I previously enjoyed going to this salon, however after my last experience I will not be going back again. Every salon I receive a pedicure at, the technician and I always have a small laugh at how ticklish my feet are initially. This happened here as well, however the difference was my nail tech decided that throughout the ENTIRE pedicure it would be a great idea to randomly tickle the sole of my foot with his fingers, laughing to himself while I sat there very uncomfortably. Honestly, who does this? Even if he was or wasn't a man I would have hated it all the same; it was extremely creepy and evidently he does it to other women as well, as shown by other reviews. Terrible experience. Nails are uneven, not filed, cuticles not treated. Nothing was done other than polish being removed and put back on and most of that is all over my skin. $60 for something that now has to be redone somewhere else. The cost is correct had a manicure and pedicure actually been done but worst of all it was a complete waste of time I did not have to give for someone to do nothing. 2.5 hours and now have to go somewhere else this week so it doesn't look like a 5 year old did my nails. read more

$65 PEDICURE?! Jelly pedicure. No polish. Nail cut down and filed. The lady that did my pedi name was Jojo. I asked for the jelly pedicure, no polish. It was listed on their price list for $45. I made it clear I just want the service done with no polish. She said okay. I didn't request anything else. So when it's time to pay, the total was $65. I asked what did the service cover? Jojo told the lady at the counter that I requested for a longer massage....I said no ma'am I didn't request for nothing but NO POLISH on my toes. The lady at the counter kept apologizing because she knew I was right. If the prices START at $45 then SAY that. My friend went to get her nails done on Friday june 11th. She had a nice older gentleman do her nails and picked two color he told me to go with the opi that it's a better brand which i did. After he did her pedicure they went to his work station to do the manicure which was a natural color. As he was doing her manicure she notice 2 of her nails on her toe had purple/ black dot on the side of them, and asked him what was that he laughed and said he didn't know but he'll fix it for her. the owner noticed what was happening and she spoke to him in their native language. She dried her nails and drove home 3 miles. when she got home the other toes nails were doing the same thing . She asked a few people if they ever had this ever happened to them and they all said no. The next day she went back to the nail place spoke to the owner and she told her it was the nail polish and said its the weather and this happens with the opi nail polish. She also told her that her nails were peeling already and only had her manicure one day. She did offer to paint her nails again but she told her she didn't have the time that day and to please give her a refund refund, she said she wiouldgive only give her 10 dollar to which she paid 45. she said they spend time massaging her legs so she only got 10 dollars. She said nail polish fault so she only got 10 dollars. She told her she was going to post picture so everyone can see. she told her to post whatever she wanted and never come back. We would not recommend this nail salon to anyone. Horrible customer service by manager who obviously doesn't care about clients satisfaction. She should have received full refund. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I came in for a pedicure and gel manicure. They sat me at a pedicure chair and left me there for 30 minutes. I only had 1.5 hours in total and since they hadn't started yet I said I would skip the pedicure and just do the gel mani. They made another woman move and put me in her seat for me to wait for someone to come. A man finally came to do my nails and used an electric tool to cut my cuticles even though he didn't even touch my cuticles with it. They are still very much intact and in need of trimming. Then he brushed a nail file over my nails and left cracks and unevenness all over the place. I asked him to fix it and he skipped nails and then I just asked if I could just do it myself. Then he pulled out the gel base coat and I said, what about soaking my nails and actually cutting my cuticles? And he responded, "you're in a rush, aren't you?".....I walked out. read more

