The shipment was going slowly and we were worried they wouldn't survive another day in the shipping box. She helped us track them and called the supervisor in Providence to check on the shipment for us, only to find out they had already left. When they arrived in Carver she even offered to drive them over to our farm. The happy ending is the ducklings all made it and are doing great! We can't say enough about how great her service was! Thanks Jen!

I am starting a new business and am learning the best way to ship things, and they have not only not helped with this but act like I should know exactly what to do with the packages when I am far from an expert and make everything seem like it's my fault. I'm sorry I do not know the ins and outs of the US mail system... they act like I should be reading the US mail manual and have it memorized before i step foot in this place. I'd advise not going to this location. Also, what's with how at post offices now they don't let you use any of their tape? Really?

You have to street park and there isn't a lot of that available. Minus two stars for this. If this was 1970, I could understand it but come on it's 2017! If you want to know why the United States Postal Service is not going well financially building post offices with inadequate parking could be one of the reasons why. They forgot to tell the carrier, who instead of questioning it, marked everything return to sender. So now I am calling all my vendors trying to get bills back, while no one there is accepting responsibility. If you need the post office, go in person, preferably another branch and get the names of exactly who you spoke to. The level of incompetence is impressive. When our neighborhood's mailbox got knocked over by a plow this winter, they were unfailingly helpful in briefly redirecting our mail for counter pickup and in advocating with the Boston bureaucracy to get people out there to assess the damage and figure out a solution in the dead of winter when the ground was frozen. Because they have one of the worst parking set ups of ANY business let alone a Post Office. You have to park at an angle because they share a (small) lot with a packie. Because of the angled parking sometimes its hard to get out if you are taking a right turn out of the parking lot. This causes my review to lose two stars.
