Pink Plumbing notified me earlier that I had pipes that were sagging which intake an outtake pipes leading into the main line. Upon further review, whoever the initial subcontractor was did not even seal the pipes correctly. The pipes were not even slanted downward, which is what caused my plumbing issue. I want to thank Cam, Jose and Santos for properly installing the plumbing! I notified the builder and the builder refused to take responsibility. After finding all of this information, i'm going to report them to the Arizona register of contractors. This is not the first issue I've had with this builder. I notified the rest of my neighbors. Should they have issues with drainage will be the same thing. I certainly hope not. read more

The person had nothing but great things to say so I called them up for the same install for a Halo 5-stage home water filter. I had been looking at these for the last year and finally decided to pull the trigger. Lou is the Mast Tech that was assigned to my job and he and his apprentice were incredible. They showed up on time and worked as a team. They both were patient with my questions and showed me how to run the system and explained what to expect. My garbage disposal blew out Sunday night (Mother's Day). I had only planned to be in Phoenix for two days to help go through the home of my recently passed mother. In addition to the disposal, I had discovered a few other plumbing issues that needed to be fixed. I called Pink at 8 am Monday and they immediately scheduled my appt that day for a 2 hr window AND confirmed via BOTH text and email: This is The Way!!! (Another plumber I contacted said they would call, but never did). When Lou and Aiden arrived, they were pleasant, courteous, wore booties to protect my floor, listened intently to my description of the issues, quickly offered options and solutions, quoted me a more than fair estimate for the work, and then eagerly got right to work! The space under the kitchen sink was SPARKLING after they finished the garbage disposal! :) After finishing the original items on my list, they also discovered a leaky valve (that I thought had already been fixed but hadn't) that was soldered copper pipe! Like others on this site, I don't usually write reviews but I am so pleased with the service I just recieved from this company that I decided to write. Mike came out to help with two problems we had that we had had a different plumber look at and not able to help or explain what was going on. It took Mike a couple of minutes to fix one of the issues, a slow drain in our master bath. He also taught me how to take care of it in the future myself. The other issue was a slow toilet. Mike was able to adjust it so it worked a bit better and then explained that the toilet simply needed to be replaced or we could just live with it as is. What he said made a lot of sense to me and we will consider doing the replacement. Mike and his assistant were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly interested in helping however they could. I will definitely call these folks again when I have a plumbing issue. read more

I've used them 2 times for 2 different services in the past month. Once for a shower issue and the other for a toilet replacement. Both visits, problems solved and quality work each time. Very professional each time. Friendly people, very nice. Today's visit was nice considering the covid risk today. They wore booties over there shoes and gloves. Every time he left the house and came back in, they were changed. He also lysoled the bathroom before leaving. I was quoted by the owner a price and that price never changed when The service was completed. I like that. I also wasn't tried to be upsold on other services which was very nice. Had kitchen faucet replaced a few weeks back. As always these jobs are a pain...we all know it. So, I really can't complain. Tech, was ontime and courteous throughout. I bought the faucet and Pink installed for $320 after arriving, reviewing and quoting the price. $100 less would have have been more like it for us Seniors (just saying). The other caveat was the base plate that sits atop the sink was put on backwards. The slight curved side ALWAYS goes to the front. Not a biggie, but it does make my job more difficult trying to clean the backside channel (for a lack of a better name) so no funk-in-the-trunk collects. The Tech may have noticed this after the fact. But, if not, look twice. I would use them again. read more

Really, really thrilled with how quickly Pink got back to us for a same-day turnaround. Our kitchen faucet handle stopped working, and the plumber dispatched by our home warranty company told us he couldn't find anything like it and would have to replace the entire thing. A phone call to Moen established there was a $5 repair kit for our exact issue :-| However, the handle didn't move after installation, leaving us with no kitchen sink and visitors arriving! I discovered a leak in my guest bathroom and tried to reach out to a few plumbers before finding Chris. Not only was he the first to pick up the phone, but he scheduled an appointment within 24 hours to access the issue. We had some unpleasant news in that the leak was coming from behind the wall and needed some extensive repairs; Chris not only determined the cause immediately, but reached out to a restoration company on my behalf to get the wheels in motion for repairs. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on and how we could proceed with insurance. He had the job completed by the next day, despite having to drill into the foundation and do extensive repairs. He and his worker were courteous of my home and left things as neat as they found them. This is never a pleasant issue to deal with, but Chris truly helped alleviate the stress associated with the occurrence. I'm looking for a company to install a new tank Water heater. Chris replied right away and gave me a quote. Actually other plumbing service came by to see the dimension and gave me a quote after they saw it. But still it's up to me to choose which is the best. I'm leaning to other company because they already went to my house and saw it. Chris on the other hand never saw the problematic heater and I sent him the picture. He then call me and told me that my heater is still under warranty by just looking the serial number and he told me just call the installer of my heater and I will just pay the installation which I did . he even told me how to drain my water heater. I'm very impressed with this company. I came home to a flooded house with water literally coming out my front door. I called Pink Plumbing and Sewer, and they had a guy at my house within 30 min. Water turned off had another company come out to clean up all the water damage and address the problem with my water heater exploded and have a new water heater installed that night. This all happened at 9:30 at night on a Saturday. I will be recommending Pink Plumbing and Sewer to everyone. Might I add that I called 6 other companies all with no response to me.
