r u n - r u n - r u n as fast as you can ! scammers!!!! they were trying to bill me for 1.5 hours of work and the tech three was only in my home 20 minutes!!!! i asked to speak to the supervisor Jason and he refused to provide me with a detailed breakdown of an almost $500 bill for 20 minutes of his tech being in my home! the tech tried to explain that i was being billed for the travel time, the scope time (they used a camera down my plumbing pipes) and then they were calculating time to draft a quote as to the work they wanted to preform!!! i call straight b s!!!!!!! so unprofessional! if i could give zero stars i would! read more

This stared as a DIY gone wrong. Logan arrived in a Sat night to cap the water in my diy bathroom Reno. This was after I flooded it twice! He then can back to properly connect the water lines behind the wall. Then he came back AGAIN to finish the install when I finished the tile! Can we say above and beyond?!?!? Yes we can! I then decided that after new countertops he would install the kitchen sink. Thank GOODNESS I made that decision. Little did I know I needed an extended flange for the garbage disposal! New sink = longer drain hole. Lesson learned!! I can't thank cure all enough for helping me with this DIY! And VERY REASONABLE! Even emergency visit was lower than most on a sat night! Had work done on a rental home I own in Laveen Arizona. I am a non resident owner living in Canada. After getting a quote for $10,000 on a job that could cost $2500, I started to contest their reasoning for such a high quote. Spencer walked me through and in his sales pitched told me that I had better go with their new solution: EPOXY LINING. I challenged him saying that it was probably a disconnection with the City of Phoenix pipe. He immediately said: "I guarantee that if you call the city they will say it's your problem." So I called his bluff and called the city. Sure enough, the city got back to me and had a truck to repair the pipe in front of my house the next day. I told Spencer that I would go ahead only if the city was not going to be fixing the pipes. However, He insisted that the pipes should still be lined with this new solution in case a tree were to rupture the pipes. So I caved in. (worst mistake ever). After a $5500 bill, the city called me back the next week and said that the issue was solved, the issue was on their end. So I got stuck with a $5,500 bill. I called in to complain, but the owner only honoured a $500 discount. The only saving grace was that I got a 12-month plan after paying $1000 down payment for the expensive UNNEEDED work. New washer and dryer delivered and installed. Installers told us we needed new valves for the water lines as we were only getting a dribble of water to the washer. I had two major leaks in my house, and used a different company to repair them. The first leak was a reasonable cost to fix. But the second one was outrageous. After this company tried to sell me on repiping my whole house (for a measley $14k) and a new water softener ($4500), I said no way. I was referred to Cure All Plumbing by a family member, so I thought I'd give them a shot. Ben came out to the house and gave me an estimate to repipe the house and a water softener for about 1/3 of the price as the other company. Immediately I felt ripped off by the other company, but very relieved I found these guys. A few days later, Ben and three other workers repiped my entire house and fixed a couple odds and ends. They finished this in just over one day, which was incredible. Ben was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. It was a relief knowing you could trust these guys, instead of the slimy salesmanship displayed by some of the shadier companies. WARNING!!! RIP-OFF ARTISTS!!! Putting a toilet back in after we took it out to replace a bathroom floor is not a major chore for me, except that the valve had not been replaced in over 25 years, so I wanted a pro to do it. Also, we had a small leak in a faucet in another bathroom; not a big problem, just needed a new 0-ring. These guys quoted me $594--let me repeat that: $594!!! I said to the guy, "This is about an hour's work, right?" He acknowledged that. Oh, and we already had the parts for him, so it's not like they can say that the parts were included in the price. The rep came to the house unplugged the sump pump, looked in a small hole where the cord goes into the pit, saw there was water in there and promptly quoted me $1950 - $2400. Literally in the home for less than 5 minutes. He left, I loosened and shook the fluid side pipe a bit, plugged it back in and it worked. What a joke, he didn't want to get dirty or even check to see what caused it to not turn on... based on that type of effort I would never hire "Cure All Plumbing." I am never one to post reviews but I would not want someone with less knowledge than myself to be taken advantage of by this group. read more