This man LEE did my nails & did a truly horrible job with everything, application of product, shaping nails, cuticles etc. He also didn't use the UV light at the end so my nails are not hard & shiny like they should be. I have been here a few times. They jacked up their prices like many businesses during these hard times, but do a poor job. Last time I was here, an older man (not the owner) did my pedicure. He wiggled each of my toes and tickled my foot, highly amusing himself in the process. They took about 15 minutes to soak my feet even though the salon wasn't busy at all and you can visibly see the owner's lazy daughter laying down, scrolling on her phone. But even worse he did a terrible job painting my toes. You can tell he didn't go all the way down on the second coat, so it left an awkward and obvious paint line. The people that work at Pink are even more beautiful than the new renovations. I have been a regular Pink customer for 3 years now and I refer anyone I meet to go there. They are professional, courteous and so warm! You are greeted by name, always feel important and the work speaks for itself! My nails have never looked so good. The owners, Amie and Ben are incredible. They have built an amazing business and take so much pride in it, working their butts off every day. I highly recommend the organic dip gel powder manicure. Beware of other salons who claim to offer this service but have never been trained. I have met countless customers who found Pink after having their nails destroyed by competing salons. I'm visiting from Florida and I am very picky about nail salons. I have been going to the same place for 10 years. I have to say this place is even better than my regular salon back home. Not only is the salon beautiful and girly (perfect for bachelorette parties) but also the staff goes above and beyond for their guests. They close at 8 pm I came in at 7 for a gel manicure. When I noticed they also had hair stations and saw the products they used I wanted to get a treatment for my hair. The hair dresser Angela that was literally walking out the door as he shift was ending put her purse down and did the treatment for me!!! I can't remember the man that did my gel manicure but he was extremely friendly and his wife also was very nice as she stayed later to do my eyebrows. My nails look great. They even offered me wine! I would give this place negative stars if it was an option. I grew up here and needed a gel mani while home this weekend, but my usual place is currently closed for renovations. I searched Yelp before deciding to go here. Approximately five minutes after being seated, another customer came in and told my manicurist that she wanted her nails done. The manicurist told her she would be with her in five minutes but I don't know how she could do a full gel mani in five minutes. It was clear that my nails were not a priority as she rushed to put the polish on and did it so thick that the polish was immediately bubbling. I asked her to fix my nails but told me she didn't see any. Finally she tried to fix one but was again doing a rushed, terrible job. After my insistence that I was unhappy, she had another manicurist take over. I had him remove the gel mani altogether, which wasn't done well because there was residual polish on my nail beds and skin. My nails looked terrible. Overall, it was unprofessional, rude and rushed. The only nice thing I can say is that I wasn't charged. I ended up going to another salon to save my nails. My friend also was there and got a regular mani/pedi, and had a bad experience well. The job was rushed and several steps were missed. She needed a nail fixed and instead of cleaning the nail off to apply a new coat, just added more polish and it is smudged. All around terrible experience and I would certainly never recommend this place, ever. read more

For the organic manicure (dip powder) the sample colors to choose from are different than the actual colors used. First I was told the color would fade in a few days to match the sample color. Then I was told the samples provided by the company don't match the actual colors & that there is nothing they could do. She said that most customers don't care. What is the point of having 100 colors to choose from if the actual colors don't match the samples? If I wanted hot pink, I would have chosen a hot pink sample. read more

I started going to Pink about 13 months ago when they first opened. The service is top rate. Every one of their techs is excellent - especially Kelly. If she's not available, any other of the staff there will do a beautiful job on your nails. They have a number of other services available there such as waxing, eyelash extensions and they also have a couple of beauticians on staff. Though I do not get my hair cut there (I have been going to another place for 15 years), each service the stylists have performed while I have been there have turned out really nice. This is a really nice salon that offers a number of services at reasonable prices. BTW - I was there yesterday and had my monthly "fill". After more than 30 days, I still wasn't missing any nails. I love this place! I always get gel manicure and regular pedicures and they always do a great job. I always try to go to Bonnie but when she's not available, other people have done my nails and they all do a great job. The gel they use actually stays on for several weeks (I've been to other places where the gel starts to peel after the 2nd or 3rd day). Bonnie has also waxed my eyebrows and she does a good job too. I also started getting my haircuts here. Chelsea is awesome! She knows how to work with my thin, naturally curly hair and manages to cut my hair in a way that makes it look fuller. I had my hair done by Val today and I love it, I had color, highlights, a trim, blowout and an olaplex treatment. The color is perfect it's exactly what I asked for and my hair is still wonderfully long because the olaplex left it in such good condition and I only had to get barely a trim. Val is super nice, the salon is very pretty inside and the nail side is packed so I think I may give them a try for nails. Also the price was very fair. read more

