Bo discussed personal and political issues which isn't professional. He was there to do a job. He left the work area a mess and didn't attempt to clean up. Bo didn't appear to want to work. When he first arrived, he said he was unable to shut the main gas line off. We had to do it. He didn't have any WD-40 or other type of lubricant to complete the job, fortunately we had some available.

During the rennovation, we installed a high-end tankless hot water heater, but we weren't getting hot water to several sinks and showers in our home. They helped us sort through that mess as well.