Cure-All came in to a leaking pipe in my wall. They sent a tech who worked with the home warranty company to get everything covered, then fixed the problem. After the work was done, he cleaned up. He was knowledgeable, fast, reliable, and most of all, trustworthy. I have no more to say about this because of how great their service was. These guys are great! I called about a leak in my kitchen (in the wall). Spencer came out and provided me with a FREE estimate and several different options. He also strongly recommended I call a water mitigation/restoration company to come make an assessment and even gave them a call to get them to come out. Long story short, I had the water restoration guys come out and then called Spencer back to do the plumbing fix. He squeezed me in the same day I called him and kept me in the loop as to when he'd arrive. Cure all did a fantastic job doing a whole house re-plumbing. Spencer, Hunter and Jacob worked non stop to complete the job in a day and a half. It was a lot of work, and I was very worried about it being done correctly. I had 3 other quotes and look up reviews and backgrounds. Cure-All was priced the same as the other plumbers (a little higher than 1, but he was not bonded in AZ). If you want a qualified and licensed, bonded team, use Cure All! We even discussed Tankless water heaters Vs. regular. We ultimately used a standard water heater with a pump to allow for almost instant hot-water in he back of the house. I also learned about water filters that help preserve your pipes and clean your water (way cheaper than a whole house water softener). Spencer and his crew cleaned up and helped me find a drywall person to patch the repairs. The entire home was fixed in a week! I can't recommend this company enough. They were on time/early and stand by their work! Integrity and dependability can be difficult these days, but not with Cure All! read more

I do not recommend this company.... they tried to install a new water heater for me for $1700. Then when I had my brother in law speak to the plumber on the phone and explain to price he couldn't even explain how he came up with such an exorbitant price. So I told the gentleman I was going to shop around more and he said " well what can you do" I told him I had another guy that could do it for $780 and he said he couldn't come close but miraculously he could come down to $1400. I felt like since I was a women alone he was taking advantage of me. I still had to pay him$100 because he came out. Then he didn't even turn the water back on to my house when he left. After about an hour of myself trying to figure out how to turn it back on I messaged him and he did eventually come back and turn it on. They repaired the leaky pipe that day for a very reasonable cost, and recommended a wonderful Restoration company to treat the mold that the leaking water had caused. After attempting to repair my shower handle myself, I finally realized that I needed a professional. The shower handle would not turn left or right nor would it pull out or push in, which is the way this one functioned. This tech, Wes, was so professional, on time, quick and did a beautiful job. He had to cut into the wall, through the back of a pantry, to reach the plumbing inside the wall. When I looked inside the wall, he had done such a great job of measuring, fitting the new piece and welding it, that I could have set it on my table as an art deco piece. NO Kidding! We have an odor in our home we called another company who came out and did a smoke test they found a leak in the sewer pipe under the concrete floor, only they were not a full service plumber so they could not fix the problem. We then called Cure All Plumbing their person came out and he recommended that we relined the pipe with his epoxy stuff at a cost of $5500.00 he was just going to take someone else's word that the pipe was bad he wasn't going to smoke test the line, camera the line, and couldn't tell us where the leak was, is it 2 ft down 10 ft down 50 ft down who knows he was just going to epoxy our pipe but couldn't tell us how far down he was going to go with this epoxy liner and he was not going to smoke test afterward to make sure that it wasn't still leaking. He did not offer a warranty and said if we wanted to re smoke test the line to make sure the crack was fixed it would be another $800 on top of the $5,500.00. Seriously they want to charge us $6300.00 based on another Company's opinion with no testing on their part at all and couldn't guarantee that the problem is fixed or tell us whether the pipe is cracked or if it is even unrepairable from tree roots or whatever. Seems to me this Company only want's to throw out outrageous fee's hoping that they would get someone who doesn't know any better to go for it, they didn't offer up any warrantee so they have nothing to lose only a $6300.00 gain!