I got a pedicure done and she didn't even all the steps, I even had to ask her to put clear coat on my toes. I also got a gel manicure. all I got was gel polish and a very little massage. No soaking hands or cuticle push back or cut. She didn't even get all the polish on my fingers. Horrible horrible place. will not go back. and on top of that people had appointments and were waiting hour before they were even taken. People were just walking out. I have not been here in a long time, but since recommendations came up for a review I felt it was way past due to tell people my horrible experience at PINK SALON , so let's just start by saying I had a person name Calvin that used to work at another salon and he was Fabulola ! I loved him! That is the only reason I gave this salon a second shot, now.. upon arrival you are forced into picking a color which for females is a hard decision because nails are not cheap and you want to get a color your going to love, so I sit down and she tells me $45 which I was fine with and because I got longer she added $10 and because the design was too much she added $20 so I paid 75 for a full acrylic set that was crooked, uneven and the polish peeled after one day.. I Paid for it because it was already done and I couldn't do anything about it.. I came back the next day because the polish was literally wrinkling on my fingers and she said you need to make an appointment moral of the story!!! I'll never return and they will never get another dollar from me and I'll never recommend anyone!!! Disgusting customer service for what is supposed to be one of the nicer salons! read more

This place was nicely renovated. But that where the positive stops. I had a regular manicure done with glitter polishes. My girl was hesitant to give me the extra coats I asked for (since it was so light). She didn't file my nails evenly. Alot of polish ended up on my fingernails. The older woman who works there was playing loud music and videos on her tablet while I'm trying to relax. The salon wasn't busy she could have went in the back or at least away from the front! The last straw was that my girl didn't bring my purse with me to the drying station. I waited a few minutes before I kindly asked her if she or someone else could bring it, as she immediately worked on someone else. She said it was fine there. I had to ask her again... my purse was not even in my view and by the front bar where anyone could have grabbed it. If the customer wants their belongings, they deserve to have them! I have never had to ask in any other salon!!! The daughter who works up front plays on her phone all day and says doesn't want to be bothered. I don't feel welcome here. Possibly just had the worst manicure and pedicure in 20 years. I came to Pink Salon because they are opened late and I have a last minute vacation tomorrow. I have always heard good things about here but do not I repeat DO NOT GO TO LISA! The gel color I picked looked nothing like the color on the board. When I asked her to redo it she was so nasty about it. Then she picked the color. There is still loose skin on my nails that my sister had to clip when I got home. Next time for the pedicure, 10 minutes in Lisa had me pay for my mani and pedi. She then burned a hole in my skin with the callus eliminator. She told me "I have burns too see" like what? I just paid you and you burned in between my toes to the point where I was bleeding and you say "I have burns too" not okay. The color I picked for my toes looked nothing like the bottle, this is an OPI I have had many times else where I don't get why it didn't come out that color. And she cut my nails so weird the pedicure looks horrible. So I paid $50 a bloody foot and a nail color and toenail color I don't like. I thought getting a mani pedi before vacation was suppose to be relaxing.... not if you come to Pink. Don't waste your money, go somewhere else. read more

Went here with a bridal party group and they were very accommodating for a party of our size and were quick to offer wine, water and coffee. However, our nails were lacking. The technician working on the bride had an open wound on his hand that was left uncovered and festering. I had my nails redone two times, I was told that I was being 'a perfectionist.' Whilst in fact, my French manicure was just half my nail covered in a white, jagged line. During the pedicure, I was near tears she was cutting my so badly. There were 7 of us and 2 out of the 7 we're pleased with the results of their $70 mani/pedi. Proceed with caution and be sure to ask for the owner to service you instead. I agree wholeheartedly with the other reviewer. The workers are rude, miserable and pushy. I had a bad experience the first time, but decided maybe it was just bad luck and I returned a second time. Terrible again. They are plain rude and miserable. Avoid this place at all costs. The lady was applying nail polling to my toes and getting a good amount on my skin. I assumed she would just clean it when she was done polishing. When she didn't, I mentioned to her that there was polish on my skin, and she said " that's ok it'll come off when you shower!"
