The food is delicious. This place gets pack. The line was long. Only 4-5 small table available. Service is delayed because they are busy. Workers try their best to work fast. Took 20 min to get my to go order

I have visited this location twice now. The first time was quite frustrating. It was a Friday morning and the place was packed. I walked in and stood there trying to figure out where to order or be served. It was very visually confusing as there was a counter where people seemed to be ordering but also a register where people were ordering. People came in after me and it was then that I noticed they were getting number tickets. I quickly grabbed one before I further lost my place. The ticket dispenser is not very visible and if you have not been here before and it's crowded, you will miss it. Anyway, once I got my number I still had to wait for several minutes to have my order taken, then wait for it to be prepared, then pay- and overall this stop took a lot longer than I cared for. It felt hectic and stressful. The second time I visited was also during the week. This time it was much quieter, thankfully. I grabbed my number immediately upon entering and overall the process was smoother and more pleasant. The cafe con leche was really good. Service is ok. They are not overly polite or friendly, so don't expect to be wowed, but it's standard. This location is very convenient for me when I'm on my way to work and I have enjoyed the food and coffee, so I will visit again.

Hands down the best Pinecrest location of them all. The food is super fresh and all of the staff is friendly and very helpful. A testament to this is the long lines that form at their peak times! Delicious croquetas and toast! We always stop by when in the area and have yet to have a bad experience!

My café con leche made with leche evaporada y mulatico (the perfect shade for me)

Truly authentic Cuban bakery with every single pastelito, sandwich, cakes and all are made with love. The staff is even more amazing which makes it always a great place to stop! Super clean and pleasant spot to enjoy your snack! I added a picture of just how sweet this place is since they even remember nickname I use to order my coffee:-) Thank you Mayra, Willy, Lisandra and company! YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!

We grabbed a table inside across from the counter -- the space was cool, cozy, and flooded with natural light, a nice contrast to the Miami heat outside. Great energy for casual strategy talk. Order Highlight: I went for the 4-egg omelet loaded with crispy bacon and cheddar cheese, served with a warm buttery croissant on the side. (See pic ). It was comfort food done right -- fluffy eggs, sharp cheddar melt, and real-deal bacon, not that paper-thin stuff. Service was friendly and quick. Coffee refills came without asking. Staff were chill but attentive, which made it easy to talk business without interruptions. Overall, this spot strikes the perfect balance for a laid-back, productive CRE catch-up -- no loud crowds, no fuss, just solid food and clean ambiance. Bonus points for easy parking and a menu that works whether you're here for a breakfast deal huddle or a solo laptop session. Already planning to make this a recurring Friday tradition.

I really enjoy their layout and ambiance. The star of my experience was their Banana Foster hot latte. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it completely delivered. The espresso still shines through, and the drink stays perfectly balanced. Every sip feels warm and comforting, especially if you're someone who likes specialty lattes that are flavorful without tasting artificial. What I appreciated most is that the baristas clearly care about the craft. The latte was beautifully made, the milk was silky, and the flavors were layered in a way that felt intentional rather than gimmicky. If you're anywhere near South Miami and want something different from the usual vanilla or caramel latte, the Banana Foster hot latte at Iconik Coffee is absolutely worth trying. I stopped in again this past Tuesday, and the experience was very different from what I've always known here. The service was unfortunately very rushed and inattentive. We had hoped to dine in, but our food was packed to-go without asking. My sandwich was bland, and even though the cashier asked for my full order, parts of it still came out incorrectly. I know Cuban bakery culture is fast-paced and "grab and go," but this time it felt like because we weren't regulars, we didn't receive the same warmth or care. At one point, I even felt like the cashier was worried I might walk out without paying -- an uncomfortable feeling I've never experienced here before. They seem to be renovating, and I truly hope it's just growing pains, but things felt disorganized. Someone was offered an item from a handwritten menu, only for another staff member to say it had actually been removed. The digital menu wasn't fully updated either, which added to the confusion. It honestly makes me sad to write this, because Lucerne has always been a special place to me and my family.
