Food was just ok, nothing spectacular. The $ is too expensive for some dishes like the tapsilog, one kalbi strip for more than $20 with rice and egg. The service is always great but I think they may need to work on the pricing and menu. It seems they are focusing on making it too fusion that the taste isn't coming through. What a gem! Came for brunch and had the chicken and ube waffles with peach and watermelon mimosas. Soooo good. The chicken was chicken wings rather than a larger piece of chicken and they were so juicy inside and extra crispy on the outside. Boyfriend had the banana bread French toast. Really yummy, sweet, and portion was huge! We walked out of there so stuffed. And staff were super friendly to boot. Definitely a great spot to try. Interior is really cute as well. read more

It's over price for how bland the food was I got the fried Adobe chicken sliders at 1st bite I was like not bad then as time went on there was no flavor of the Adobe which was weird. My sister got the ube waffles They just tasted like regular waffles My daughter got the short rib plate and I pretty sure they cut their short ribs in house because I tried her food before I gave it to her and there was a bunch of hard small pieces :( like it was freshly cut but not wash right. My niece got the Longanisa breakfast and the longanisa inside was mushy like it was a paste. It taste like ketchup with a hint of meat flavor. So sad. The service was good along with ambiance. Good music and not crowded and a lot of natural light. The food though: coffee's were cold, my our eggs should have been over medium but were hard. Sent them back and still not medium, but at least not completely hard. The longanisa and garlic rice was good. The pancakes and banana nut french toast could have both been better. I'll start by saying I love Filipino food and I have been to the islands many times. The food served was not that traditional to my taste. This is a very cute Filipino breakfast and lunch eating spot locate across from Sunset Station Casino. They have a very limited menu and for a claimed Filipino restaurant they were missing a lot of my favorite foods. For instance, they didn't have a lumpia (Filipino-style eggroll--a stable in most Filipino restaurants). I judge a great Flilipino by the quality of their lumpia. The service was attentive and pleasant. Our server was not bashful in making menu suggestions to some of the higher priced items listed. We tried the Kalbi Ribs and eggs ($22). It was a generous portion which included a large mound of rice and accompanying sauces. The ribs were nicely marinated and cook tender. The egg was cooked correctly to our order. We also ordered the Fried Chicken Sliders ($18). 4-large crispy fried chicken sliders topped with a coleslaw and pickle and serve on King Hawaiian Rolls. It was served with a large portion of homemade French fries. Everything tasted good. Personally, 3 sliders would have been enough, with a slight reduction in price. We also ordered and split Tres Liche Cake ($10). While this was a large portion a $10 hit was little steep. It was a different presentation as the cake was bright green. With 2 entrees, 1 dessert and tip, the bill was a little over $63 for two people--no beverages were ordered. I thought the total was a high for the type of restaurant for breakfast. Based on the price of the check, I downgraded my review by 1star. And because of the high check average on the total bill, I won't be coming back anytime soon. read more

Me and husband had a double date here a week ago and we absolutely LOVED it. The atmosphere, and the theme was chic, eye appealing, and upbeat. Perfect ambience to pick your mood up to brunch vibes. Next, our service was excellent! From the host, to the server and the owner, all absolutely friendly, genuine, and welcoming. Last and best of all, the food! WOW. Came here with my roommate for a birthday brunch. This was our first time trying it. The decor/ambiance was beautiful, & the service was excellent (very friendly & attentive). We tried the Tapsilog. Place was so pretty, I'm a fan of pink so I appreciate all the pink inside. All the details are great. Food was delicious, I got short ribs that came with eggs and rice. Everything was really good. I got a lavender rose latte which also was bomb but my only grip is that it was lukewarm, I wish it was hot but other than that it was good. I got the ube pancakes which was ok. Pancakes were a little dense and flat. Not a whole lot of flavor but the cream it came with made it better. Husband got the pork belly sandwich or maybe it was a burger but either way that was delicious! I definitely want to go back and try more of their food. Service was awesome. I've been in a lot of Filipino fusion places and sometimes, although the food was good, the service was bad. This place tho, has excellent customer service and very good food. I'm not going to break down the consistency and the "authenticity" of the food as I am not a chef. But I will say that I enjoyed how warm the place feels, how quickly the food came and how satisfying the food actually was. Fiancée and I hadn't gone out to breakfast/brunch for a little bit and the name attracted me to look at their website. Very unique food options. Very cute place and the food was awesome. My fiancée got the banana French toast (can't remember the full name) and a lavender latte and said both were very very good. I got a London fog with coconut milk, their Panden pancakes (they are green!) and a side order of the beef bacon (so much better then pork bacon). The pancakes were super light and the whipped coconut cream was incredible. No doubt we would go again and try more of the menu. Delicious, just like my parents' cooking! I came when it wasn't too busy, so it was nice to be in a calm restaurant environment. Food: I had the sunset latte, tapsilog, the banana q, and the pandan tres leches. The shortribs were super tender and flavorful. The banana cue was simple but hit the spot. Went to Pink Duck for my husband's birthday brunch. We were greeted at the door by the owner G who was quick to seat us with no wait and provide amazing customer service. He took our order and recommended a few items and drinks. We ended up ordering the topsalog plate, ube pancakes and salsa Verde chicken wings. The food was decently priced, and when I say we were knocked out with how flavorful everything was, I'm serious, such simpleness with so much flavor. The vibe is laid back but super cute for all those instagram tok towers, they did have a few picture op areas. My favorite part was while we were eating a homeless man had wondered up to the door thirsty and the owner had went greeted him and brought him some drinks and things from the kitchen with no hesitation.
