What's unique about Up North Gelati is you get to pick 2 syrup flavors with their homemade custard in the middle. You can also select caramel or cream (snow cap) on top. You can mix match the flavors so there's so many possibilities! Some flavor discoveries of ours were: *Root beer float: root beer on top and bottom with snow cap. *Caramel apple: apple on top and bottom with added caramel. *Mango Love: mango on top, cherry on bottom (made up the name myself). They add new flavors all the time. Currently, they are not carrying strawberry but they do have peach.
