He proc to drive only to stop in the driveway and asked for my WiFi pw. I don't have WiFi I have satellite. With that he yelled and demanded the people! Well I tried to explain I didn't have it because it's my daughters and he yelled again. He finally drove away and then. Stopped on the road. No he didn't pull over because there's no shoulder. He stopped approximately on car length way from a knoll that's on a curve which is blind! I did once again said nicely you can't stop here we are going to get hit! He yelled again. At this point I yelled back and told him to back this van up into the private road right behind him he yelled telling me he knows how to drive, I kept yelling we are in danger her you need to move!!! Well he finally jammed it in reverse and as he moved back a very large truck not a pick up came over that knoll.. then right behind that truck another huge truck came I did say I TOLD YOu! This road is extremely narrow and you must be extremely careful driving it. He finally continued after he phoned his boss who then tried telling me the rules of the company that they have to check in. Well I did explain to her you can't check in if you don't have service! Also you and your drivers should not be speaking Spanish and talking shit about the white women in the back who you assume don't understand Spanish! She shut up. He finally took off and he was a maniac driving! I'm a bit vol unable at this time because of a stroke and recent heart procedure but I will not tolerate this behavior. If they choose to retaliate which they did! They have a fighting their hands! They will loose. They are also not accredited with the bbb! Which I recently found out. They also use different names for their company also! Beware!!!

Wish I did my research first before signing up for a mailbox here. Plenty of other negative reviews…read moreabout this place. This guy is just plain rude, in a sort of stupid way, his mouth just doesn't stop spewing. Should have taken that as a warning sign. The signup process was painful. What should have taken 5 minutes took him 15 minutes. My observations so far: 1. The mailbox contract says there is additional fees for some situations, but he said "we don't charge that". So I asked him to change the contract, he did but not without complaining. 2. Two weeks after opening the mailbox and I still haven't received copies of the contract, he said it would be left in the mailbox. 3. Went to the store first time on a Saturday to pick up a package and it was closed, although their website says open on Saturdays. Called later to ask why, he said "oh, nobody uses that website anyway" , he got argumentative and started complaining about the USPS. Ended up hanging up on the guy. Amazes me that businesses think they can actually argue with their customers. I recommend the shipping services of Wil Ship, 3 minutes away on Washington St. The UPS Store mailbox services are looking better and better. Update 1-2-2012: 1. He changed the website to show Saturday by appt only. 2. Received my first package, went after hours to pick it up. It was crammed into the mailbox so tight I could not remove it. Had to cut the exposed end open with a pocket knife, remove the contents, then cut away at the box to remove it piece by piece. Can this guy get anything right? He should have left it in the locked box for large packages and given me notice and the key to access it, which is their standard procedure.

He has a sign in the window that he is an authorized Fedex shipper, but because I came in with a prepaid shipping label he would not even tell me where I could leave it for pickup. "Our own tractor trailor setups and driver. We do not broker. We do not subcontract". LIARS!!…read more I was assured by Matt (our "salesperson") that Casey Movers used their own crew and trucks, including tractor trailers for inyterstate moves. Clearly not true in our case. The subcontracted with some unknown tractor trailer owner to move our goods and he stopped somewhere in Georgia to pick up his own crew who showed up in a separate vehicle along with the trailer. WEIRDEST moving experience I have had and WOULD NOT recommend them for any interstate moves. The front end of the move was ok. Nice guys arrived with a Casey Mover's truck. They were at least 1 1/2 hours late, but we dealt with it. They were great on moving our stuff onto the truck and were very good about communicating and very professional. It did get a bit sketchy when they indicated that they were paid only through tips and tried to get tips of about $1,300 total! There was NO WAY that was going to happen, but we tipped them well at the end and everyone parted ways happy. That was the LAST good part of the move. Frst, the company really needs to retrain Matt. He is rude (except before he hooks you with a contract and you sign on the dotted line). He is very snarky when looking for updates and information on moving policies and procedures and my last text from him (when NO ONE from the company been in touch with me by the DAY BEFORE our items were to arrive in Florida. He said something to the effect of "your stuff is on the truck, the driver is on the way and it's his responsibility now". BS!! We paid you over $12,600 for an interstate move. It is Casey Movers' obligation to get the job done and to make sure things happen as they should. No matter what Matt says!! The crew that arrived at our Florida home were ok, but clearly our items were NOT carefully packed on the moving van. I had labeled fragile and heavy items carefully, and the boxes came in a habnash fashion with very heavy boxes piled on top of fragile items. What a bunch of morons! I am making my way through boxes to determine if there is any damage. In addition, the crew reassembled some items, but not others and left packing materials that THEY used when shipping for us to dispose of. Unbelievable! My husband spoke with Matt because I was so distressed after the delivery about all of the issues, and there were no apologies or comments about our concerns but excuses and dismissal. Just snark and demeaning comments about our move and incorrect information about what the movers were supposed to do for setup and cleanup. Again, Matt desperately needs retraining and other comments on here back that up. I believe that all interstate movers need to be MORE heavily regulated and brought up short when they do not follow through and charge clients for substandard service. NOT holding my breath. But be forwarned with this outfit. Unfortunately, I have had poor experiences with other interstate movers, so its a risk either way. But these folks charged me $3,500 more than the other quote we received. Forewarned is forearmed folks!!
