendly one at that... I've given 3 stars that's for the nail tech :) read more

I was in this salon for 3 hours! Got there at 9:30am and left minutes to 1p & only got 1/2 the services I came for. I walked in asking for a full set on hands ( I had a picture) & a pedicure w/ acrylic toes. They sat me for my hands first with a man , after showing him a picture he made me switch seats for a younger woman and said "she do design for you" "she much better" I showed her the picture of what I wanted , we picked colors and starting doing my nails -- that took 1 hour. She ran and got clear sculpting gel, to create 3D flowers. (Never seen this technique ) (I assumed she would create 3d flowers with acrylic) she ensured me she knew what she was doing and continued "her technique". She cut and shaped every petal and it started not to look like the picture at all. -this took 1.5 hours She said would give a discount for not looking like the pic. I said ok . Originally $125 reduced twice to $70 for my hands. She offered - I never asked. A woman walks over and starts speaking another language and then says "you no like design, SHAVE IT ALL OFF!" "I'm one of the manager" "she no give discount YOU NO WANT TO PAY ,SHAVE IT OFF" (Money was never an issue!!!!!!!! ) So I started yelling that I'm not the one to do this with and she walked away upset and yelling across the salon in another language to the nail tech . ... after 3 hours - then refused to service me for my pedi and acrylic toes . The nail tech was super nice & apologetic and 2 weeks later the nails are still on but the management is ugly , rude & poor and the service is slow ! I watched 20+ people come in after me and leave before me. read more

She was even able to do the gel flower. It's not just painted on, it's 3D! I love them so much, i'll definitely be asking for her again. read more

My how the mighty have fallen! I drove over an HOUR to come get my nails get done here because how great my experience in the past went and writing this today is still unbelievable. I came in for a cat eye manicure and regular pedicure. I very specifically stated I need a tech who can do cat eye (no one in the salon seems to really know how to use the magnet even just for the most basic). They set me up with a nice tech Brian(the only saving grace). He does the basic pedicure for me(actually cut me on my pinky toe where it started to bleed... but apologized). The polish is CHUNKY any jagged. He paints the polish onto one of my fingernails to show me(which would have been fine had the latter not happened). Anyways, he then tells me someone will be over to do my fingers since he didn't more he had an appointment. I asked if it was at least someone who knew how to do the cat eye. The front desk girl comes over with a very physicality aggressive tech who told me she cant and won't do them because it's "too creative". She steps on my freshly polished toes and then grabs my hand to look at my nails... but you just don't grab someone like that. I told her not to touch me as I'm already uncomfortable. She says something very rude(and not worth repeating). I ask the front desk girl for her manager, and she tells me she is the manager on but she will call her boss(the owner) "even though it's her day off". She says the owner will be there tomorrow so I can come back. I tell her again it took me an hour to get there and I'm not available to come back tomorrow and that she should have told me before I started my service the no one could do my nails wit the technique. She then actually calls the owner... at least that's whet she tells me... and stated that the owner would be happy to do my nails tomorrow... even though... again... I've told her several times I'm not available. She then tells me no one likes me there and starts to get very loud and vocal. As I'm someone who suffers from ptsd I state I need to leave as I'm very uncomfortable. I was told to leave i should leave. I left... but was chased out by their staff. I won't be back and suggest you don't go either. Plenty of nail places... this one just went way down hill. read more

I would get a pedicure here but not a manicure. My pedicure experience has always been exceptional - great massage chairs and the techs are always thorough. However, I decided to get a fill the other day and I left with very damaged nails. I had the "ring of fire" left on my nails after the tech overused the drill. He knicked me numerous times. The shape was wonky. Just not a great quality. read more

