Super friendly, proficient with experienced shipping pros (ahem, ME) and patient with people with lots of questions (looking at you, Cargo Shorts Guy who didn't understand how there could be three prices for one package). Plus, they've clearly marked six foot distancing spots in the small lobby to ensure everyone keeps their space for COVID. As a side note, I noticed a few reviews dinging them for the strip malls parking, as if they have any control. Not to knock, but c'mon - the lot is large enough, and really has nothing to do with UPS.

This place is the absolute pits! Every single person that works there is rude. They are so slow…read moreon anything they do. I ship all my UPS packages through Pirate Ship. All I do is drop them off like I've been doing for the past 5 years. I have a small business here in Randolph. They won't give you a receipt it was dropped off which makes me very nervous as there are some shady people hanging out in this place. And..EVERY SINGLE time I have sent a package to them I get a note from Pirate Ship It was measured wrong and it weighed more than what I paid for. They were taking about $5.00-$15.00 out daily. I ship packages every single day between UPS and USPS I never EVER have to pay extra from the USPS only this store! I called Pirate ship and they refunded every single dime this store took from me. Be careful if you are doing your own shipping and leaving it there. I think it's pretty shady they're the only ones that say my packages are more than what I paid for and the boxes are not measured correctly. I have a USPS postal scale. I tape measure every single box! It's maddening as it's the only place around me that takes packages and I have to drop them off here. Pirate ship is well aware of the situation now. Be very careful.

I'll save the trauma for my therapist, but I was running around trying to find the right boxes and best way to ship. The UPS Store told me it would cost NINE HUNDRED AMERICAN DOLLARS. Yes, $900.00 USD to send a somewhat awkwardly shaped packaged. That was literally insane. This was not the case with USPS. For a grand total of $72 and some change I was able to send two packages to my family member. Hetal was the USPS employee who helped me, and let me tell you, she was a literal dream. She was so kind and patient with me and helped walk me through the process with ease. There is another woman who works there as well and I cannot remember her name at this time, but she is also so dang delightful and helpful whenever I have had to come in. Going to the post office in recent years has felt like going to the DMV, but not at this location! Support your local post office! I knew he'd be busy, being in season, so I figured it would be at least a week before I'd be fit in, but Mark scheduled me just a couple days later, and showed up right when he said he would. Not only was Mark friendly and funny, but he also answered all of my questions and explained everything that he was doing. I felt extremely confident in his opinion of my system and he made all the proper adjustments after another company sent out a poorly trained lackey the prior year that screwed everything up. Mark, on the other hand, really knows his stuff, and won't hesitate to let you know what he thinks. Trust me when I say I wanted to know everything he thought! His service was fast, thorough, and he didn't leave a mess. I look forward to having Mark out every year for the annual maintenance.
