tried very hard to find a leak in their RO system but so far no luck. Waiting to hear back.

Water heater, pressure relief valve started to fail. Called Just Plumbing to schedule an appointment and they were able to get me the next morning. To my surprise, Just Plumbing called me back a few minutes later and stated that one of thier techs had completed a job earlier than expected and was willing to head over to my house to do the repair. It was 5:00pm and I didn't have it in my heart to keep the tech from getting home to his family but I was very appreciative of him for willing to stay late and repair the water heater. Daniel arrived first thing in the morning and repaired the waterheater faster than I could change a tire. Daniel was so professional and patient with me as I asked him so many questions. He even cleaned up the mess that the leak left behind and made sure everything was water tight. Daniel treated my home as if it were his. I am very pleased with Just Plumbing. My opinion. Avoid these people. I had them install a unit and it turned out to be junk. It uses 2x the amount of salt as my previous unit. There is No warranty, unless you have them install a new filter every year. (Scam?). They want $120+ to install a cheap charcoal filter, that can be bought on Amazon for $8. You can buy a filter wrench and better filter on Amazon and replace it yourself. I am sorry I used them. The controller on top of the tank is leaking water and they will not fix it. read more

Too expensive. Unable or unwilling to answer questions. Was told that the tank after 5yrs needs to be replaced. The entire tank. The s/u does not allow for flushing of the system and adding resin and what not. Was the builder's pick. So, every 5yrs the entire tank for $1000. No thank you. read more

Tried to set up Just Plumbing to service a new house, the receptionist asked a lot of questions that I could not answer, I informed the receptionist that I would ask my husband, I asked if I could mute the call, the response I received, "well if it's quick, I've already missed 2 calls or you can call me back". Just Plumbing gave us reasonably good service at a fair price. There were, however, opportunities during installation that were completely ignored. Our water heater was wedged into a space so tight the owner's manual for the heater could not be dislodged from the tank without ripping it in half. The plumber barely even acknowledged that he had made that owner's manual inaccessible. The plumber would not show us how to lower or raise the water temperature. He made no effort to explain the operation of the heater, how often to drain water from it, or anything relating to care and maintenance. Basically, he had spent 4 hours installing our water treatment system and the water heater, and as it was now late afternoon, he was done with us and had nothing to say about anything. The system itself is fine. A top-quality water heater and a very nice water conditioning system professionally installed. This would easily be a 5 star rating had the plumber who did the installation show any interest in customer service. read more

Our hot water heater was leaking when I returned home on Monday around 8:15AM. I called Just Plumbing for service, received their quote and accepted. Justin at Just Plumbing is a unicorn. Fast, super-high-quality work, HONEST, and prices that are more than reasonable. Our whole outdoor water shut-off valve unit needed to be replaced. Justin came on a Sunday for no extra charge and did the work. The next day, we had a plumber from a different company do some inside work for us. He looked at Justin's work and asked what he charged. I told him, and he said any other plumber would have charged double. Also, he used higher-quality parts than he needed to, wider pipe, and even used the modern ProPress fitting system which is safer, faster, and better. I didn't know any of this. Instead of charging me more for less, Justin charged me less for more, and was in and out in under 30 minutes. I never would have known how awesome he was if a different professional didn't take a look at his work the next day. This post is overdue, but well deserved. I have a home in Maricopa. Several months ago, I was on my way out of town for a family emergency when I noticed water flowing down the driveway, I popped the garage door and was shocked to see the water heater acting like a lawn sprinkler, spritzing water across the garage. I called Just Plumbing after getting an alarming quote from a big plumbing outfit, and Justin came out to my place in Florence and gave me a quote that was 90 percent less than the other guys. He walked me through what my actual needs were and helped me get my water turned on. The salt free softener works great, and even after they were done with the job I noticed a few leaks( the water hasn't been on in five years) then they checked their truck, and replaced the valves. I don't think they even charged for the extras) all within the quoted price. I highly recommend these guys and hope to work with them in the future. read more

I had this company come out to install a water heater from my Home Warranty Company, A few days went by, and failed to keep the appointment. Finally around 7 PM he called saying that he was on his way. Almost 11PM and he was still here. To my surprise, or not, he had to comeback due to a defective part.
