Adorable, extremely sweet spot! We recently went to this gorgeous place to celebrate our granddaughters 5th birthday! She was totally in awe of her surroundings -- we had about 19 people wirh us and came in 45 min before they closed. The guy who worked there was very accomodating and got our yummy cupcakes out quickly!! I split a salted caramel cupcake with my hubby and have to say, I've never had a more delicious moist cupcake! Inside was a gooey salty caramel filling...it was amazing!! I am thinking my 8 year old granddaughter would love this place too--they even have a private party room you can rent out for a fee, for a few hours. It looked like a princess castles room! Very fun place with hundreds of candy selections too, a great selection of gift items too. Great place. So fun! read more

I really loved this place! My boyfriend and I were in town for a concert at the BOK center and found this gem across the street. The staff was very sweet and kind, very informative and did a great job answering our questions. It's an eccentric shop and definitely a kids paradise. I found several things that my nieces and nephew would love and even several things the adults in my family will enjoy! We tried the White chocolate raspberry cupcake and it was amazingly moist and had a real raspberry filling. We will definitely be back when we come up in November. read more

My husbands work purchased a dozen assorted cupcakes for the office on his birthday and he brought home the leftovers. The presentation was fantastic. The cupcakes weren't overly large (which I liked) and were super cute (i.e. pink lemonade had a candy lemon wedge and straw) and the icing was generous, which in mine and my sons opinion, is the best part. I selected chocolate, my son the pink lemonade, and my husband "shared" a coconut with my youngest son. My oldest couldn't even finish his cupcake because it was so sweet. I ate mine and then spent all night with a stomachache from the sweetness. My husband had a bite of his then called it quits. The flavors were nice but the overall sweetness overload clouded everything and made them unenjoyable. Super cute store lot of candies which I wish I would have bought rather than the cupcake and truffle. I got snickerdoodle cupcake (i love cinnamon and snickerdoodle cookies) the overall flavor was on point but the cake was dry. I got confetti truffle which eh I wasn't overly impressed. Had a great experience in January buying 2 dozen cupcakes for my son's class to celebrate his Birthday. They worked with me accommodating 4 different allergies by placing those cupcakes in a separate box, and still only charged me the special rate per dozen, ( great customer service that day!) I returned today to buy another 2 dozen cupcakes for the Valentine's Day party. The manager informed me that they could not place the cupcakes in a separate box to accommodate the allergies without charging me more. I explained that I had just been in last month and this wasn't a problem. She refused to do anything other than apologize for the previous employee and said it was against their handbook to place the cupcakes in another box to accommodate for allergies because it cost more for the extra box. It must be made out of gold to make the cost difference over $20 more. read more

Really exquisite cupcakes, in too many flavors to all eat at once. We shall have to come back next time we're in Tulsa. The mint chocolate chip frosting just melted deliciously on my tongue, and the sugary smell was mouthwatering the moment we stepped through the door. The decor is a somewhat uneasy mix of exuberantly decadent classical and stark black and white, but the real point is the sugar, which admirably fills the space. Also, love the T-shirts. I give 4 stars for the store layout, decor, and friendly staff. Inviting store with eye catching candy displays to tempt you as you walk in. Decided to try the cupcakes and here is where I would give 3 stars. At first bite, it was yummy, but then it just becomes way too sweet for my liking. My teeth still hurt. Ehhh. Cute decor! But that's about it. Nice variety of high priced candy, really strange clothing and different type gifts...but bottom line if your there for cupcakes, they weren't great. We tried red velvet, turtle, strawberry shortcake and birthday cake. Dry cake, icing was hard like they sat all day. Strawberry filling in the strawberry shortcake cupcake taste like that refrigerator taste, REALLY BAD. Merritt's Bakery, and Anns Bakery are far better. Came in with five people and bought four cupcakes. None were finished. The cupcake icing is so cloyingly sweet that for the next hour my wife and I felt gross. It's also super dense and sticky. It's consistency is really gooey, not creamy at all. I see other people's reviews are positive, and I just want to hope we got it on a bad day, because I don't want to believe people like this. I know some icing is that way, but when five people who like sweets find the icing so sickeningly sweet and dense that they can't finish then something is wrong. I mean, I love sweets! The same exact comments go for the filling, but that could be because it comes with the icing. The cake was fine. When you have ONE real product you're selling it should be really great. read more

I came in for a gift of cupcakes and sweets. The selection of candy is pretty good. They are priced by the quarter pound. Which is good, because when you realize what you are paying by the pound, you might change your mind. The cupcakes were a bit on the dry side, and kind of flavorless. I expect lemon flavor in a lemon cupcake. The icing was terribly sweet, (and I love sweets), but the sweetness overwhelmed any flavor. Prices were high for the cupcakes, especially for the size, and the fact that there is more icing than cake. The icing is soft. It started sliding off the cakes before I made it to my car. I had to ask for a box, it wasn't offered by the disinterested staff. Short attentions spans, I guess. Cupcakez has much better quality and service at a better price. read more

Vastly overpriced for what you are getting. Clearly you are paying for the location and atmosphere (if you can call it that). Cupcakes very drastically from very good to how could anyone eat this garbage... and that is the problem... They all look very good, but some of them are just plain disgusting. We bought some for a birthday party and I was kind of annoyed when I saw some of the kids eat a bite and then thrown them away because they aren't cheap by any means... After the party there were several left over so my wife and I tasted them... Well I know why the kids were throwing them away there were some that were absolutely gross. The chocolate ones tended to be fine maybe a little over the top with the sweetness but not bad... The other flavors, oh my god... I recall one was supposed to be pumpkin spice, it tasted more like someone just dumped a jar of all spice into the frosting... a carrot cake one was equally disgusting... In short if you must get cupcakes from this place for your kids don't get any except the chocolate its the only ones that you'll likely see them actually eat. read more
