Brandon responded instantly and provided a great quote (for changing our water heater). He came and…read moreinstalled a water heater within hours on Saturday. The price was $500-$600 lower than other quotes. All in all, it took about 1.5 hours from the moment he showed up at our house. There was a minor hiccup with a leaking hose, but Brandon came back within 10 min and fixed it at no charge. I highly recommend Pipe Masters: excellent price, high quality - amazing value.

After a storm we had flooding in our basement due to an injector pump going out as well as the drain in the backyard not be sufficient for draining the water during a large storm or flooding. When they first came out the located the injector problem right away (it was obvious) the second problem instead of listening to me they talked over me and didn't listen. They then recommended video recording the pipes to find any leaks. After none were found they packed up and left. Two weeks later the backyard flooded again and sure enough the leak was back. I called them back explained the problem again this time they were able to figure out the issue. This is where things get weird. They had a "cost saving option" that they seemed hellbent on getting done. I told them my concerns about it not working the way they described and that we would prefer to do it the right way even if it cost a little more. We wanted the drain in the backyard patio tied into a main sewer drain. The person who originally installed it had it just going into a French style drain that then had the water running along the foundation and leaking into the basement. There option was to tear up our travertine tile and putting an ugly pump we can cover in the corner of our patio. They also didn't tell us they couldn't put the tile back until after they tore it up. They also didn't tell us the pump would be exposed until after. What was told to us was they would put a sump pump in under the tile. Widen the drain to 3in. And then put in drainage over to the corner of the backyard into a 6ft hole back filled with moon rocks and sand. None of this was done. Drain was left alone. Pump is un covered in corner. And the hole was a foot deep with two bags of rocks put into it. I have no been informed by multiple companies that my suspicions were true and this will not work. There is a lot more but this is long enough. Here's some pic of the finished product. There isn't even an outlet to plug this thing in! This didn't even talk about the level of unprofessionalism these guys showed. The owner is telling use the worker owes him money he wants to beat his ass. He fired him before he left our house. This worker brought his kid to the work site two days in a row and then came in talking about we need to help him get his job back. With his kid. Don't trust Brandon, John, or Tyson. All liars and thieves.

His presentation was impressive: branded truck, professional attire, and honestly, he smelled so good I almost asked what product he uses! But more than that, his kindness stood out immediately. I mentioned we were recovering from a flood and still rebuilding, and he expressed genuine sympathy without skipping a beat. That kind of empathy is rare and much appreciated. As I walked him through the plumbing issue, Josh immediately diagnosed the problem and explained the fix in a way that made sense. He even answered some unrelated questions I had, like about a wire on one of the pipes, without hesitation or rushing me. After a short pause, he gave me a very reasonable quote and mentioned he likely had all the parts in his truck. Just before he left to get started, I remembered another issue with a supply line. I brought it up casually, expecting to schedule it for another day, but Josh offered to look at it right then. Not only did he know exactly how to handle it, he even offered a bit of a discount given the circumstances and additional work. Since I wasn't staying at the property, I asked how long it would take. He said likely a couple of hours and assured me I didn't need to wait around, but also let me know I was more than welcome to come back if I was nearby and wanted to inspect the work in person or have him walk me through the repairs. That flexibility and transparency really stood out. This is a company that does things right: honest, thoughtful, communicative, and professional in every way. I hope I don't need a plumber again anytime soon, but if I do, I know exactly who I'm calling. Highly recommend.