I don't want to hate on this business, as they are new and probably still getting their footing. However, I do want to let others know my experience so everyone knows what may happen if you decide to go here. I came in with gel X nails, wanting to get them removed and get a regular gel manicure instead. I've had gel X taken off before, as I've been getting it for months now. I sat down promptly, mind you I haven't chosen a color yet, usually you do that first but it's okay. The nail tech proceeded to file my nails with the drill for about 45 minutes. I didn't want to have to say something -- but I was getting pretty tired of this. I said to the tech that usually they soak off gel X nails. She said I'll file them more they are hard to get off. Big sigh from me. She asked me if I wanted to leave a thin layer of the fake nail on for support. Me, being tired of getting my nails filed for an hour, agreed because I was ready to be done. After sitting through more filing, I could finally choose my color, etc. I added a picture of my nails. They're not terrible, but not great. Will be doing my nails at home from now on... Again, I'm not saying you shouldn't go here. It could've just been a problem with that specific nail tech, not all of them -- but if so, I hope the business will see this and make sure they properly train their employees so that future customers don't experience this. I've been getting my nails done for years, and if I feel the need to tell a nail tech what, that's a big training problem. Try them out, but don't be surprised if you walk out unhappy, I guess. read more

Came here to find a nail salon in my area and was disappointed like most in this town. The $80 gel pedicure with $12 tip was descent but not worth it. I wanted a soak off, full set and pedicure. I asked to get my nails soaked off and the tech who came in right before my appointment was unprepared and rude. She began ripping my nails off and filling them with the highest drill setting and i immediately had a red blood burn mark where she angrily filed. I only let her touch 3 nails before i continued to be injured. My hands hurt severely. She said none of my acrylic would soak off bc the two stones wouldn't come off easily. I'll never go back and i hope this deters anyone else going there to spend that much money and not be given an apology and treated rudely. It's typical of the nail salons in Clermont. read more

BEST massage chair ever! But that's where the satisfaction stops. I did the $55 pedicure and it was just okay. The woman had to ask someone else to come and put the color on. It didn't last at all despite spending over an hour doing my nails after. I did gel x on my nails and the woman left a LOT of glue and refused to clean up color that was in my cuticles. When I asked her to tidy things up she said I needed to keep washing my hands and it would be fine. Not sure I would go back. read more

my hubby and I went in for a pedicure and to check out the new place. It's very appealing and well managed. Sadly, it was not enjoyable. We both agreed it was rushed and even painful at times. Beautiful salon! Only thing is, there were lots of gnats flying around inside, they kept flying in my face because of the plants they had. Got a full set manicure, turned out pretty good, but one nail broke that night. I went in the next day, they fixed it! But within a week another one had popped off and the base of the nails were lifting so my hair has been getting caught (iykyk). Pricing was quite expensive. Extra charges for shape and French tip. Probably won't return due to the price & the nails not lasting. read more

I did not think the Nail tech was that knowledgeable. Their prices were much higher than area nail salons. I do not believe the service represents the price. Walked in on a Wednesday evening and glad I did. That was before Christmas and my nails still look good . I wish I had written written down the name of my nail tech because she was fantastic. I'm heading to my 3rd appt. With Tina. She is very fast and efficient. My nails go 4 weeks with no lifting. Pedicure was great as well and seemed like it was a bit less expensive than where I used to go. But best of all they look beautiful and last longer. read more

The receptionist was very young which wasn't the issue but her immaturity was. When mentioning a person who was recommended I pronounced the name wrong and felt the need to laugh and mock me. I still decided to get my pedicure as I am pregnant and got the most expensive one which was nice however was not worth the money as it really didn't include as much as other nail places for the price and still didn't get the lady I requested even though she was available. I went to get a pedicure. Worst experience and owners are rude. The water was freezing. I kept asking for hot water, no hot water. My feet sat in cold water the entire time. The colors were not matching the book. No color wall. They rush you into the seat and do let you look at colors. They ask you repeatedly if you want gel. The towel I was hoping for would be hot was actually not. It was cold and became freezing cold on my legs. When I went to pay, all of the techs surrounded me with the owner. The receptionist said they fixed the water after so many complained. I told the owner the my service was below acceptable and that my feet and legs are frozen cold. The water was cold, the towel freezing. She said no one else complained , and said I just could not feel the hot towel, and that I sat for an hour in a service. I said everyone was complaining about the temperatures. She said she is giving everyone 20% for opening. I said but my feet and legs are freezing and the color is not what I wanted. She was rude and did not care. I paid and said I will not be coming back, and they did not care read more
