We've extended our rental multiple times and tried to renew through the app and the 1-800 number since the store line rings endlessly without anyone answering. Every time we extended, we were overcharged, with no clear explanations, and were met with the manager's rude and dismissive attitude. The lack of professionalism, unnecessary hostile comments, and disregard for customer respect are unacceptable. After emailing U-Haul's customer service directly about these issues, they didn't bother to contact me but referred my complaint back to the general manager, who called me. Unfortunately, this call was even worse. The GM was incredibly unprofessional, taking my complaint personally and speaking with a noticeable level of aggression. He repeatedly interrupted me, questioned my honesty, and insisted that the fluctuating charges were just "estimates charged based on what the system felt was appropriate." He seemed to use the fact our card was declined as vindication for the attitude from "Jeanne" He even suggested that because we weren't allowed to renew through the app, we were somehow being dishonest "because that just doesn't make any sense" By the end of the call, I was left in tears. Luckily-I've recorded the call this time and shared it with the Better Business Bureau and my substantial social media platform, so others know what kind of customer service they can expect from this location. It's clear where the employees have picked up their disrespectful approach. I would strongly advise avoiding this location if you value respect, fair treatment, or clear communication from your rental provider.

At the end of the walk through, Jared reviewed what it would take to move all of my belongings and reassured me that all items to be moved would easily fit into their standard moving van. He also said he, Jared, would arrive on the day of the move with a crew of very capable and experienced guys. However, in the day of the move Jared never showed and left me with crew with very little experience. From the very start leader expressed to me that he had doubts that everything would fit in the truck and subsequently the storage unit I had, the size of which I chose based on Jared's reassurances. From the very beginning, the crew repeatedly packed and repacked the truck to make it all fit and by the time it was fully loaded and ready to go to the storage unit they had been working for 5+ hours which was already more than the 4.5 hours I was told would be the time for the entire move, loading and unloading. When we reached the storage unit, the process was repeated. The crew began unloading but each person had a different opinion of how to get everything in the storage units. By the time everything was out of the truck and stored away, it was past 9 pm. Eleven plus hours from start to finish. At that point, the lead crew member spoke with Jared, he blamed everything on me as if my input caused them to turn into absolute morons who couldn't move their way out of a paper bag. I was present for the entire move but the only suggestions or requests I made were only made when the crew leader came to me and asked what he should do. I did ask, since I had rented 2 storage units that they try to put the furniture in the indoor unit. But when I saw the confusion that ensued, I simply told them to pack as they saw fit and that I did not want to get in their way.I I would not recommend Robinson Relocations to anybody. I think Jared is a crook!Please beware!!!

Not sure where to even start with this review…read more We researched reviews and believed this company to be a solid bet. Unfortunately I don't believe I have ever made a worse decision. Shown following are random facts associated with our Robinson Relocations experience over the course of the last two (2) weeks. 1) long breaks like exceeding a half hour in residence bathrooms only to exit leaving super strong chemical smells? 2) Half eaten bags of food left everywhere along with empty beverage cans 3) Missed loads (not individual items mind you) simply left at residence we were moving from. 4) Items moved into incorrect locations inside new home and then simply thrown in huge piles regardless of being marked. 5) Damaged priceless furniture without little recourse for remediation regardless of having written a special FVR (Full Value Replacement). 6) Bangs, dents, nicks, scrapes and general surface blemishes in virtually everything they touched. 7) Demonstrated little to no genuine care for what they were doing and the property they were being entrusted with. 8) Left full size furniture pieces outside of new home and simply driving off. This list could simply go on and on and to top it all off was the fact that we were charged almost 2x the owners quote! We were quoted by the owner an estimated total cost of $3,318.00 for the move. Final price cane in at $5,785.80 and thats with us having to cover all of the above. Please do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs.

The whole place just feels safe and secure. The facility is clean and well kept, management is very friendly and helpful, and the place has all the amenities for boats, campers, & rv's. Whether it's the oversized wash bay (that even has a movable staircase for tall vehicles!), the propane refill station, the holding tank dump station, or the extra wide driveways which make maneuvering large vehicles and/or trailers into the units incredibly easy, available electric service in units, the 24 hour gated secure access, video surveillance, online bill pay, etc. The place just seems like it was created with their customers in mind, and they've definitely done a great job! If you've got an RV, Camper, or Boat, this IS the place you want to keep it!! Highly recommended.

Just returned from a trip, opened the front gate with a remote, pulled into the convenient dump station to empty tanks and refill on fresh water, backed over to the propane station and topped off, then put the rig away without having to rewinterize in the enclosed storage space with power hook-up. The Livingston's are very professional, hands-on owner-managers that are great to work with. Many RV owners will be "on-the-fence" regarding the higher cost of this facility compared to the "lots", but for me so-far it's been well worth it.
