We have been using fromms for over 7 years. They have always helped us control current pests as well as scare new pests from trying to take over our large grassy yard. I can't recommend them enough. They've helped us w mosquito control, red ants, flies...the works. All of the technicians are careful with our pets and always make us feel like the most important customer. Drew at Fromms has been our technician for almost a year now and has done a fantastic job. We have never had a pest issue in our home and he makes sure it stays that way. A quality company that is locally owned and operated that really cares about their customers. The only downside side is they have had two price increases since we started with them 2 years ago. They are still very reasonable compared to other companies but not as good as it was when we started. read more

Nick and Steve were incredibly professional, thorough, honest, and attentive to our variety of needs! We've utilized Fromm's for weed control as well as rodent removal and have been very satisfied with all services! Steve came weekly to rebait our rodent traps until the issue was resolved and Nick sealed our home to prevent any further issues. I had a cockroach and cricket problem in my house for some reason. The house is always clean, but somehow I still see them once in a while. I contacted Fromms Pest Control during evening hours and Nick came out the next day. Excellent service and explanation of everything that was done. Pet friendly too, because I have dogs. We had a cricket issue in our rental and we hired Fromm's to come out and take care of the issue, which they did the first time successfully. However, come this spring, we had crickets back again. We contacted Fromm's again to come out and take care of the issue. They came back out to spray and charged us the usual quarterly service charge ($75). Unfortunately, a few weeks after they came out to spray (inside and out), the crickets came back again. Like many of us, I was very busy with work and was delayed in contacting them with the issue. I wound up contacting them 4 days after their '30 day warranty' window. He said they would have to charge me ($47) to come back out, even thought the issue began 2 weeks after they had already come out. Even if the issue began at day 34, they should come back out for free. This timeframe is too soon to be having issues. Who knows if they sprayed correctly or completely. Totally unacceptable! Poor customer service/management. I will be seeking another service provider asap! read more

We purchased a new home and decided to switch over to Fromms pest control and I have to say it's much nicer working with a small company with affordable pricing. Nick is very communicative, punctual, and friendly (great customer service). Nick did a thorough job with spraying the interior and exterior of our home. We moved out to a more desert area and feel secure knowing that our home will be protected from the desert pest. We would highly recommend making the switch to Fromms Pest Control! read more

Highly recommend Nick and his business. Very professional and most importantly very honest person. After a storm I noticed some bugs were coming from the vents of my bathroom which I took pictures of. Thinking that could be termites I called some business for inspection and estimate and the ones that came first confirmed my fears. Well, when Nick came he inspected the house carefully and informed me that these are Not termites and I don't need to spend money for termites treatment.I can't tell you how much I appreciate his honesty. These days is really hard to find a business that doesn't want to take advantage of you. If you need somebody to come to your house for pest control-choose Nick! My name is Nick and i'm the business owner of Fromms Pest Control. I was born and raised in Phoenix Arizona, went to high school at Moon Valley and I received my bachelors degree at Arizona State University. I love everything about Arizona even the bugs. What inspired me to start my own pest control company is growing up as a kid with constant scorpion issues. There is nothing better then getting a frantic client calling you to see if you can help there bug issue and them calling you a week later thanking you that you solved their infestation problem. I get to provide a service that helps people and there isn't a better feeling in my opinion.

So, I was getting a new dryer and decided it would be a good time to clean out my dryer lint vent…read more I ordered a kit with a round brush and some flexible rods that you attach to a drill and feed through the vent to clean out the lint. Sounds simple enough, right? So the flexible rods that screw together unfortunately separate while I'm using the drill and the brush and several of the rods are stuck inside the duct. I watch a YouTube video explaining how to remove it (it apparently happens frequently) by buying additional rods and attaching a "corkscrew" made from a wire hanger which you feed into the duct by hand to hopefully "grab" onto the brush and pull it out. You guessed it, that got stuck too. I called King Air Duct Cleaning and Lance (the owner) assured me that he understood the issue and he would be able to squeeze me in so I could start using my new dryer. Lance was here this morning and he was amazing. Within 20 minutes he had both of the pieces removed from the duct and all of the built-up lint cleared. Then he hooked up my new dryer, tested the airflow and assured me everything was good to go! And the cost was about 1/3 of what I thought it would be! Highly recommended!!!

We had a roof rat problem and he was helpful in walking our property to find the entrance they were coming in from up in our guest quarters which is separate from our home. After calling around, I went with Fromms Pest Control services because he could come out right away and had competitive pricing. I ended up signing up for scheduled services throughout the year because he did just a good job. We had some issues with ants but haven't seen any since the service. I've had problems with scorpions for years since moving into my house. I used to use big-name pest control companies with no results. I've been using Fromm's Pest control for almost a year, and have had absolutely NO issues with scorpions or other pests since. Nick is extremely professional, friendly, punctual, and thorough with his work. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for your pest control needs! read more

Terrible service. He was supposed, and I paid for, spraying on the outside and the inside of my home. He showed up and only sprayed the outside. When confronted he claimed the tenants asked him not to spray inside, which was a complete lie. He had no interest in making it right. I paid $110 for him to walk around my house for 10 minutes.
