I requested a deluxe pedi Ute and a nail dip with gel polish and a design…read more What I received ended in Gel polish stick to my shoes that was incorrectly applied and smeared on my toes and rough soles. Also two rough textured fingernails where one cracked and popped off in less than 24 hours. The technician took over two hours to complete the email job after removing the gel polish 3 times due to mishaps in her process. I asked Lisa when I arrived at 10 and was informed she will be here in 10 minutes. An hour later into the pedicure O asked again , she again said 10 mins. 10 mins later two techs arrived and advised Lisa is at the doctor. There was acrylic on one of my toes from the previous week where I asked the tech to provide an overlay on a split nail. I asked her thin it out several times and she either didn't understand or just what she created was acceptable.. this week I asked the tech four times to remove it all together and she seemed displeased at my request and finally removed it force instead of soaking it off. It is a good idea to have technical talent to perform the required skills of the trade in your absence. I would hope to have the great spa I experienced on my first visit with Lisa but this not the case. I was burned by the nail drill and nautical nails damaged by improper drilling as well as left with a gel light under my feet 5 mins after the 50 second dry time. I'm hoping Lisa can redo my nails and correct the issues. Otherwise I am left with no stars for this business rating.

Tina was professional, easy to talk to, thorough and have me one of the best manicures I've had in recent years! Great hand and shoulder massage, perfect gel application, hot paraffin treatment and clean facilities. I reached out to the salon and they did not even respond. Stylist arrived late for our scheduled…read moreappointment and worked very slowly once she arrived. We were there 2 hours and 40 minutes. Tips and dip powder manicure (most expensive) did not last 2 days much less 2 weeks. Charged extra for design which was fine if it would last but the nails weren't secured well and tore right off. 5 nails ripped off in less than 5 days. Also charged $20 extra for "gel polish" on our pedicures and they did not use gel polish. It was just shellack which is not as long lasting and inferior. We love the little steam room and whirlpool before our nail services, which is the reason we chose to come here. But quality for price paid is lacking. Pedicures were fantastic despite not having gel polish. But the dip nail manicure was a big regret since the tips tore and broke off. I've had press ons that last longer.

Point being I showed up, it's not my fault I couldn't use their service and they still charged me because I was a "no show". Really disappointed because they look like a good Spa and I was looking forward to being a consistent customer despite the distance. They've given me a really bad impression and I will not be using them ever again.

Jessica gave me the best pedicure i've ever had in my life. not only because of how she truly took her time to scrub and rub, but she was very detailed in making sure all the bad stuff was off of my foot, too, which is a rarity nowadays. she was patient and just gentle enough. i can't believe other people have touched my feet now that i've come to her. the special treat, though, was my manicure from Katherine. she was SO KIND and friendly, so gentle and caring throughout my entire manicure. she is an artist in her craft, no cuts, symmetrical work, a joy to be around. if you're looking for a new place (even if you aren't looking), please come here! i know im never leaving!

Was it 100x better than expected? Also yes. We all did the Trinity package, which consists of a massage, scrub, and facial. The spa facilities were gorgeous, and they thought of everything. Forget a hairbrush? They have disposables. Forget to shave your legs? No worries, shaving cream and razors are available. Alan was my masseuse, and my GOD whatever they are paying him is not nearly enough. Hands down it was the best massage of my life. The facial was pleasant, but nothing to write home about. It was altogether an incredibly relaxing experience, and I highly recommend it!

She…read morehad asked me to join her for a spa day at Mokara Spa, but when I went online and saw the price, I told her I could think of so many other things I'd like to do with the $500 charge. The evening before, I called her & asked if her other buddies were joining her and when she said no, I knew I had to go. I told her I'd just do the body wrap. I belong to another spa, much more reasonable. But I soon found out why the prices are higher - remember (in most cases) you get what you pay for. And she and I travel together a lot and have had fantastic spa services in Dubai, the Philippines, so why not here in my own backyard? I selected the Deep Ellum Body Treatment: Our signature body wrap is the one that gets the job done! Be ready for a night on the town by exfoliating the body with a revitalizing scrub. Then you will be cocooned in a restorative shea butter wrap to increase circulation, reduce water retention, and boost the skin's overall appearance. When my buddy & I entered the spa, we were warmly greeted and shown to the lounge area, where we were treated to cucumber slices for our under-eyes & snack bit and tea. After a few minutes of relaxing, we were ushered into separate rooms and I was introduced to my Masseuse, who explained what she would be doing and asked if I had any questions. It was a wonderful scrub, massage & wrap. After I was done, she walked me out and showed me the showers and told me to relax while I wait for my friend to finish. Yes, it is pricey compared to my neighborhood spa, but you are paying for the lovely view in the wonderfully comfortable lounge, the private showers and blow dryers, the small bottle of bubbly served with a champagne flute, the attentive staff and the luxurious products used. Most importantly the training and technique made my experience in November 2023 a very memorable one and I know I will return for another day of pampering!
