This is my favorite nail salon. I've been a regular for about two years now and rightfully so, they have tons of other regulars. I always come during happy hour (Monday - Wednesday 10am - 3pm) for 20% off. They remember your face and always greet you with excellent service. Dip power on my real nails and a lavender pedicure is my usual. In my opinion, The men are better at pedicures bc they put more muscle into the massages but the women are better at manicures Bc they are more gentle with your fingers and cuticles. I was greeting immediately upon walking in and waited less than 10 mins on a Friday afternoon. I showed the nail tech the picture of coffin shaped natural looking acrylic set and I was pleased with I got. They price based on length, my length was $40 for a full set with a gel top coat. Sam is the owner of this salon and he is so friendly and recognizes his repeat customers. Yes, sadly for my wallet I'm a repeat customer. Haha. But they do an exceptional job on my nails and I always get compliments on it. I get the dip nails and they last me several weeks at a time. I love having Honey do my nails. She's great. Don't like that if anything my hands should look better when I leave a nail salon not worse. I asked for short nails they recommended dip so I thought ok expecting it to be thin when done since they are short but nope super thick even though I kept asking for it to be thinner... the back of my nails look horrible some steps were skipped... The nail techs typically do a wonderful job shaping the nails and I don't get much lift after several weeks. They have a great happy hour, and the prices cannot be beat! However, I will say most recently I went for a dip manicure and pedicure and I was a bit disappointed. They do not have many color choices, which is disappointing if you have a specific color in mind. additionally, my pedicure chipped within a week. Finally, my dip manicure was well-done. However, I think they used the wrong top coat on the nails as the top layer was peeling after several days. I've been to the nail spa 3 times now, and I don't think I'm going to come back. First time was great, no complaints. The lady who did my nails did an awesome job... wish I got her name so I could request her again. The second and third times were horrible. Both men who did my nails reeked of cigarettes. Not only that but their hands were grimy and gross. They did a rushed job and painted on my cuticles. This time the man wasn't able to file it off. He globbed paint on to avoid having to do a third coat which left some looking clunky and weird. The pictures shown are after I spent 5 minutes trying to scrub the residue left from soaking my nails AFTER my manicure was done. He barely tried to clean anything off. He put no cuticle oil on my cuticles nor did he give me a hot towel and lotion at the end (and I didn't ask because his hands were gross). I work really long weeks and I just don't have the time to re-do a manicure. Going to have to live with this for the next 2-3 weeks, though I'm doubtful it will last. read more

This place is very sloppy, my apologies I honestly do not know what other word to use. I called ahead and was told one hour for mani and pedi. I do not think I chose a difficult design. Things were going somewhat well until they left me hanging... literally - I was sitting in a chair for 20 mins after they had completed my toes and the first 2 layers of dipping on my nails waiting for them to finish my top coat and design. After 20 mins I started looking around only to see that they moved on to different customers. Weird I thought - I had a flight to catch so I was in no position to be wasting time. I called someone and told them that I had been waiting and they moved onto other customers while still working on my nails. The lady said to give her some more time that she started on someone else's pedicure. The guy she started on his pedicure showed up nearly 40 mins after I had already been there. Eventually a different man came and did the top coat on my mani but then he left AGAIN!!! At this point I am beyond confused bc I can't even walk out bc my nails were not complete. A lady eventually comes and does the nail design. None of my nail shapes look the same. She pressures me to do an eyebrow wax saying that it'll take some time for the nails to cure. I reluctantly agree bc again.. heading to vacation and truly I needed my eyebrows waxed. She waxes me in 3 mins and there are still hairs!!! Time for payment - $125. Whatever. It was heading to the car that got me. My nails never finished curing! A day later - multiple chips in my nails, cracks, lumpiness, dullness from the areas that didn't cure and crusty. From the friendliness, no long wait time, large color selection ( you have to ask them for the other colors)strong margaritas and affordability. You get quite a bit of bells and whistles, even with the least expensive pedicure option. I like "Instagram nails" and places like this dont normally do them. I have to go to more "sketchy" nail shops to really get the look and shape of nails I prefer and at a price I want to pay. But for pedicures and drinks.... this place is it! read more

I started watching tv and the guy who started on my nails went and started clipping.... than asks me is this good??? He completely butchered my nails!!! Cut them all the way off?? I only wanted a decent eyebrow wax. Evidently the room where the eyebrow wax is usually done was occupied so I had to sit in one of the pedicure chairs. The young lady who did the wax didn't introduce herself but was polite enough. Under the shop's lighting, the eyebrow wax looked so so. However, under my lighting at home where I can see up close, the wax is horrible. The left eyebrow is fine, but the right eyebrow looks like someone took a mini machete to it. I know my right eyebrow wasn't as full as the left, but there was decent visible growth there, until today. I will not return to this place! read more
